    Superdrol Log!! Started May 17.


    Okay today was my first workout with superdrol. No major differences today, i wasn't expecting any today maybe towards the end of this week. I'm feeling fine and no bad pumps or anything. This is what my cycle is looking like.

    1st week - 10 mg SD, milk thistle, pro-liver, red yeast rice
    2nd week - 10-20mg SD, milk thistle, pro-liver, red yeast rice
    3rd week - 20mg SD, milk thistle, pro-liver, red yeast rice
    4th week - 20mg SD, milk thistle, pro-liver, red yeast rice
    ----PCT----
    1st week - 40 mg Nolvadex,milk thistle, pro-liver, red yeast rice
    2nd week- 30 mg Nolvadex, milk thistle, pro-liver, red yeast rice
    3rd week - 20 mg Nolvadex,milk thistle, pro-liver, red yeast rice
    4th week - 10 mg Nolvadex, milk thistle, pro-liver, red yeast rice
    5th week - milk thistle, pro-liver, red yeast rice


    I don't have time right now to type out what exactly I'm eating but heres the basic idea. I'm tryin to get around 300g protein a day. These are the basic foods I'm gonna be eating--
    egg whites, oatmeal, pasta, bread, LOTS of natural peanut butter, steak, chicken, tuna, peanuts, oat bars, rice,and some other things.

    WORKOUT -
    Monday – Chest/Biceps
    Barbell Bench Press
    Dumbbell Bench Press
    Dumbbell Flys

    Barbell Curls
    Alternating Dumbbell Curls
    Concentration Curls

    Wednesday – Legs/ Triceps
    Leg Press
    Leg Extensions
    Squats

    Kickbacks
    Pushdowns
    Skullcrushers/Dips

    Friday – Shoulders/ Back
    Dumbbell Press
    Military Press
    Seated Bent-over Lateral Raises

    Lat Pulldowns
    Dumbbell Rows
    Dumbbell Shrugs
    Deadlifts

    you start doing 'em again and I'll gurantee you that that routine you posted will change bro... deads are damn physically taxing (if done correctly )

    Ya thank you man. Yah I was thinking, I'm pretty exhausted after this workout, and I remember how tiring deads were from when I used to do them. If I throw them into my routine I'm prolly gonna have to split my routine up to maybe a 5 or 6 day split.

    May 19th, 3rd day into cycle. Today's an off day so I'm just gonna relax and do some cardio maybe. I am really surprised almost my whole body has increased.

    Bicep - Up almost half inch
    Waste - Down 1/4 inch
    Calf - Up 3/4 inch
    Quad - Up 3/4 inch
    Chest - same

    Granted some of these could be measuring mistakes but I've definitely made some gains.

    glycogen thus far bro... the solid gains come a little later.

    I have a little bit of acne starting to form but nothing big. I have prescribed medication and a dr. prescribed cream for it so I'll let ya know how that goes. Other than that, no bad noticebale side effects. (You cant even really see the acne at all just veryyy little)

    My strength seems to be up a little bit. Not much but some. This is only 5th day into it and I didn't expect much at this time. My weight is up about 4 lbs. Today's an off day after a hard workout yesterday.

    Today's the sixth day. Going to do cardio in around 4 hours. I've been lethargic the past few days but im getting beter. I'm not responding too good to the 10mg, which I expected, cant wait til I up it to 20mg hopefully I notice more.

    8th day into my cycle. Up about 5-6 lbs.Started 20mg yesterday.. I'm gonna be starting a new split routine this monday so I can get in the gym more. No new measurements, but expect that to increase later on. The lethargy has gone away and my acne is pretty much gone. Libido is great haha. I'll post my new 6-day split soon.

    Yea I was thinking the same thing but I want to get in each muscle twice a week. Hmm this was my other option

    Monday - Chest/Triceps/Shoulders
    Tuesday - Back/Legs/Biceps
    Wednesday - OFF
    Thursday - Chest/Triceps/Shoulders
    Friday - Back/Legs/Biceps
    Saturday -OFF
    Sunday - OFF

    when i first started working out i did a similar routine. over time i realized i was overtraining and got better results working each group once a week especially when training hard.

    I've had barely any painful pumps. Today I did get some though while doing deadlifts. I don't know if they were from the SD or because I hadn't done deadlifts in a long time.

    Today was back and shoulder day. Good workout, stength is up about 2 more reps with the same weight I used to on most workouts. So far, 7 solid lbs gained. Monday I'm gonna hammer my body with chest/triceps. I feel this week is gonna be when I really start to first notice the effects. My nolvadex I was looking at today, and on the bottly it's in mL. 2 mL is 40mg if I'm correct. Just double checking, cuz from searching the board some have diff opinions.

    Sorry I haven't posted in this lately. Well I haven't had much strength gains but my weight is still going up which is good. Also, I haven't been getting any back pumps, but when I wake up from sleeping I get pumps in my traps and they hurt to the touch. Other than that, nothing else to report.
