As other already mention always follow label indications, this when it comes to products that involved ephedra or other alkaloids, do not go over label suggestion. Next cycle you may one product that have ECA stack. Good strong fat burner is the one here advertised in this site or you want with other you may try Clenbutrx form VPX, which is very strong stuff, the advantage is they have liquid form and you can adjust the dosage to lower one than the label.
