I have never done anabolics before. A friend set me up with 1 cc of deca200 (aas) and dymethazine. He told me to take 1cc of deca for 10 weeks, and to take the dymethazine for 4-6 weeks. Is that an ok beginner cycle? He said to take Novadex by Gaspari Nutrition post cycle.
For the remaining 4 weeks of the cycle of deca, should I be taking something else as well?? Or should I have not started the dymeth. until mid cycle of deca?
