wk4 - A Xtreme 4 caps
My goal is to loose 25lbs and maintain or to slightly increase my current strength. Will also take Phinadrine from the doctor for appetite control. Even off cycle I have an Outrageous appetite. I just have to cut out all the BS foods.:trout:
Currently 5'-10.5", 250lbs around 20%
Lift 4-5 days a week and cardio 6 days a week.
Flat bench = 125 dbls @ 10ea, Incline = 125 dbls @ 8ea
Shoulder press = 100 dbls @ 10ea
Lawn mower pulls = 110 dbls @ 10ea
Leg Press = 18 45's @ 8ea
