While I respect your opinion, at 44 years of age, I've probably run more cycles than you've had peices of a$$ my friend!! :rasp:These dosages are NOT outrageous for a 6'3 and 265 lb. BULL like myself! If you're not adventurous, you'll never really find your potential for growth. Be a little more open-minded and don't simply be a playback machine for all the sh*t you've heard and read, but don't know about! Do some more searching dude!!:gotsearch
You respect his opinion and then go on to say 'don't simply be a playback machine for all the sh*t you've heard and read, but don't know about! Do some more searching dude!!'? odd, not how I thought someone might demonstrate respect. A person can search all they want, in my
searching I've found that SD and its clones tend to be a heavy burden when it comes to side effects you can feel. Both SD and Epi are methylated, and the majority of info, as well as advice from fellow AM users I've seen suggest 2 methyls is generally a very bad idea for the liver.
You say you have a lot of experience with these and I have no reason to doubt that, but anyone who tells someone who's
barely into their mid-20's to just 'go ahead and crank up the doses' just seems a bit cavalier. I'm not trying to verbally attack you or anything like that, it's just that the more I educate myself and try to involve myself in this facet of the bodybuilding community, the more I see how a
lot of younger people tend to either overlook or outright ignore risks and it worries me, that's all. 'Adventurous', is great, but there's often a fine line between the adventurous and the foolhardy.
Me personally, if I were taking 50+ mg of mixed methylated compounds, I'd be sure to be taking
plenty of liver support, that's for sure, and some cholesterol control too.
