Tris, Bis, And Traps Day

Day 4. Diddnt Weigh Today will Tomorrow.

Had A Huge Breakfast (1.5 Cups Oatmeal, 8 Egg Whites, Met-Rx MRP Shake)

had a Great Workout. The Lethargy is Setting In Good Though.

Legs are STILL SORE AS HECK!! Couldnt Even Get outta Bed Almost This Morning.

BACK DAY!!!

Weighed In @ 167.

Felt Strong, Not Tired But Ended Up Doing alot of Sets, Low Reps. (Remember I am A HIT Trainer so Volume im not Used to) Just Doing Volume to Get Back into The Swing of Things.

Yesterday i only ate Around 2800-3000 Cals so Today im going to Try for 3200-3500.

Still Doing 20 Mgs of M1T and about 900 Mgs of Milk Thistle w/ 9-10 Squirts a Day of 4 Aderm. (Also a GNC Mega Men Vitamin)

Ill Just Post My Deadlift Totals Today (Remember Its The First Time ive Done Back in a Month and I Have Gotten Weaker)

Deadlifts- 225x12, 315x6 325x5, 345x4

That is The Volumized Way I Am doing My "Getting Back Into It" Routine. Next Week Itll only be 2 Sets Max. (WarmUp and A Failure Set)

If I Think of Anything Else Ill Update Yall But Right now i gotta Get Some Sugar Free Jello!!

also are you at 10mgs of m1t or 20mgs? Day1 says 10 but Day 5 says "still doing 20mgs" of m1t. Thanks

You definitely need to add in some more complex carbs. Try brown rice, I eat 5 cups a day of the stuff....complex carbs are so essential in a bulking diet, OR a cutting diet. So consider adding in a bunch of complex carbs, my man. In fact, since your protein looks good, maybe even consider adding in 100-150 extra complex carbs a day on top of what you're eating. (and i'd advise you to go up to at LEAST 3500 cals/daily)

Definitely. Even if you gain a bit of fat, the gains you experience should be more than enough. The last thing you'd want to do is sacrifice gains because of not consuming enough calories.

The protein is more than enough, just add in the Complex carbs from whatever sources fit your needs and pallette. Another couple of my faves are Sweet potatoes and Yams. Might want to give those a try! With some cinnamon and equal...makes great for dieting OR bulking.

Bump on the 3500 cals.

IMHO I would add 4 tbsp. of flax per day (2 shot glasses) which would add approx. 500 cals of quick, nonfilling, nutritious cals. You got to do what works for you, I always feel better with a higher fat intake (flax or fish, not grease).

Beautiful log, keep us posted.

Did Chest (Back to The HIT Routine.)

Felt Stronger. No Backaches. Diddnt Whey Today but Will Tomorrow, My Legs Are STILL SORE!!! I Am Debating on Working Them Tomorrow or Not. Just Change It Up and Do Shoulders or Something.

I Ate about 2800 Cals Yesterday and am going for about 3200 Today.

Looking lean and mean, Wildman! also a *bump* on taking at least 1-2 tblspoons of Flax oil per day. Good mix= 1-2 tbspoons flax mixed with 1 cup cottage cheese. 32 grams of protein, 12-24 grams of HEALTHY fat makes a good meal to have any time of the day for extra cals.

Only thing I would change is the Gatorade post workout, I'd use some oatmeal instead. Bobo has great threads and posts on low G.I. carbs post workout that may interest you

I Think that the craziest Thing thats Happening is that i am Tired but i go lay down and i am just Laying There not able to go to Sleep. hmm

Also This is the First Day of The 3500 Cals and I am having a HORRIABLE Time Eating. Just Not Hungry and Eating Anyway (Feels Weird) Not that i Am usually Hungry when I Eat but I am Ready To.

I Think that Its The Wheat Bread that I Added In To Get More Carbs. But If i diddnt Add That then i wouldnt Hit my 3500.

I Guess i just need to Shut Up and Eat.

Sounds like the vile weed (aka brocolli), salad, and complex carbs are filling you up.

Bump on the flax advice. Toss a tablespoon in your shakes, and it adds more cals without making you feel full.

Have you read IA's excerpt of DC's Cycles on Pennies a Day in the training forum? DC recommends adding olive oil to shakes in addition to the flax. Another recommendation is to eat your protein before the rest of your food so that you get the good stuff down before getting full.

Felt Like I Did Overkill to Training Today, Oh Well ill just have to Eat More to Better Help in Recovery.

Bought a Supp, Made by MRM called Liver X. Gonna Give It a Go. It has ALA 100 mgs, M. Thistle 100 mgs, NAC 400 mgs, Vitamin E 40 IU, Vitamin B-12 20 Mcgs.
----------------------------Im going to take 3 A Day./Along w/ The 960 Mgs of Milk Thistle.

What do yall think about Melatonin to Relax and get better Sleep? I Have 100 3 Mg Tabs.

I found what worked great for me to help sleep during my two week stint on M1T was a combination of 3mg of melatonin and 10 grams of taurine taken approx. 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime. That really helped me to get to sleep, and although I did have to get up at least once a night to use the washroom I was always able to get back to sleep very quickly.
