Sup all, I will be starting a TRN/Pheramonex log. This will be the first time I have made a log so bear with me.

I will be running 6 mg/day of the mega-trn with 30 mg/day of the pheramone-x. I will also be using Perfect Cycle by AX
along with 320 mg Saw Palmetto, 1600 mg Hawthorn Berries for BP control. Might thrown in some CQ10. My PCT
will consist of a special blend of Tamoxifen Citrate/Exemestane
1.5cc per day first week 1.0cc per day for secound week.
.5cc for weeks three and four. Followed by 6oxo and Fenugreek. Target cals per day 3200 and 200grams of protein.

I will try to log my work outs etc.

3-15-06 i started with 3 tabs of trn and 2 phera.
3-16-06 same
3-17-06 same
3-18-06 First work out did Shoulders and triceps.
Overall an awesome work out had lots of energy noticed a diffrence in weight, was able to do a few more reps also.
Right now im 164.5lbs 5'9.
Mondays post will be a little more informative with a list of work out with reps and weights.

You are doing way too much. Look at his link:
http://anabolicminds.com/forum/powerlifting-strongman/40442-beelze-training-log.html

Look at what he does.. and he weighs 270lbs. Ignore the magazines, their only good for toliet paper or lining you animals cage.
And also check this guy out. http://anabolicminds.com/forum/pics/42338-40-lbs-13-months.html#post488797

Look at how he did it. Thats what you should be doing.

I would hit bench twice a week. Maybe a heavy day and a repetition day or a heavy day and a real f.ckin heavy day. Do the main bench exercises, one of the following...flat bench, floor presses, board presses, lockouts, weighted dips etc and throw in a supplemental bench exercise like db presses. Then do some tri, shoulder and back work. Train for strength and eat for size...you should blow up on this stack ;)

I think this is way over his head.."board presses, floorpress, and etc". He need to drop his volume...considerably. He's 164lbs.
Read the two threads. And then decided.

Well first off, I don't think PHs are a good idea for him right now for his overall size. He could definately put more mass on without them by just eating and training hard. Second, I do think the bench exercises would help him, he doesn't need to do board presses, but the rest can be fit in. Also, I'm not saying he do all of them on his "chest" day, but rather one main bench exercise followed by a supplemental bench exercise and accessory work thereafter. He would be training lower volume, but at a much higher intensity. Basically something similar to Westside for Skinny Bastards http://www.defrancotraining.com/articles/archive/articles_westside.htm

Oh I agree totally. But Stink you have to think like a noob when answering questions like this. Because a noob reading it will be doing two days a week of heavy bench with about 6 different exercises for 4-5 sets and 8-10 reps apiece. And since he ain't an endo, meso, and on gear he won't gain squat.
BTW I am not busting your balls. It's hard to write something like this and not have it come off sounding like a snob or an ass.

I definately agree as well. ;) It's hard to just throw out information and hope people absorb the stuff or actually do a little more research into it.

Yeah man no offense, but I totally agree with these guys about dropping dosages alot, and probably holding off on the PHs for a while. If you are under 170 lbs at ~15% BF, then you should reconsider, and research more. First go check out some Mega TRN logs (like ryansm's) and some of Grexx's posts in the GL forum, and you will see that at your size 6mgs is way to high. I'm getting ready to start a PP/Mega TRN cycle, and I'm not huge by any means, but a lot heavier that you and I don't plan on going above 4mgs, on Mega TRN. And I've been researching and debating running this since ALRI first mentioned it when he was still on these boards. But seriously, not trying to bust your balls here, just trying to help. When I started lifting seriously I was 150lbs, and all I needed was food and lots of it, with low volume power work like these guys said, and check out the bulking forum, theres lots of stuff that could help you out. They're all good guys lookin out for ya.

I am going to drop down to 4mg a day(might drop out the pher) and give the modified west side work out a shot. We shall see what types of gains i pick up. Btw im sitting on 168
atm(no shoes etc:))

A. MAX-EFFORT LIFT - Work up to a max set of 3-5 reps.

Now should this be one set or three sets with the last one you 3rm etc?

I reread the article and I it sounds like one max set, but I'm not positive. Stinkfist could maybe answer this better, I could be missing something. I personally do 1 heavy day a week, where I do bench, bent row, partial dead, and squat. I do a really light warm up set, then three working sets of triples (3 reps) at max effort, then a really light cool down set, sometimes with just the bar to stretch out. This has always worked really well for me, especially when dieting, to maintain strength.

Hope this helps some.

I don't think I saw this but are you trying to get big or cutdown?
I am just going to assume bulk? If so you NEED to sign up for a fitday account and catalog what you eat. Then you need to figure out how much you need to move it up.

Work yourself up to 1 set of either a 3 or 5 rep maximum.

Another good site for power lifting/ westside stuff is elite fitness systems there are a bunch of articles on there. If i were you i would do a 3 to 5 rep max then drop the weight a little and do 3/3 that will help.

The board presses, in my opinion aren't what you need, that is more for competitive power lifters to work on building up weak/sticking points in the bench movement. Just Power benching or maybe bands or chains, to help with explosiveness, but if you don't plan on competing, then I wouldn't think that you need to go that extreme. Just the working up to a 3-5 Rep max would be good. One program that works really good is "Kyle's Russian Bench Program" I believe its on Fortified Iron's website( they also have some other very good programs, some westside barbell ones as well), and the basic power program from Jackal's Gym. Both of these programs have worked very well for me in the past and the Jackal's program I did all natural and gained alot of strength across all lifts, and a good amount of size as well. So if your on some sort of AAS I would think that you would also get pretty damn good results.

You should of been giving a positive rep, not sure if any admin can check and see if it was given.
On the Jackal's website the max bench squat, is that what your max is or what you want it to be?

Sorry about the rep point thing I just noticed that since your new you have zero rep power, so I don't think that you can give them yet or something like that. And about the jackal program, those are your target maxs for the end of the program. At the top of the page under programs, the workout calculator also has some good programs, the basic program on there is similar, but includes power cleans as well.

Let me know if you have any more ?s.

Eating 6000 fairly clean cals per day I put on a natural 13 lbs in 8 weeks and hit personal bests in all lifts on that program. So it definitely works. My cousin was a powerlifter training with Ed Coane at Quads, and I worked out with those guys and they told me to check that site out and thats one of the things that really got me into serious lifting.

I think this is what MS is talking about http://anabolicminds.com/forum/402685-post10.html
if it is, then that is similar to what I'm doing right now and it is working well. I like the TUT stuff for bodybuilding purposes. I don't get huge strength gains from this type of training though. That is why I have a power triples day, like I stated earlier. You kind of have to see what works for you personally, I think all of the programs mentioned are good, but some things work very well for some people and others don't. I think that the heavier low volume stuff is the way to start though, instead of the usual 'magazine I want to overtrain as fast as I can ridiculous volume routine' that alot of people try. Good luck.
