I'd really like to keep things clean. There are so many good natural test boosters and recomp products out now, I really don't think I'll be getting back into gear. I don't think it's worth the trouble. It's almost a blessing that it was never a godsend for me like it is for so many people.

Had pizza tonight for the first time in a while. My training is on track even though I'm out of town, and with the exception of pizza tonight, my diet is pretty solid with all things considered. I'll be going back home on Sunday. I've been looking at plenty of different products at Nutraplanet. I'd really like to do something interesting, but I'm having a hard time deciding. As of right now, I'm just taking Whey, Creatine Mono, ATD and MultiVit. I'd like to use my HMB powder, but the stuff is so awful tasting I don't know what to do with it.

A couple other stacks I've considered:

RPM, DTH, Nettle Root, ATD

LR, Blue Up, Nettle Root, ATD

Napalm, LR, Ephedrine, ATD

Crystal meth, crack, heroine, protein

As far as HMB goes, I seem to get good results with it, despite many thinking it's just junk. There are studies showing it is very effective at improving LBM, even though some accuse the studies of being poorly designed. Either way, I'm a fan of the product, but there is no doubt that the taste of the bulk powder I got from NP couldn't get much worse. If you want to get past this aspect of the product, you can cap it or just put approx. 3 gms in one cup of orange juice and shoot it post workout. I really don't dread taking it everyday anymore now that I take it in this fashion. The juice has some simple sugars ('bout 30 gms) your body can definitely use post workout. The studies that I read, showed no improvement in its effects above the 3 gm dosage, but many think it's only effective at > 10 gm.

Thanks for the advice. I really want to avoid that many simple sugars from fructose. I wish there was another way to do it. On top of that, I take my creatine at the same time and I know that OJ destroys the effects of creatine monohydrate. Apple juice may be doable...I'll try that.

My Leviathan Reloaded from PAL came in and they were EXTREMELY generous in what they gave me. I was expecting only one bottle but I received two. My new cutting log will begin in the supplement review section within the next two weeks. I will probably pick up a natural test booster and ephedrine to stack with the LR, Creatine, HMB, and Beta alanine.

You have made incredible progress dude....cant wait for your next LR log.

I would say your bf is around 13%.

You should get it tested right to see who is right

The new log will be up today in the Supplement Review section. This makes for my third cutting log since November. I can't even say how much I'm loving my new routine. As long as the progress keeps coming like it has, I'll be stoked. My first capsule of LR was taken today. I'll post up the link to my new log when I create it.

Damn, you made some serious progress!!!! I was right there with you in weight for awhile, got up to about 214. I'm the same height and weight is about 196 or so. I'm not sure about your BF%.....but you did drop some serious weight. You're def. alot leaner than me. Keep up the great work.

Thanks, man. I've got an even newer log up in the Supplement Review section with new pictures. Leaner yet! Check it out.
