Well I can tell you I'm really sore on VAR..My chest hurts from yesterdays workout!!! Feels good to know its working. I'm going to cycle of the clen iafter the O which is only a week or so away. I'll try the benedryl tonight but its going to suck if it keeps me up.

I think it's so weird that benadryl keeps some people up (Label says it can cause hyperactivity in some users). That stuff knocks me out!
