First. I am starting from point zero as i lost everything everything from my last cycle last year. It was harsh everything was a mess and i stopped tranning. I returned to workout several months so i prepared my cycle
I want quality gains and keep gains after cycle this time i planned everything well but need opinions and advices
Test e (cidoteston) egyptiam
1-18 weeks
Test e 500 ml
1-16
Eq 800 ml
1-5
Dbol 40 mg
Hcg 500ui through out the cycle till pct
Armidex 0.5 eod or e3days
Ghrp6 and cjc no dac 300mcg each daily
Supp
Wheyprotein multivitamin
Pct
2 weeks after last test shot
Clomid 100 100 50 25
Nolv 40 40 20 20
I have a mea plan but not sure about my carb quantitu maybe bit low or bit high
So what so u think guys
Pla no one tell me u have to gain naturaly first and that talkings i am not beginner but my problem that i crashed in cycle before
