Epi pulse, Novedex XT doseage off days?

Ok I just started my Epi pulse so far so good. My question is im using Novedex XT on my off days as an AI/test booster. The bottle says take 2 before bed. But that is for regular use... Should I split it up like 1 morning and 1 before bed since I am using it for my off days? I feel like if I took my epi dose the morning of the day before and I dont take the Novedex XT until the next night... its been too long since the epi... NO? I searched all over for the answer to this but people just say they are using it not getting into specifics...

im gonna be doing a similar cycle next week, take the novedex on non epi days, start at 1 cap at night and move up to 2 caps as u increase the dosage of epi
