Planning out my next cycle and I have a few questions.. Would it be best to run 1 andro/4 andro as follows

1 andro - 220mg/220mg/220mg/220mg/220mg/220mg/220mg/220mg
4 andro - 220mg/220mg/220mg/220mg/220mg/220mg/220mg/220mg

or

1 andro - 220mg/330mg/330mg/330mg/330mg/330mg
4 andro - 220mg/330mg/330mg/330mg/330mg/330mg

Olympus labs by the way. I have nolva and an ai on hand. I've ran havoc, superdrol, and finaflex's old 1-andro before back in the day. Currently 5'10 @ 165 pounds. Just want to know if it be better to run it at 8 weeks @ 220mg or cut two weeks off and run it at 220mg then 330mg for the reminder of the 5 weeks. Haven't ran a cycle since 2012.

I ran 1&4 at 330 for 8 weeks and it went great. (Also threw in Epi @ 400 for 6 weeks along side it)

Well started my first dose today. I will try to keep this thread updated as much as possible (busy schedule currently deployed). Weighed in at 165.7 and dosed 1 pill of each (110 mg) after lunch and I will dose the other pills tonight after dinner. Workout schedule will be P/P/L/Rest/P/P/L/Repeat.

Just an update. Taking today off (Sunday for me) and starting strong tomorrow on a modified PHAT routine. Still at 220mg of both the 1 andro and the 4 andro no noticeable changes yet we will see how tomorrow goes.

Update: Today was my first day doing a modified PHAT routine and I kinda dig it.. As for the 1 andro and 4 andro I haven't really noticed anything yet besides maybe a little strength increase and I seemed to have sweat a little more today. Weighed in at 169.2 today. I will update this a little later with workouts and lifts for the day.

Okay so I am just going to update this thread one more time with a little more info on how I am running this cycle and my goals. I am currently trying to bulk and I'd like to get 5-10 pounds out of this cycle. I eat roughly 2,500-3,000 calories a day as clean as possible and my protein is always 1.5x my body weight or close to it. I am in the military and I am currently deployed so some days I work longer than i'd like and some days I eat a little less than i'd like but its life and that is just how it goes sometimes! I Along with my modified PHAT routine I have to do mandatory PT in the morning which usually involves runs and calisthenics. Its going to be interesting to see how 1-andro and 4-andro change my cardio levels.. (anyone have any input on this?) But my cycle will be laid out below, thanks for reading! I'll try to get some pictures if I can.

Just a quick update before I go back to work. Had trouble sleeping last night kept waking up every few hours or so not sure if its due to the andro or just a bad night of sleep. Had a 3 mile'ish run for pt this morning and it felt good just sweated a **** ton more than normal. Hitting up legs later today will update once I get done!

Soooo I did some leg action today.. thinking right now I am going to stick to push/pull/legs for now. Everything felt pretty easy no drastic changes yet besides the fact I keep sweating like a mofo for some reason.

Squat 3x5 205, 215, 225

Weighted decline crunches 3x12 25

Less has always been more for me in terms of volume and I kinda like to keep my legs as fresh as possible seeing as my unit likes to do dumb **** and I am a ground pounder. We have been in and out of the field and training for the past year or so so my numbers aren't miraculous but hopefully a little 1andro/4andro and some down time before I get back to the states will help out!

A little push action today! Weighed in at 171.7 this morning after pissing. We did another little 2.5 mile "fun run" this morning for pt which involved pushups, situps, and squats. Got to the gym around 5 this afternoon and had a nice push workout.

Overall it was a nice workout lifts all felt easy and I could've kept going for more, but like I said less has always been more for me so I'm trying to keep it that way. Slept great last night didn't wake up once and got about 8 hours of total sleep. Again today I feel like I am sweating more as I workout. Pull today tomorrow!!

Day 6: Weight 172.1 first thing this morning! Slept like a rock last night probably on like day 40ish of taking 20mg of mk-677 and it still knocks me out at night. Today was my pull day and I had a massive pump in my forearms and biceps it was insane love that "on" feeling!

Pull workout:
Deadlifts 135x5, 225x5, 275x5, 285x5
Barbell rows 135x5, 145x5, 165x5x3
Pullups 4x8 (bodyweight)
Facepulls 3x15 20
Barbell curls 3x12 60
Hammer cursl 3x12 35's
Concentration curls 3x10 15's

Overall it was a good workout. Don't normally incorporate deadlifts (I know I'm a punk bitch) but we do so much running and rucking around plus a squat twice a week it really ****s with my running, but I figured why the hell not! Again I sweated like I was in a sauna today!

Went ahead and bumped my dosage up to 330mg of the 1andro/4andro.. How should I split the doses up? breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

Day 7: Today was leg day and also the day I went ahead and bumped up to 330mg of 1andro/4andro. My back was a little sore from deadlifts yesterday so my squat's felt tough but I went up in weight from last workout so that is a plus! Weight this morning was 172.6.

Leg workout: (warm up sets not included)
Barbell squats 3x5 235x4, 225x5, 225x5
Front squats 3x8 135
Barbell calf raises 4x15 135
Leg curls 4x12 95
Leg extensions 3x10 90
Weighted decline crunches 3x12 25

Overall I felt pretty dang good besides my back being a little sore from incorporating deadlifts back into my routine. Tomorrow's my rest day so that'll be nice.

Day 8: Well today was an off day for me and its a Saturday so I usually use this day to eat pretty much whatever I want I had some taco bell earlier and I picked up a tub of ben and jerry's for later ;). Since bumping the dose up to 330mg yesterday I have had a constant dull headache just about all day and it burns like a mofo when I pee if I don't drink enough water. I noticed I am beginning to get pretty vascular which is a plus! Other than that nothing new to report excited for tomorrow's push day. Update yall then!

Day 9: Weight this morning was still hovering at 172.8. Definitely looking bigger and dropping body fat though. Today was a push day and just about all of my main lifts went up which is nice to see!

Day 10: Weight this morning was 173.8 steadily going up and I can tell I am dropping body fat.. becoming more vascular by the day it seems like. Today was a pull day for me and it felt pretty good. Had an insane pump in my forearms and biceps.

Pull workout:
Deadlifts 3x5 225 (went light on these back still sore from last pull workout)
Pendlay rows 3x5 135,145, 135
Pullups 4x6 (bodyweight)

Single arm curls (cable's) 3x10 10 (nice and slow and squeeze at the top)

Little worried about my cardio levels.. did a 2 mile run this morning and lost a considerable amount of time on my run. Not sure whats going on there.. My guess is my weight has shot up so quickly and my legs aren't used to carrying the load yet lol.

Day 11: Weighed in at 172 even this morning. Had trouble sleeping last night felt like my blood pressure/heart rate was up a little kept me up pretty much on and off throughout the night hopefully that subsides. Today was leg day and I went in wanting to go pretty hard today and ended up ripping my ****ing shorts right down the middle of the ass on a warm up set of squats.. guess that's what I get for going ass to grass.. other than the pants ripping it was a good workout had to take it a little easier on the squats as not to rip my shorts completely off lol

Just read your log and your headache issues may be blood pressure related. I didn't notice if you mentioned taking any on cycle support? If not OL Armicare pro or CEL cycle assist are both i have used in the pasr and work well. Good luck mate.

They have stopped thankfully! I've been taking Ar1mcare pro since day 1.

Day 12: Weight was 174.0 this morning. Today was an off day for me so no workout to post but, I will add my skin seems to be getting more oily then normal and I'm starting to get a few zits.. Other than that no changes to report.

Day 13: Today was another good day got about 8 1/2 hours of sleep last night weighed in at 175.4 this morning so weight is still going up consistently and I still feel pretty lean/abs are visible. No sides to report except for (oily skin).. Did my push workout today and everything felt pretty easy and my bench is going up in weight every workout.

Day 14: Woke up this morning still at 175.4. Slept like a bear last night I am on day like 40+ of fn mk-677 @ 20mg and it never fails to give me the best sleep... love that ****! Today was a pull workout and I went light on deadlifts and changed my form up a little bit.. was having a little lower back pain from last weeks deadlifts.

Day 15: Weighed in at 176.5 this morning up again from yesterday. Today was leg day and all of my main lifts went up a good amount from the last workout. I got my blood pressure checked today after working out and it was a little higher than normal and a little higher than I liked... 147/78. Its normally around 120/70. I'll keep monitoring it for now.

Barbell squats 3x5 225x5, 230x5, 235x5 (felt easy and went up extremely smooth)
