26 years old, 200 lbs.. pretty built and lean yet looking to pack on more muscle..
Work out 6 days a week and do HIIT about once a week at this time (Bulking)
Been lifting for about 8/9 months now and started with a cut for about 4 months..
I eat clean carbs and protein and sitting around 3500 calories/day
Interested in a first cyle (bulking) and would either do injectables or oral..
Recommendations? nothing too harsh on the body!!
