Planning a Havoc / Anabolic Pump cycle to be run in a week or 3. Nice and simple.
*Will only be taking 2 caps of AP daily, and it will overlap into PCT.
Havoc Dosages:
Week 1: 10mg to assess
Week 2: 20mg
Week 3: 20mg (unless I feel comfortable to bump up to 30)
Week 4: 30mg
PCT: Will consist of Tamoxifen (with Formestane being run inversely) & Turkesterone 2% (1-2g ED)
Nolva Dosages :
Week 1: 60mg
Week 2: 40mg
Week 3: 20mg
Week 4: 10 mg
Formestane Dosages:
Week 1: 0mg
Week 2: 50mg
Week 3: 100mg
Week 4: 150mg
Support:
Silymarin & a whole lotta Niacin
Regular Supps:
Bunch of vitamins and minerals (Which I don't feel like listing)
PowerFULL before bed (I have mad Insomnia, and this seems to do the trick)

BCAA's
Fish Oil
Physical Info: 5'8'' Tall. 185lbs. 12 bf%
Cycle Goals Either call out Mmowry's statements on this compoud, or obtain a tighter chest. Oh yeah, and make some great muscle gains while losing fat and enjoying carbs (for once in my life).
So If ya'll got any suggestions, please feel free to chime in. I am very open-minded to criticism (and prefer it to hearing "looks good").
