I've been at both ends of the spectrum and I have to say that my goals are changing as I get older. (and more experienced.) Clearly, my genetics will not allow me to maintain that kind of weight without using more drugs than I'd like to. Also, things are changing for me in my personal life and I just don't have the time nesesary to devote to the level of training it takes to maintain that size as well. In spite of Bohicas' jabs, I'm quite satisfied with my shape and condition now. I'm confident I'll end up at a very lean vascular 160 when I'm done. I think that's where I look and feel my best.(and healthiest) That's what's most important to me now.

LO sounds like your loving life right now. I have to say I'm in the same boat. I'm down from 235lbs in the winter to a lean 210lbs 6-7%bf and I look much bigger then I did in the winter. Keep it up bro don't let all these fatties get you down.

After reading all your darn posts I have cleaned out my m4ohn stash and have been dosing around 50-55 mgs daily and couldn't feel ANY better! I really must commit that I am learning through this experience that var/4ohn works best in extended dosing protocols. I think the only thing that could have made it better would be adding some fasting ascting test to go along with it. I may be building my best "feel good" stack through this experience. I think mine may consist of var,test, with either Ultra HOT or Proviron thrown in there.

Trained legs again. Some of you might recall that i've been sick for like a month now. Well, I went to the clinic yesterday and it turns out i have a sinus infection. In spite of this, I'm pressing on and the SD is definitely helping in the endurance department.

I've been doing MOHN at 36mg ed and 1test at 250mg along with a clen and ec cycle (cycling clen and EC every two weeks). I've kept my carbs at around 150, but was considering doing a depletion like you are. I am currently 191. Down 9lbs since beginning of may. 24yo and 5'10" Is your ecy giving the needed energy throughout the day since being in such a depleted state? Keep up the good work and we want some pics!
The ECY definitely helps with energy when on such low carbs. Diet is basicly the same as when I started. The only thing I have changed is to add about an extra 50 to 70 gms of carbs pre and post WO. Had a bit of a gluttonous night yesterday. Had a little pre fathers' day party since I'll be away from my kids on that day.
The LBM just sucked up the extra cals and sodium. We'll see where I end up at the end of the week.
