I started my SD/4-ad 3 week cycle last night.... There is so many log's on this
site that I have came to the conclusion that there is no reason for me to keep one.
I will post the begging and the end of my cycle.
40 years old
Week 1: 10mg SD a day, 900 mg 4-ad split up into 3 caps a day. 1000mg milk thistle a day.
weeks 2-3: 20mg SD a day, one in the morning and one pre workout. The rest (Same as above).
This is my work out schedule: Mon, Abs.---- Tue, chest/Bis.---Wed Abs.---Thu, back/tris
Fri, Abs.--- Sat, shoulders/legs.--- Off Sunday.
My diet is pretty clean. About 2,800-3000 cals a day and 170g-200g of protein a day.
PCT will be with Rebound and Milk Thistle.
