Ok so I am going to start my first cycle. I started cutting about a year ago and lost around 40 or 50 pounds. Gained most of it back. So now I am at it again. Here is what I am going to be taking. Any advice would be great. Thanks again!
EAA-post workout and before bed
Nitrous Malate-post workout and before bed
Glutamine-post workout and before bed
Ashwaghanda-one pill with my three meals
Green Tea-with my three meals
Animal Pak-pack a day
WPC-post workout
WPC Nighttime-before bed
Week 1: MAX LMG 3 caps a day
Week 2: MAX LMG 3 caps a day and E...Max 1 cap first three days and then work to 3 caps a day.
Next three weeks I will continue the same as week 2
Week 6:Tdrive 4 caps (2 at night and the other 2 during the day. Ultra Hotter 3 caps spread out during day and pro liver caps 2 in AM and 2 in PM.
Week 7 and 8: Tdrive 3 caps spread out during day and Ultra Hotter 3 caps during day and pro liver 4 caps during day.
Week 9: Tdrive 2 caps a day and Ultra Hotter 2 caps during day and pro liver 4 caps during day.
Week 10: tdrive 1 cap a day and ultra hotter 2 caps a day and proliver 4 caps a day.
