I'd probably simply run 1 dose a day for 60 days of arimevol, given that that gives you: 10mg of epistane 10mg ATD 10mg 3,17-keto-etiochol-triene This is obviously not enough at those dosages to constitute a proper PCT, and at full dosage 2-3 caps, you are getting enough epistane to be somewhat suppressive. So, I would use it at a low-moderate dosage during a cycle in place of formestane. |

Starting off with pullups significantly decreased my strength, but I think I got a much better Lat workout from the the pullups than I usually get with pulldowns. On Friday (11/9) I will be doing Quads, Hams, Calves, Abs AND Saturday (11/10) I will be doing ARMS and ABs. Since I have switched over to Hemaguno,Oxyguno, and Furaguno I have started to lose a little of the water gain that I had while on Pheredrol, so I am going to bump my calories up some more to keep my weight gain slow and steady. | Registered User | Day 39 Thursday Nov. 8, 2007 (Week 6, Day 4) OFF My wife was sick so I took the day off. Today (Fri 11/9) will be ARMS and ABs !!! Saturday or Sunday I am going to train legs and abs, and the other day I am going to take off to REST !!! Everything is really starting to tighten up so far on the Hem,Oxy,Fur. I have lost a noticeable amount of fat. My weight was staying pretty steady around 246LBS before I upped my calories. I'm going to stay on this higher calorie regimen for another week or so and see how much weight I can gain without getting fat gain. |

I have only been at 245 one other time before this cycle, and I was nowhere near as lean as I am now. I'm adding chicken breasts back into my morning diet in hopes of adding weight a bit faster. This scared me alot because when I was in high school i tore my MCL and cartilage in that knee. After stopping to rest for a few miuntes it felt okay for me to contine, so I finished off my workout and I didn't really notice any more pain in that knee. It may have just been a muscle spasm, at this point nothing to be too concerned about. Today (Tues. 11/13) is going to be Chest,Abs !!!! |

I am continuing to get leaner everyday on this cycle. I am going to raise my dosages of hemaguno and oxyguno back up next week, I lowered the oxyguno this week because I had headaches and thought it may be raising my blood pressure eventhough I am taking ample support and ancillary products. I hope to get a bit better weight gain as opposed to simply cutting up by raising the dosages.
