Im starting my cycle in 4weeks. i am not sure what program i wana do. I will be bulking with about 3800kcals and moving slowly up to 4500. My goal is muscle mass and size. I was just gonna do a regular 4day body part split and add FST-7 to it. Then i thought i should get into something more complicated, and i have no idea what im gonna do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
