I just won the contest between Reaper and myself for greatest fat loss. If you aren't aware, my last log was a Palo Alto Labs sponsored log for Leviathan Reloaded and the guys at PAL agreed to let Reaper and myself do a contest, and they would vote who won at the end. I'm not quite sure what I will get out of it, but I'm hoping it will be another PAL product. So, if that's the case, you can look forward to another great PAL product to be added to THIS log.

I had a great leg workout today even though it took all my strength to get up from my nap and head to the gym. Squats were up by 2+ reps, leg press was up by 2+ reps.

The last few days have been rough. I've been SO lethargic the last few days. I'm sure it's a combination of the hormones, a low carb diet, and less than perfect sleep. I've skipped class a couple times this week because of it and it's made me feel rather pathetic. The problem is I seem to get a second wind at night and I end up tossing and turning when I go to sleep. My roommate and I usually run a poker game on Wednesdays and Saturdays, so I'll try to quit dealing around 10:30pm and hit the sack early. I have to be up around 8am tomorrow to do fasted cardio.

Have you tried GABA, 6 grams at night definitely helps me.

I don’t claim to know, but I think epi is the more anabolic and H-drol the more androgenic, so maybe if you took the H-drol by 2:00 pm and the epi in the evening it might help. I’m stacking phera in the am and epi in the evening. I went thru some lethargy for about 5 days and, I suspect it was the combination of low carbs and epi. If I’m reading your log correctly, the lethargy didn’t start until after you added the epi.

Just got back from a painful but good Shoulder/Traps workout. My Overhead Press was up again. I did 45 mins. of fasted cardio this morning around 8:15am.

DB, you are correct about the lethargy starting after I added the Epi. I guess I could rearrange my dosing schedule as you mentioned. I haven't tried GABA before, but I could give it a shot.

Real cute chick in the gym today. Too bad she had one of the most obnoxious laughs I've ever heard in my life.
