    This will be my cycle log for Anabolic Xtreme’s Phera-Plex™.

    Day 1


    Today’s Workout: 10:00 AM



    • Side Lateral Raises: 3 sets – 10, 10, 10
    • Rear Delt Reverse Flys: 3 sets - 8, 8, 10
    • DB Shoulder Press: 3 sets - 10, 10, 12
    • Shrugs: 3 sets - 10, 12, 12
    • Upright Rows: 3 sets - 10, 10, 12

    Thoughts:
    I took my first dosage of Phera-Plex about 45 minutes prior to my workout. I hit the gym and after my first set of side lateral raises I felt a cold sweat on my forehead. The cold sweat lasted throughout the entire session. It felt pretty refreshing actually. I know that may sound weird but I wasn't dripping with sweat but as I started to sweat I would feel the air hitting my face with a cooling effect. I told you that sounded weird . Anyways .. I noticed a few minor pumps in my bi's and tri's as I was working shoulders but nothing too intense, just noticable. I did notice some nice volumizing effects not sure if that was the Phera-Plex or not since I am just coming off from using Green Bulge. It probably was the Phera-Plex though because after I was done I noticed my shoulders and traps were rock hard! So far no noticable sides, although this is only day one. It's barely noon time and I have already downed 1 gallon of water so far for the day. I guess something has to wash down all this food I'm eating.

    Today’s Workout: 10:00 AM



    • Cable Rows: 3 sets – 10, 10, 12 (+20 llbs)
    • Wide Grip Lat Pull Downs: 3 sets - 8, 9, 10 (+10 lbs)
    • Deads: 3 sets - 10, 10, 10 (+20 lbs)
    • Cable Cross Overs: 3 sets - 9, 10, 11
    • DB Press: 3 sets - 10, 10, 12 (+10 lbs)
    • DB Flys: 3 sets - 8, 8, 10 (+10 lbs)

    Thoughts:
    Perspiration was way up today, I had to keep toweling myself off. It was the same type of cold sweat that I noticed yesterday. I felt a few minor pumps in my back and chest but nothing too intense. Still noticing some volumizing type of effects as well as muscle hardness. Nothing compared to the hardening effects from MDHT, but definitely noticable. I had a good night's sleep last night so nothing to report on anything hindering my rest. As you can see from my workout above, I was able to increase some weight today as strength seems to be up a bit. Still no sign of any sides or shut down as of yet.

    Today’s Workout: 10:00 AM


    • Tricep Press Downs: 3 sets – 10, 10, 12 (+20 lbs)
    • CGBP: 3 sets - 10, 10, 10
    • Skull Crushers: 3 sets - 8, 8, 8
    • 1 Arm DB Preachers: 3 sets - 10, 10, 10 (+5 lbs)
    • Hammers: 3 sets - 10, 10, 11 (+5 lbs)
    • EZ Bar Curls: 3 sets - 6, 8, 9


    Thoughts:
    Perspiration is still increased. A little bit of a strength increase on press downs and some curls. I upped the dosage of Phera-Plex yesterday and I slept fine last night. Still no sides as of yet. Tomorrow is an off day.

    • Leg Extensions: 3 sets – 12, 14, 12 (+20 lbs)
    • Seated Leg Curls: 3 sets - 12, 12, 14 (+30 lbs)
    • Leg Press: 3 sets - 13, 13, 14
    • Squats: 3 sets - 10, 10, 12
    • Standing Calf Raises: 3 sets - 15, 15, 16 (+20 lbs)
    • Donkey Calf Raises: 3 sets - 18, 20, 20


    Thoughts:
    Day 5 and still no sides. Strength is still a bit increased. Perspiration is still up as well. I'm doing ok on the 30mg dosage. So far I have been sleeping great and energy levels are good throughout the day. I've just been eating and eating throughout the day to make sure I'm getting in enough calories. No lethargy or anything like that to report. My weight has been fluctuating a bit but over all it looks like I'm up about 6 lbs right now. I'll officially weigh in on Monday for a 1 week status on weight.

    • Hammer Strength Low Rows: 3 sets - 12, 12, 14 (+20 lbs)
    • Hammer Strength Iso-Lateral D.Y. Rows: 3 sets - 12, 12, 12 (+20 lbs)
    • Bench Press: 3 sets - 10, 10, 8
    • Decline Press:3 sets - 10, 10, 12 (+20 lbs)
    • Incline DB Press: 3 sets - 10, 10, 12 -drop set (+15 lbs)

    Thoughts:
    All seems to be good, still no sides or anything negative to report. Still seeing a bit of an increase in strength.

    Today’s Workout: 10:15 AM



    • Side Lateral Raises: 4 sets – 12, 12, 12, 13 (+10 lbs)
    • Rear Delt Reverse Flys: 3 sets - 10, 10, 12
    • Barbell Shrugs: 3 sets - 12, 12, 14 (+30 lbs)
    • Upright Rows: 3 sets - 12, 12, 13
    • DB Shoulder Press: 3 sets - 8, 10, 10 (+10 lbs)

    Thoughts:
    One week in and my weight is at 250 lbs .. I've also decided to up the dosage to 40mg for the next 2 weeks and if all goes well I'll bump it up to 50mg for week 4. Still no sides to report . Sweating was up once again, I had to keep toweling off. Strength seems to be the same only minor increases from last week. I have also thought about extending this cycle out with a 1AD/4AD stack for weeks 5-8. Any thoughts or comments on adding that in after Phera-Plex?

    Thoughts:
    Sweatin' like a dog once again .. I'm still seeing some strength increases. The most noticable was on back today. I'm up an additional 20 lbs on cable rows over the increases from last week. Still no sides to report.

    I'm still undecided since I'll most likely be running 1AD/4AD for weeks 5-8.

    Yesterday was day 11. Today (Friday) is day 12. I'm hitting legs this afternoon. I'll be weighing in every Monday. I did weigh myself this morning just to check and I am still holding steady at 250 lbs.

    Thoughts:
    Day 12 and still no sides. Strength is steadily increasing, I pretty much doubled my strength increases on leg extensions from last week's leg workout! Perspiration is still up as well.

    that's a hellaciously high doseage of Phera-Plex. i weigh 230 and only took 20mg/day with good results. i'm interested to see how androgenic this compounds side effects get at 50mg/QD. i wish i would have ran 30mg/QD at least...

    Initially I was going to run 10/20/20/30 .. then one of the guys at AX recommended that a higher dosage would be better so they sent me another bottle to run the higher dosage...

    • Incline Press: 3 sets - 12, 12, 12
    • Decline Press:3 sets - 10, 8, 8 (+50 lbs)
    • Hammer Strength Iso-Rows: 3 sets - 12, 12, 12 (+50 lbs)

    Thoughts:
    Strength is still up, most notably on bench, declines, and iso rows today. Still no sides to report. Tomorrow is an off day. I'll weigh in on Monday morning since that will be 2 weeks in.

    i ran PP @20mg and SD @30mg so my results are skewed; however after 3 weeks PCT i've kept +10 lbs with no BF gain...

    Thoughts:
    2 weeks in and I weighed in this morning at 252 lbs. Strength seems to be the same as last week's shoulders/traps w/o. The only increase was on upright rows today. Perspiration is still increased during my workouts. Still no sides with Phera-Plex.

    Thoughts:
    Finally seeing a side, I'm noticing a bit of pressure on my lower right side back region. I started noticing this last night before bed, but I slept perfectly fine. I woke up still feeling the pain. It's not really that painful. It's more annoying than anything else. Strength feels about the same as last week, although I did finally stack the cable machines on pull downs and cable rows. Besides that nothing else to report.

    • Straight Bar Press Downs: 3 sets - 12, 12, 14

    Thoughts:
    Well what I thought was a possible side just seems to be muscle sorenes in that my lower back/side region. It's pretty much gone as of today. I slept fine last night with no problems. Strength from last week's arm workout remained, no icreases. No sides to report.

    Thoughts:
    I was right about that lower back pain. Turns out it was a side from Phera-Plex. It was really hurting all day yesterday all across my lower back region. All is well today though, I haven't felt any pain so far. Perspiration was normal today, not the usual increase. Strength remained the same as last week's increases. My weight is fluctuating. I weighed in this morning at 250 lbs exactly, so no increases so far this week.

    So far, would you give the PP a thumbs up? I'm not sure if I am reading your posts right, but it seems like you aren't too happy with it - well, about the stength gains anyway....

    I'll be updating the log later this morning after my workout. I definately give PP a thumbs up. Good strength gains with basically no major sides. The only side I noticed was some lower back pain that I had mentioned last week, but all is well now and I haven't felt any pain since then. I'm happy with the product, I was just noting that there were no increases in strength from last week that's all.

    • Side Lateral Raises: 4 sets – 12, 12, 12, 12
    • Rear Delt Reverse Flys: 3 sets - 12, 12, 13
    • Upright Rows: 3 sets - 14, 12, 14
    • DB Shoulder Press: 3 sets - 8, 10, 10 (+10 lbs)
    • DB Shrugs: 3 sets - 10, 12, 14


    Thoughts:
    The lower back pumps/pain I was noticing last week has not come back. All is well. No increases in weight, still at approx 250 lbs. 8 more days to go!

    Anything noticed about your hairline? I should also ask, are you prone to MPB? Or have you ever noticed loss of hair on any of your other cycles (methylJacked/1AD/4AD)?

    no changes to the hairline .. I don't believe I'm prone to MPB .. if I was I would have known after using methyl jacked last year. Never experienced any hairloss with any of my cycles.

    Today’s Workout: 10:00 AM



    • Incline DB Press: 3 sets - 12, 12, 14 (+10 lbs)
    • DB Flys: 3 sets - 10, 10, 9 (+10 lbs)
    • Cable Cross Overs: 3 sets - 12, 12, 14
    • Close Grip Pull Downs: 3 sets - 8, 8, 8 (still stacking the machine)
    • Cable Rows: 3 sets – 8, 8, 10 (still stacking the machine)
    Thoughts:
    No sides to report. Strength is still steady, a few increases on chest today. Today is the last day of 40mg a day. I start 50mg tomorrow for the last week of the Phera-Plex cycle. Just a side note: I took about a tablespoon of GMS prior to today's workout and I had awesome pumps, especially on back.

    Thoughts:

    Day 24 and no sides to report. Today is the first day of 50mg a day. I'll be splitting up the dose for this final week like this ..

    Morning: 30mgs

    Evening: 20mgs

    I took 30mgs about an hour pre-workout this morning along with 2 table spoons of GMS. All I can say is that my arms were so pumped that it literally felt like they were going to explode. I haven't been seeing a whole lot of pumps with Phera-Plex, so this is why I am playing around with the dosages of GMS. I started my workout a little late today so I only had time for 2 exercises for bi's. Regardless it was a great workout.
