I have had little to no side effects so far. The only things I have noticed have been a little more oil on hte skil and scalp, and Sunday I experienced my first back pump from this cycle. I want to keep you guys updated on my plans for this cycle, so I wanted to add that after my 5 weeks of trn,tst, and Pheredrol I plan on immediately beginning a 4 week mini-cycle of Hemaguno, Oxyguno, and Furaguno (all by Spectra Force Research) to end my bulking cycle. I will update you all on my dosing plan when i get to that point in my cycle!!! I will then bridge into my post cycle by using ArimEVOL by EVO LABS for 20 days. I will then continue my post cycle for another 6-10 weeks before starting another cycle. ![]() |

I had a bit of joint pain during my pressing in my elbows, so I am going to add a few extra joint and connective tissue products into my regimen. More updates to come!!!! Today (Tuesday 10/16) is Back Width Day. My goal for Wednesday was to weigh between 242-244, so we'll see I am very close to meeting this first goal of the cycle. |

| Registered User | Day 16 Tuesday Oct. 16, 2007 (Week 3, Day 2) Back Width, Traps, Abs My goal for the midpoint of my trn/tst/pher portion of this cycle was to weigh between 242-244 lbs. On Tuesday night (10/16) at 8:00PM I weighed 244.2 lbs. (+16.2) I have met the first goal of my cycle so far. My next goal is by November 5th (The day I start Hemaguno/Oxyguno/Furaguno) I want to be up tp about 250-255 lbs. This is uncharted waters for me. I have never weighed more than 245, and that was only water weight for about a day. I was steadily at about 240 lbs at my heaviest point. The only side effects that I have shown so far are a little bit of acne on my neck and at the base of my hairline on my neck. After a good shower and scrubbing my neck and scalp very well my hairline was clear of acne and my neck was significantly improved. I just finished my first bottle of tst for the cycle, my pumps in my workouts are intense, my recovery has been very quick, and my strength and size have already increased significantly. | Registered User | Day 23 Tuesday Oct. 23, 2007 (Week 4, Day 2) Back Width, Abs, Biceps At 7:15 PM I weighed 244.8 lbs. (+16.8) I have been stuck a bit at this weight, my bodyfat is dropping a bit and my muscle mass and strength are still increasing. I am going to add in some extra carbs, and I am switching over my main protein powder to Ergopharm's MASS MEAL. I should be able to add at least a few more pounds this week and end up on Novemeber 4th right at around 250 lbs, where I will begin my 4 week mini cycle of Spectra Force Research's Hemaguno, Oxyguno, Furaguno. I will be double dosing these as the research suggests that they are fairly underdosed and only mildly toxic methyls (Hem & Oxy). At the end of the 4 week mini cycle I hope to be up to about 260 lbs. I will be posting pictures at the end of this cycle. I hope you all will continue to read my future logs of my cycles!!! Thanks for your support so far guys!
