  1. so poopy, all the supports and everything look good I take it?....Im pretty pumped man, The epi everyday, and then pulsing the P-Plex....Im ready for some wicked results. One more thing, On the days Im not taking phera, should I still take the epi after I work out??

    No I'd take it preworkout in that case.

    As far as your support supps i see the eform and your pct looks good but what about liver supps? do you have any? your taking 2 methyls for 5 weeks so youd def be best served to take something like Cycle support from anabolic innovations with your nightly shake (you do have asimple shake before bed to fend off catabolism right?) that way it wont interfere with your supps during the day and still keep your liver working optimally so it can process your protien correctly and your supps too, a stressed liver will mean everything wont work as well since everything you injest goes through it first before it hits the blood stream.

    dont take it first thing in the morning, just in the evening and before bed, it will block some of the phera and epi if taken at the same time, milk thistle is already in the perfect cycle so i dont think its necessary to add more BUT im sure it wont hurt... maybe just save it for your pct.

    Starting Weight- 197lbs, and I posted my measurments on page 1

    Well, Better late than never, I started this morning, I did 20mg epi today and 30mg of phera....Its noting to report really.

    I took 45g protien, a kreation shake, and 15mg of phera-pre

    I took a 60g carb shake, 45g protien, and 10 mg of epi-post

    Wed is chest day increased energy but nothing major yet.

    Flat Bench-
    (Stretched) Then-185x10(warmup), 225-8, 245-6, 265-4

    Decline Dumbbell-65'sx10, 70'sx8, 75'sx8

    Hammerstrength Press- 140x10, 160x8, 180x6, 200x4

    Cable Cross- 60x8, 70x6, 80x6 (Dida couple differnt angles to hit differnt parts of chest)

    Like I said, nothing to report yet except increased energy, Good Pump, if you have not tried kreation by scifit, GET SOME. But back on track, Im taking all my support supps and vitamins throughout the day, so far GREAT! mood and good energy.

    Taking ZMA, Melatonin and Liver Support at night. The ZMA and melatonin REALLY help me stay asleep. I have a problem with staying asleep.

    Ab Bench- Front and sides 2 sets of 20


    Cardio-

    Treadmill-(Stretch and Warmup) 15 min at 4mph and 4% grade, 120cals

    Eliptical-10 min 150 cals burned.....270 total

    1 60g carb shake, 45g protien- Post

    Felt REALLY good this morning, got a great pump on back and bis, felt like I could have done more weight on some things, but didnt want to over do it. But overall, liking it A LOT so far.

    Same plan as yesterday diet wise, around 3000 cals, under 100g fat, around 240-280g carbs, and 300g protien.

  12. Nice, even during a pulse this stuff seems to kick in pretty fast. You said you felt like you could do more weight, did you? Anyway, not getting carried away probably the smart thing. If you wind up with even a mild pull or tedonitis at this point it'll messup the rest of your cycle.

    Weight-199 + 2....Pretty Pumped

    Triceps today....

    Skull Crushers ez curl bar- 25'sx10, 35'sx8, 45's

    Straight Bar Push Down- 130x10, 150x9

    Rope Push Down- 150x8, 160x8

    Resersve One arm pull down- 60x18, 70x8, 80x6

    Dips, and close grip to finish it off 3 setsx10

    Strength Wen through the ROOF TODAY! I started taking small doses on monday to get it in my system.

    No sides so for EXCEPT....My nips dont hurt, they are not sore to touch or anything like that, they are very sensitive though...like a tingly feeling......anything to worry about.....Should I cut it short while I can. Or is it just from the PH's. The epi and the formadrol should take care of any estro or gyno right? And ive heard that PP is very unliky to cause gyno. Maybe im just sesitive to them? Ive done 1-ad(good stuff), S-drol, 17-hd in the past with no sesitivity.....any ideas?

  15. As far as the nips, I can't help, but tricep weights are nice and +3 lb in 3 days. Can't ask for much more than that.

  17. just keep a close eye on it. Phera gave me gyno into about the second week. i stupidly pushed it out to 3 weeks and had a fair size lump there. Luckily over the past few months it has died down quite a lot but i wish i had of just cut it short when i first noticed the lump. dont get paranoid though. feeling your nips every 5 mins isnt going to help. good luck.

    Yean man solo. It was my first and only PH cycle to date. Besides the gyno everything else was going fantastic. Strength and mass gains were insane. I wish i hadn't gotten the gyno because i'd be running PP for every cycle going forward.

    Nips may have felt a little sensitive but i was constantly checking them and i think thats probably why there was a little pain. And i mean little and only on the left nip.

    Iíve done 1-ad(good stuff but not as good as this), S-drol in the past, too, without real issues. Maybe once, but I think it was more related to getting too fat.

    I don't know much about gyno so I may not know what I'm talking about, hopefully someone else can help. Here are a couple thoughts.
    1) Since you're responding so well already maybe you can consider lowering the phera dose. Take just one pre-wo and skip or half-the second (I've split open a cap and done half before).
    2) Maybe up the Epi on the off day. Do a search on phera, I think I may have read a post about rebound gyno. But I donít know much about this stuff.

    Iím looking at your comment ďStrength Wen through the ROOF TODAY!Ē. Man, itís only the beginning of day 3. Maybe your body just suchs this stuff up.

    sensitivity could be from tons of things, including a change in laundry detergent Really even just the hormone fluctuations in general could cause that, even if it isn't causing any prolactin/gyno issues. But definitely keep close watch

  24. Anybody use Hyperdrol X2 and Retain2 post cycle therapy???....I have Nolva(Tamoxifen) and was thinking f running these too....Any ideas on this?...Just curious

Oh so many people think that formadrol (e-form) is THE thing to take on cycle to prevent gyno.... from personal experience i dont think it does a damn thing and only aggrivates the condition. Phera NEVER did anything to me nips wise... BUT get this, the first time i took SD i took e-form at the same time, nips kept getting itchier and itchier and i ended up with gyno after my PCT wich i had continued the formadrol throughout....

    I had to take a Nolva and Rebound XT cycle a month later to obliterate the gyno and it did completely. i then ran my phera with the next cycle and bridged it to SD (as that was what was recommended back then by AX) and left out the formadrol (e-from from dermabolics) and didnt even have an issue. I seriously think fromadrol is the culprit BUT at the least didnt do a damn thing for it.

    Id either stop the cycle NOW or start nolva right now and continue all through PCT, thats the only thing i think should be run on cycle to prevent gyno (i have used ATD at low dose as well and had succes) but im never touching formadrol again.

    well..... how bout a couple other things first.... drop the formastane (JMO) see if that helps... do you have the transdermal kind? have you been rubbing it on your chest?

    Then do you have ATD or Nolva on hand? Id try everything to salvage the cycle first man, sounds like you making great progress and this is still VERY early and preventable IMO, so try without the formadrol, if that dont work add low dose ATD (25mg morn and night) if that dont work add Nolva and if that dont work then drop it all together and go into a FULL normal pct regardless of how long its been to make sure your protected.

  29. well then my overall theory is shot... i thought you were already taking the formadrol. i WOULD try the ATD though, cant hurt. if the condition worsens do you have a serm on hand?

    I just remembered that when I started my cycle as a pulse, I was taking 2 Hyperdrol X-2 (contains an AI) by Anabolic Xtreme on the off nights. I've never taken it before so I can't swear by it's effectiveness but I think others can.
