I havnt done serious weights for about 9 months after a pretty serious car accident, im looking for a good program to start doing now that im at 100%. Im looking into taking M1T, any other supplements i should look at! Im 19, 5'11'' and 182 pounds, bit on the heavy side, any comments would be appreciated.

The most anabolic substance is food. If I were you, I'd hold off on the M1T, and stick with the basics (eating, rest, and proper training). Muscle memory is pretty amazing, and you should be able to get back to where you were after a few months (wild ass guess = 6 months).
