  1. day 22 - 3 weeks mark


    Well, the duration so far seems long but i hadnt my best supps available during the first 2 weeks. BTW this helped me decide what likely doesnt work for me.

    Training: Good, but not exceptional. I think Prostan needs a few more days to give strenght.

    Weight/Measurements: Back up to near the max i reached. Measurement at belly is the same and the caliper too is fixed. BUT in the mirror this morning I saw some loose skin in the upper abs area (which i DONT measure with tape nor caliper). Maybe its just water loss, but i think is some SAT.

    Sides: Very mild lethargy, more than sustainable. Absolutely no sides from the 3 doses of Albuterol I already took. Good.

    Supplementation: Got Albuterol yesterday and started in the PM. I'll go with 3 doses a day: morning, afternoon and night, with the mid one being 1h before workout on training days. I had a great sleep tonight, but got up one hour earlier than usual. No change to my previous plans. I will finish a bottle of guggul which i stopped after reading controversial studies about cholesterol effect. I'm getting blood drawn next week to evaluate the cholesterol-fighting protocol i'm still following.

    Training: Nothing to report, slight weight increase on pulldowns..

    Weight/Measurements: Down 1lb. Diet has been consistent and sleep good. This means that either MP or Albuterol kicked in.

    Sides: None.

    Supplementation: No change.

  3. day 26


    Training: The low carb is testing my strengh. I'm just trying to keep the same weights. Anyway training has been good and intense.

    Weight/Measurements: Weight basically stable. Waist measurement: -0.5cm.

    Sides: Nothing noticeable to report.

    Supplementation: Finished Thyrocuts yesterday and started forskolin (20%) @100mg in the morning and 100 before bed.
    I'm thinking to raise the dosage of MP again to 8 caps. Saturday will be the 4 weeks mark and I will evaluate the situation to make corrective measures if needed.
    I'm not sure if i posted here, but i raised the Albuterol dosage to 4mg, 3day.

    Training: I'll update this part tonight when i get back from the gym. I want to see how the impact of the "paindul pumps" (see below) affect training.

    Weight/Measurements: Down, down, down! Dropped 1lb a day in the past 2 days. This is surely due in part of the appetite loss that Albuterol caused. Besides this, Alb and eventually also MP are definitely working. Waist measurement: another 0.5cm down. Oh yea.

    Sides: Yesterday was definitely a bad day. I did the mistake to take a double dose of Prostan at night for the past 2 days, since I wasnt feeling much from it and it was more than one week. Instead it kicked in exactly yesterday, whith a plasma concentration higher than it should have been. Result: I had painful pumps all over the body, particularly on the muscles which were still recovering (tri and delts). First i skipped the mid day dose of Prostan, reducing the daily dose to 50mg. Then I raised my taurine intake, took 1g of potassium and magnesium (which would help with Albuterol effects too btw), 2 caps of an OTC muscle relaxant that my doc prescribed me for a tendon strain 2 months ago, went to the movie and then to bed. Had a long night sleep and this morning i'm NOTICEABLY better. We'll see how today workout will impact this.

    Supplementation: Forskolin gives me diarhea. I dont know why, but after a couple of days of usage, poof. I decided to take it only in the morning, the bedtime dose is the one mostly related to morning ****s. I dont plan any change in supps until i finish 3 weeks of Alb.

    Training: The last workout was not particularly good but i was very tired due to lack of sleep (damn those night sweats @35°+C)

    Weight/Measurements: Weight down more than 1lb since the last update. Waist measurement down JUST 0.5cm (not too good), but the other measurements (chest, arms and legs) are stable or slightly up, so the LBM is holding. I dont know from where the fat is going since i see it only on my stomach. Anyway, the single spot caliper doesnt help either. I'm going to take 3 different measurements of the belly. I can guess that Prostan is at least anti-catabolic.

    Sides: Besides the forskolin ****s, none. Slight tiredness, but thats mostly from the lack of sleep than from Prostan. Also the stomach disconfort disappeared when I discontinued
    MAX LMG.

    Supplementation: I stopped MP when I read of possible interactions with thyroid hormones * la sesathin. I started Dicana after 3 days of forskolin only and I'm taking both right now, altough I'm dosing forskolin 200mg in the morning EOD, restarting tomorrow (today **** was still a bit bad).This friday I'll stop Albuterol being 3 weeks (one bottle FYI) and I'll take AMP. I want to try this instead of EC (I was NOT going to take aspirin anyway). I'm not sure if to start MP again or hold it for later during PCT, when i'll not be taking any thyroid med. To sum up the cycle that can appear confusing to most:

    The fatloss plan is:
    weeks 1-2 Thyrocuts 4 caps, LX 5caps (switched to Blaze 3 caps), sesathin (normal then double dose)
    weeks 2-3 Thyrocuts 4 caps, Albuterol 4mg x3, Blaze, Melting Point (4 then 6 caps)
    weeks 3-4 Dicana 3 caps, Albuterol 4mg x3, Forskolin 200mg EOD,
    weeks 5-6 Dicana 4 caps, AMP, LX @ 3 caps (should arrive tomorrow, i'm without cortisol suppressor ATM, but Prostan seems to do something on that)
    weeks 7-9 Albuterol 4mg x3, Melting Point (8 caps), Forskolin 200mg EOD, LX 5caps

    The PS plan is:
    weeks 1-2 MAX @75
    weeks 3-4 MAX @75, Prostan @75
    weeks 5-6: Prostan @75 (i'll bump to 100 again next week)
    weeks 7-9 PCT RXT + CEE

    Both answers can be easily found in my last update:

    1. yes and i'll stop with the 3 weeks pct (second Alb cycle). Then i'm off for a due vacation to the sea
    2. Prostan. I dont think MAX is good for cutting.

    I have been dosing Albuterol .075 maybe 0.8 3 times a day and i don't know about you but ive been getting serious SHAKES i couldn't even hold a pen. are you getting anything like this?

    No, absolutely no sides from Alb. And i've been quite satisfied with it that i'm going to do another 3 week cycle after 2 weeks off.
    But i dont respond to stimulants. I would lower the dose to 3 pumps (=3mg).

    Quick update.

    Training: Not awesome. Strenght went down in the second part of the workout while doing curls. hmm... Maybe i was just very tired from the lack of sleep as my energy is under the floor when i dont sleep at least 7h.

    Weight/Measurements: Got 1lb this morning. Its good because gaining the day after working out to me means that i'm receiving anabolic support from AAS. Hence Prostan is working (and maybe there is some contribution from Albuterol too).

    Sides: None. Also no problem in the toilet this morning. I think i'll continue dosing forskolin 200mg EOD since this seems to work the best for that matter.

    Supplementation: Alb ran out yesterday, one bottle lasted exactly 3 weeks. Therefore this morning i started AMP, with 2 caps to assest tolerance. i'll build up to 4 or 5. I just felt a bit light-headed. Note that I toog 1 cap of GXR with breakfast that could have potentiated the effect. So far so good.

    I got confused with this.

    I'm glad i'm off. There have been initial gains, particularly strenght but lasted only one week and then the stomach disconfort was being increasing. If i ever use it i'll do for bulking and not more than 3 weeks. A 3 weeker SD+MAX LMG sounds good.

    Another quick update.

    Training: Not awesome. I'm doing an accumulation phase (less sets of 10-15 reps at 70%RM weight circa) now which melds better with the current stage of the cycle.

    Weight/Measurements: Weight fluctuates a bit, on the low side. I looked better in the mirror. Measurements later this week.

    Sides: None. Also the runs problems from forskolin seems to have subsided.

    Supplementation: I'm liking AMP. Took 3 caps this morning with GXR, waited 15 mins and then and breakfast. 1h later i felt a very good feeling. I think i'll stick with this dose. Went down to 75mg of Prostan and I think i did wrong. I'm sticking with 100mg now til the end of the cycle.

    Yeah ABSOLUTELY! In october i'll start a huge bulking cycle.
    But I have to say that Prostan is at least anti-catabolic and thats all i need in this moment.

  17. SYR i'm not sure if this is possible but i don't see why not. I'm on a superdrol cycle can i run albuterol with SD? I'm sure albuterol won't hinder gains just cut fat. i'm not sure let me know

    I dont see why not. You could even run T3 with superdrol to preserve your muscles.

    Training: Strenght isnt there, period. Prostan is unable to keep strenght levels while cutting. Period. M5aa didnt help much and upset my prostate the next day or two. So, its off.

    Weight/Measurements: Slightly down. About 1lb a week. Caliper, scale and tape are in agreement that i'm experiencing a slow but steady reduction in bodyfat. About 2% less since the beginning. I will probably be able to loose another 1% in the last 2 weeks of this cycle and during PCT (with Albuterol), but I need 2 more points before starting bulking again. In mid september I will test the new USP products, thereafter I'll do a 5weeker of var only to finish the recomp. So i should be ready for a winter bulk.

    Sides: I decided to wait a couple days before posting this because I wanted to be sure. I found my right nipple to be puffy. Not hard as before. No lumps, itching, nothing, just the look.
    Things that could have contributed are forskolin (which i rate at the first point), saw palmetto (altough i was dosing pretty low) and GXR. So I stopped all these 3 and started 40mg Nolva and 1 cap of RXT, both at night. I decided to NOT stop the Prostan because I believe its not the cause. Still, I lowered the dosage back to 75mg. See the post below.

    Supplementation: I'm loving AMP. Its the best thing i could take after i wake up. If i undersleep or oversleep, it gives me the energy to go through all the day. RAised the dose to 4 caps, 3 first thing in the morning (without GXR now) and one 6h later.

    Training: No Strenght, but at least no DOMS either. The best effect I experiencing with Prostan is this.

    Weight/Measurements: Little carb reload yesterday, so weight is stable.

    Sides: The puffyness seems almost gone. Nipples are harder this morning. Of course I'm continuing with Nolva and ATD til the end of the cycle and I'll use both for PCT too, raising RXT dosage. I definitely think to be very subsceptible to estrogens. I'll use an AI in every cut from now on.

    Supplementation: No change.

    Looking at my excel chart, the weight has hit a plateau for 3 days, while training and diet have been very consistent, which means one thing to me: AMP is not suited for long term (geez i planned only 2 weeks) use for fat loss.

    I have two choices at the moment:
    1) Retry with MP at higher dosage: 3caps 3x day or 5 caps 2x day is what i have in mind. This way I'll know for sure if works for me.
    OR
    2) Bump Dicana to 4 caps. I'll need one week to ramp down, so this doesnt sound as the best option.

    I'll go with option 1 and i'll keep you all updated. I'll continue taking AMP, at just 2 caps in the morning just for the feeling of energy that i need in the first part of the day.
    Also i'll throw some ALCAR (1g, 2x day) for better nutrient partitioning (i'm off GXR remember?).

    No. Lack of sides and increased recovery are the reasons i'm running it for a total of 6 weeks.

    Training: the new program kickass and I managed to keep a decent strenght too (that is no more strenght reductions). Legs are sore as hell after not squatting for 1 month.

    Weight/Measurements: The trend is to keep the positive measurements (chest, arms) while waist and scale are going down. MP started to work yesterday... with the sides (see below). Looking at the progress, i've kept all my mucles, with some redistribution due to legs rest for a knee problem, or maybe added 1lb. And lost 2,5% of BF. So its not too bad, if wasnt for how **** i feel today.

    Sides: I had 3 tuns in the toilet. And 2 today, i have stomach disconfort. And what's worse, since yesterday night I have AGAIN those terrible muscle pain that happened a few weeks ago. I checked back my log and I'm not so sure if the culprit is either Prostan or MP. Whatever I took the protective measures, but I'm not feeling better at all. Too few sleep, cause It took 3 hours to fall asleep and I had to get up early this morning. I called sick and i'll have a long nap this afternoon. I'm stopping MP altogether today and I'll reduce the Prostan to 50mg again. Bumping taurine, potassium, magnesium, 1 baby aspirin and the muscle relaxant. If I'm not completely fine tomorrow, I quit the cycle. I know it sucks to go on vacation during PCT, but ****, I have to enjoy the only week off i have this summer.

    Supplementation: See above.
