M Drol Cycle Review...

WEIGHT: 215lbs.

I've been working out for 2 years now and decided to cycle M Drol for the first time soon. I'm really OCD about things, so any little details you can offer will be taken into consideration.

First I read somewhere that you need to get your body used to 3000 calories a day before doing this. So I'll be doing that.

(I blatantly took this from another thread...)

Mdrol: 10/10-20/20/0/0/0

PCT:
Clomid 75/50/50/25
Tamox 20/20/20/20
Novladex XT 0/0/3/3/2/1
Lean Xtreme 0/0/4/4/3/2

I was going to do a three day split...I see most logs have a 5 day split, does that matter?

I'll be using a 5x5 work out for Three Day will be as follows....

Monday (Perform them in this order)

1) Bench Press

2) Squats

3) Dynamic rows

Wednesday (Perform them in this order)

1) Military Press

2) Deadlifts

3) Squats

4) Pull-ups

Friday (Perform them in this order)

1) Bench Press

2) Squat

3) Dynamic Rows


Ok...So tell me what I'm doing wrong. So I can fix it.

BTW I'm giving this all a few months before I start. So I can prepare. Buy the right things and have everything ready.

Yea my cycle :)

are u bulking? Ur 215 and don't eat over 3000 cals a day? I am thinking u need to be at 3800-4200. But everyone's body is different.

If u haven't used mdrol solo then u do not need to run this. What have u cycled before. SD and phera r serious aas on their own and u should run each first solo before stacking them. Some people can barely handle 20mg of SD let alone throwing in phera.

5 day splits are used by advanced lifter to hit each body part once a wk.

Hahaha yes sir I did steal it from yours.

Yes I am bulking, but no I'm not doing 3000. Somewhere around 2500 2700. I guess should be more.

I've never used anything like this before.

I completely agree with only doing one at a time and not stacking thanks for the help.

I've done a 5 day split before, it's just hard with my job (I get called in randomly to work and sometimes it'll be a 20 hour day). I found its easier to squeeze 3 days in a week.

Any recommendation on how to obtain the PCT?

Try google. Pretty much helps fond anything.

Dude at your weight bulking... 1.5 x body weight (protein) + 2 x bodyweight (carbs) = grams x 4 = 3000 cals. And we haven't gotten into fat yet!!! Def need to evaluate.

True.

I got up to 215 from 190 though from the past three or four months. I stopped at 215 cause I felt like I was just getting fat after that. So I've been just trying to maintain.
