I am 20yrs old, 5'11" and 182lbs. I have been working on and off for the past 6 years but hitting it hard in the past 8 months or so. I have taken creatine and protein and im getting ready for my first cycle of SD. I have read a lot of threads on SD and i just have a few questions before i start. Should i take my first cycle solo or stack it with something? If so then what should i stack it with?
Week 1 - 10mg SD
Week 2 - 20mg SD
Week 3 - 30mg SD
Week 4 - 30mg SD
3 weeks PCT: Rebound XT 75/50/50 and Milkthistle 750mg
Would this be too much for my body weight or my first time? Also what time of day should i take SD if i am taking 30mg/day??
Please let me know what you think. I want my first cycle to be done right. Thanks.
