I'm going to change things up tomorrow with my diet. I'll mainly be eating the same foods, but my breakfast is going to be my pre-workout meal, then I'll have my post workout shake, lunch, shake, dinner, and then my final almonds and cottage cheese meal. I think it will free my schedule up quite a bit.

There was no way I was going to be able to get down my dinner tonight. I'm going to just have some extra cottage cheese with my last meal. My appetite is still super low. Hopefully I will gain my appetite back this week. I really hate letting my diet suffer.

I'll probably be picking my cardio up these last few weeks I'm on the Hdrol/Epi. Take advantage of the hormones as much as I can.

Having real bad anxiety issues right now. I went to bed about 3hrs ago and still haven't fallen asleep. Hopefully my GABA will come in tomorrow and I can give that stuff a shot. I haven't noticed these negative issues until this past week which was Week 1 of the Epidrol. I'd drop the dosage, but I think I am starting to notice a decrease in my pubertal gyno, and if the Epi could get rid of that, I'd welcome the bad side effects for another three weeks.

I shaved my chest today. Not too sure if I like the look or not. I may just need a tan, but I'm already putting enough into bodybuilding as it is. I'm starting to question the lifestyle. I'm almost at the point where I just want to be lean, look good, and stay healthy. Bodybuilding is such a huge sacrifice. Sometimes I think back to times when I could have done certain things with my friends, but chose not to out of fear of missing a couple meals. To me, that's rather pathetic. On the other hand, I like being a bigger dude. I love weightlifting. I think I just need to find a certain point where I can be happy and not worry about all of it.

I have a real big sternum, and on top of that, a wide chest. The seperation in the middle of my chest is very pronounced, and without a tan it's hard to see the lines. But, I think once I really shred down and get rid of my belly, my chest will be more apparent. I'll let you all be the judge of my new look. Keep the chest shaved, or keep the Paul Bunyan look?

I think the ladies will like that shaved look more. I know what you mean about the lifestyle bro. I don't know how some of you guys do it, and I tip my cap to all of you that do, do it. For me its a little easier because of baseball, but I too miss things with friends because of what I do and it get's to me sometimes.

Yep. There is a lump there. Plus, my nips were hard in that pic. They look better there than they do normally.

I ended up only getting a couple hours of sleep last night. I feel filthy. I've got that shaky, quivering, undeniably tired feeling.

I did probably the stupidest thing I could have done at 3am...I went to the gym. I thought it would wear me out and help me get to sleep. I got about halfway through my Back workout when I just couldn't fight the fatigue anymore. I went back home and tried to fall asleep.

Strangely, the two exercises I got through were actually UP from last week. I've got a test at 5:30pm I have to study for, but I'm going to try to get a nap in in a few minutes. I finally finished breakfast so maybe I will be able to fall asleep.

Here’s your log as I see it, correct me if I’m wrong.

1/25 you started epi. 75mg hdrol, 30 epi.
1/30 lethargy started, -.
2/1 started r4w, appetite dropped
2/4 nausea started

I think you need to get a handle, at the least, on the nausea.
The lethargy and appetite could be linked to the epi. I think 30mg in a stack might be my limit, too. What bothers me more is the added nausea. There’s a lot of stuff in the r4w, one of which is Pregnenolone which is supposed to be pretty potent stuff (I don’t really know much about it, personally). Besides the Pregnenolone there’s a long list of sups in it, maybe some of which you’re sensitive to. If you can’t eat you’re gonna lose muscle. IMHO you should drop back starting with the r4w. Maybe that will clear up the nausea. And just maybe 30 mg epi is too high. One last thing, as effective a GABA is, it can be a little nauseating. Not bad as sups go, but something you don’t need right now.

Ya, you've pretty much got it nailed. I dropped the R4W, and I'm feeling better already. I just got down my Fish and Broccoli, but I didn't get in my Tuna and Noodles earlier. I'm just starting to feel like myself right now. I can drive through the lethargy, but anxiety attacks and sleeplessness, not so much. I didn't have that issue until I started the R4W.

I got half of my back workout in, and that's enough for me. My body really wants to rest. I've got some homework to finish, so I'm just going to keep an eye on the primaries, take a shower, and relax as much as I can. I'll be hitting legs after class tomorrow.

Do you really think GABA will be a bad thing to try just for sleep issues? I was going to start with 3g tonight just to test it out. My stuff came in today.

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to DBinMD again.

No, I think 3g is a good idea now that you're feeling better. It's not that bad. I take it one of two ways either mixed with water and a little lemon juice or I cap it. I usually take 6-8 grams, so 3g shouldn't be hard to get down. Unlike most sups, I can tell it works, and as far I can tell it has no other sides. If i wake up in the middle of the night, I can take a couple of grams without waking up feeling drugged.

I measured out about 2.2g of powder on a scale and took it with a protein shake a couple hours ago. I feel rather relaxed and my muscles feel almost numb and just ready to settle down. I may bump up to 3g tomorrow. Hopefully I get a real good night sleep, and am able to get a good leg day in tomorrow afternoon.

Have any of you guys used Blue Up before? I'm wondering if I should buy another bottle or not. During PCT I was going to dose it at 3 caps at night, which would last me for 20 days. I was considering going with 4 caps, in which I would have to buy another bottle.

I was having HORRIBLE anxiety issues, issues i havnt had EVER, i think it was linked to the R4W caps. Today i am all better and hitting the gym tonight, appetite is much better as well. I hope you get better bro!
