Started my h-drol cycle last week (on Sunday - now on day 8). My starting weight was 180. So far it has fluctuated between 180 - 184, taking measurements first thing on an empty stomach. I am 181 now.

Been dosing at 50 per day. Thinking about ramping to 75 in week 3 & 4.

I am eating about 3500 - 4000 cals a day and so far haven't noticed anything but I gather in kicks in on the second week. Fingers crossed it does.

Usually week 3 is when it really kicks in.

Exactly, 3 weeks to kick in. I still have 2 bottles at home. I want to start again, but, had a very very bad exp with it. But I had to stop just at my 3rd week and it was working. lol

Whey you take 75mg how would you split the dosage ?

25 mg with breakfast
25 mg with lunche
25 mg with dinner
