I won't put names simply because a lot of guys helped me out in general, so thanks to all who helped. I gained a lot of knowledge just putting this cycle together

Starting Thursday. Diet will be 300 protein 400 carb 90 fat mostly from oils and meats. Around 3700 total. Only 100 above maintenance

Starting tomorrow. Any suggestions on training style for mass?? If not I'm keeping to what I know works for me. Thanks guys!! Will have first post (so to speak) up in the morn

First d.t. applied this morning 7 am after a chest hair trim. Applied my second pump now for pre workout.. figured it was late enough in the day. 100mg down. Start dmz on Monday so derma and dmz end same day. 255 this morning. Will have a dxa scan done either tomorrow or Monday for fat %.

Dxa this morning.. not as good as I was hoping lol. 253 @ 19%. Goal for this cycle is is 260 ish @ 14%... .5mg adex this morning

Hey colt, do you know what your caliper bf is?

I measured just about 12%, but i know im fatter, i figure 15-20. Hoping i can use your dexia scan as a cuff, if you're tall then we are about the same size.

I'm 6' 3". Last time I did a caliper was a year ago at 11% I'm guessing it is about 13% caliper now. However, I'm not sure how loose skin effects caliper readings if at all. That may be a draw back for you because I lost near 100 lbs 3 years ago. I think your 15-20 would be about right, though.

Update. Been doing well lifting and eating(minus a piece of german chocolate cake.. damn you germans). Switching to push pull split. Start dmz in the morn. Still around 3700 cals.

Been feeling really good lately. Day 3 of dmz, almost 1 week on Dermatrest. The pumps in the gym have been better. Feel like I recover a bit faster as I have really been pushing it lately. Will check weight tomorrow

Couple months ago found a lump on my right nipple but it never got bigger or was sore. Past 2 days had been kinda sore. So should I up my weekly adex to 2mg?? I'm doing .5 mwf. I was thinking 1mg Monday and Thursday just to be safe and keep an eye on it

My plan is to run exem instead of adex (i think its just plain better) and either run nolva at a super low dose (say 5mg ed or eod) or 10mgs if my nips get scary.

I think there are contra indications for running nolva w adex, so rolax is your best bet (really ot always is for gyno, but i habe nolva on hand for pct along clomid)

That was my plan as well at first. But I like the idea of using a pharma adex over my RC exem. Otherwise I would have. Got my grimy hands on pharm adex, though.

I hear you. My rc stuff is from the domestic rc shop that has been around forever and more or less gets solid reviews over a long period of time.

Trest aromatises into a worse estro, so i figure stopping that works better than treating it, but nolva is fda approved for gyno for men, so some small dose should help. I've not looked super deep into it woth adex tho.

I ran 350 prop and 350 mast w a lil bit of adex w zero problems (didn't train right or eat right in pct, but kept a ton of it), about a year or so after i ran 350 prop and var (dont recall dose) and came out solid.

Years after that i ran pp andro bulk and lean (or whatever) and got super lethargy and terrible libido, and after that i ran test boosters and got some real gyno issues, but only well after.

My dr put me in otc dhea and it seemed to help, but i can still kinda feel something (havent touched dhea in a couple years) when i get some hard direct pressure, but i can lie on the floor w no sensation.

Comes and goes a bit, but ill run nolva from day one when i start next week at low doses, and do 6 to 8 weeks pct for an 8 week cycle.

Sorry to hijack, just figure a gyno discussion in a treat thread can help.

Don't be sorry man. I enjoy other input and experience. I'll see how this next week at 2mg treats my tenderness and decide about nolva from there. I do have it and clomid on hand

Feeling full lately. Pumps in the gym are definitely more intense. I kinda like the smell of thee Dermatr3st.. the lady not so much lol

How is the full as f ?
It's a good pump I'll give it that. and I'd use it any day of the week. But.. redcon big noise beats it out. As far as full and f.. you'd like it. Scoop and a half is muy bueno

I definitely have the best pumps. No 1rm pr yet. Testing week 4, but can definitely tell rep pr's in bench, Incline db, and hit 315 squat for 13. Will have bench, squat, and hopefully DL up in 12 or so days. As far as size.. wake up fuller, and my shoulders which have always been my strong suite feel and look bigger. Might try a seated OHP test too next week rather than same week as bench. All in all I'm definitely stronger and more full. Nipple has been less sensitive since dosing 1mg adex monday and thurs without achy joints..

Nice log dude. Im less than a week into mine only 2 caps per day of trest so far, 1 of sd. I worry my sd is bunk, but i am getting a bit of lethargy and some splints, so maybe its legit. Genetech superdrol 250, saw one bad comment about the company, but a few good ones.

Keep lifting like a maniac man, i like to think of this as 24 weeks of hard lifting concentrated into 8.

The lump under the nipple has gotten a tad bigger, but still only noticeable if feeling it not visually. It doesn't hurt when I push on it, but does a little when I squeeze it slightly. I have had this checked out twice over 3months ago and they said it was nothing, just some extra tissue. 2 different docs. Suggestions? Should I use some nolva on cycle? If so what does as far as on vs pct

Awesome pull day. Total war pre workout with some bcaas cause I hadn't eaten in about 4 hours. Feeling super strong. Seeing a little size difference but no fat loss. Might change up nutrition a bit, slow growth, and work on fat loss

Performed the Wingate bike test today in my exercise physiology class, now refueled and going to hit the gym before 6 hour work shift. Grueling day, and definitely haven't eaten enough, so we will see how chest tri goes.. 15mg dmz pre workout and a little caffeine and yohimbe.
