Currently 162lbs, looking to get around 180lbs. Im gonna be running M1, 4ADD, then Novedex XT followed with H-Drol then 6 OXO. Just wondering what would be a good dosage for M1, 4ADD. I have taken H-drol in the past, with very positive results.
My calorie intake is around 3000. Im gonna be increasing the calorie intake here in a couple of days to around 3500 then keep going up in the calorie intake. Dont have a set diet since all I have is a cafateria but I take in as much protien and carbs as possible.
