This morning was day 1 of my TrenX cycle. 1 pill contains 22mg trenavar, 10mg epistane, and 6mg methylstenbolone. I will run a 5 week cycle 2/2/3/3/3 pills ed. Split dose, 3 hours apart from liver support. I am running ar1micare pro by OL, himalaya livercare, multi, fish oil, flax oil, and alphapha extract. Diet will be 100 below maintenance at 3500 calories. My tdee is a little higher due to my 2nd job which I am on my feet for close to 5 hours most days. I am 6'2", 239.5 poounds fasted and after a nice piss this morning lol. last bf check was 15% but have since dropped some fat and even gained a little strength natty. So I'm guessing it should be around 12-13% now. If I missed anything important drop a comment lol. Headed off to work now and dont have time to post my 6am workout. Will do later. Thanks dudes.

Day 1 - Back and Bi
7am before work hit back and biceps. Awhile back I lost a lot of weight using Arnold's Blueprint to Mass and again a year later ran the same thing and both times had amazing results both in size and strength specially for being natty. So for my cycle I will be using that workout but changed just a little bit due to some things I have learned and what not.

1. Deadlift - 5x5 225 235 280 320 370 *actually felt i could have gone a little heavier last set but still had a whole workout :( lol
2. wide grip reverse pulldown - 5x30,12, 10, 8, 6, 110 130 130 130 155
3. a. seated cable row - same sets as above for 110 150 150 170 190
b. single db row - 4x12, 10, 8, 6, 45 60 60 75
4. BB curls - 5x30, 12, 10, 8, 6, 45 65 75 75 75 *last set 3 sec negative.
5. a. Seated incline db curl - 4x12, 10, 8, 6, 25 25 25 30 *really focused on contraction/squeeze
b. spider curls - 4x12, 10, 8, 6, 40 40 50 60
6. DB hammer curls - 5x30, 12, 12, 10, 10, 15 25 25 35 45 *focused on blood to the muscles
7. decline sit ups - 4x25 bw

felt good whole workout. 1 trenX around 6am with fish oil, flax, alphalpha, and my last 2 pop tarts... shhhh. Post workout was 1 scoop Allmax hexapro, 1/2 cup oats, 1 scoop allmax whey gold, 5g glutamine, 5g creatine. 9am took liver supp, himalaya, and multi.

Day 2 - Chest and Tri

TrenX pill morning, walked horses (volunteer work for local physical therapy) from 9-1 and hit the gym at 2. took on cycle about 11am after trenx. Just took my second pill at 6. Felt a little week today due to not having a lot of food in me at all :( but the training must go on!

1. Flat bench - 5x30, 12, 10, 8 6 135 155 155 185 185 *was feeling a bit of pain on my left shoulder from HS football. Not sure why it decided to flair up today.
2. incline DB press - 5x30, 12, 10, 8, 6 50 60 60 70 75 *hands placed a little higher to target middle-upper chest
3 a. peck deck - 5x30, 12, 10, 8, 6 150 190 190 190 205
b. DB pull over - 4x12, 10, 8, 6 60 70 70 90 *felt strong on last 70 so jumped to 90. still some shoulder pain but not bad
4. Smith close grip bench - 4x12, 10, 8, 6, 135 135 155 185
5 a. skull crusher - 4x12, 10, 8, 6, 60 65 65 70 *like to do these standing, leaned back on a preacher curl rack.
b. one arm tri ex. - 4x12, 10, 8, 6, 25 25 30 30
6. seated tricep push - 4x12, 10, 10, 10, 150 170 170 170 170 *not sure how to explain this one.. its a weird machine at my gym but I love the pump i get.
7. forearm curls w/ DB - 4x15 60

Decided to do my 5g creatine pre workout this time, so 5g glutamine and 1.5 scoop allmax gold whey post. 2 cups cooked white rice 30 minutes later. Will have tomorrows post up around same time.

Haha just had to ask. I've seen logs where guys do some retarded bro split and the only compound movement they do is bench and they come up with every excuse to not squat or deadlift.

I love squats. Wouldn't train without them! Deads aren't the most friendly back excersize though..

Good answer!

Have you ever posted a side view video of your deadlift to have people critique it? Deads used to kill my back until I got some guys to help me out with it. Now I never have issues with it. I know many people have also had similar results from a little critiquing and coaching.

I'm not tying to brag but my form is close to perfect. My old Coach taught me how to dead and he use to compete at 700+ pounds. But I have 3 bulging disks and spinal stenosis. So that's where the pain comes from :( oh well

Day 3 - Legs and Shoulders

Today was in-tense. Haven't been following a legit workout for awhile and just been kinda doing my own thing. Realized I probably havent been hitting legs as hard as I could have been and today was an eye opener. I am SHOT. Felt a lot better energy wise though from yesterday. For legs, I am going to stray from the warm-up of 30 and no last set of 6. I will stay within 8-12 reps for legs. Here is the lowdown:

1. Squat - 5x20, 12, 10, 8, 8, 135 225 225 315 315
2. Straight leg DL - 3x12, 12, 12, 135 135 135 *back once again started to get tight and give just a little pain. Stayed away from last set here
3. DB lunges - 4x10 60 60 50 50
4. a. leg ex. - 4x12, 12, 10, 8, 160 170 180 190
b. lying leg curl - 4x12, 12, 8, 8, 100 100 110 110
5. Seated calf raise - 5x12 265 265 285 285 305
6. Seated front press - 5x30, 12, 10, 8, 6, 95 135 145 145 145 *done in the smith machine so Ill be waiting for the crap lol
7. a. wide angle DB press - 4x12, 10, 8, 6, 25 25 25 25 *regular shoulder press on the negative, but come up at an angle like a Y and then bringing the DB back towards the center line at the top. If that makes sense.
b. seated front raise DB - 4x12, 10, 8, 6, 25 25 25 25
8. a. singel arm lat raise - 4x12, 10, 8, 6, 12.5 12.5 12.5 12.5 *done on my gyms cable machine which adds x2 weight.. its weird I know so really its 25lbs.
b. upright row - 4x12, 10, 8, 6, 12.5 17.5 17.5 22.5 22.5 *same as above. x2 weight listed in cables.
9. kneeling cable crunch - 4x25 67.5 77.5 77.5 77.5 * x2 weight, done in cable machine

Was a little rushed towards the end of the workout. Not the best post workout "meal", but I had 2 scoops Allmax hexapro, 5g glutamine, and a gatorade. Also, just had some creatine w/ 20oz water for pre-workout. Trying to stray away from stims with this cycle and see how that works. So far so good. Thanks guys

Will note I have felt a bit more pump, other than that nothing yet of course at day 3. Still feel good though as far as any sides. Im sore as sh!t..

weighed in this morning and I am up .75 pound. Have been hitting macro goals easily and staying on top of my nutrition. Feel great. Will HOPEFULLY have before pics up soon along with this afternoons workout.

Back and Bicep Day 4

I decided to not do deadlifts today (which shouldnt hurt me to bad considering I already hit it once this week) due to my back being super sore, but in a good way.

2 a. seated cable row - 4x12, 10, 8, 6, 150 150 170 190
b. single DB row - 4x12, 10, 8, 6, 5, 50 60 60 80 100

4. seated incline DB curl - 5x30, 12, 10, 8, 6, 20 25 30 30 35
5. spider curl - 4x12, 10, 8, 6, 22.5 32.5 37.5 42.5
6. Hammer rope curls - 4x12, 10, 8, 6, 37.5 42.5 42.5 47.5
7. bicep blood work - 2xfailure w/20lb dumbbells *done to push as much blood an nutrients into muscle as possible. I have a hard time growing "good looking" if you will, biceps. I have long upper arms and frankly they look like **** when they dont have a pump lol. Post workout was as usual. protein, carbs, and glutamine. Creatine for preworkout with 1 cup coffee. Morning workout tomorrow.

I can honestly say I am so facking sore. Especially my legs, @ss, and back. No pain anywhere yet but it is only day 5. However, I feel like I have a little more drive during my workout. Not sure if thats pill or placebo. This morning I hit Chest and tri. Here it is:

Day 5 - Chest and Triceps

1. Flat bench - 5x30, 12, 10, 8, 6, 135 155 155 185 225 *actually failed at rep 5 with 225. Feel so week after that warm up of 30 lol
2. a. cable fly - 5x30, 12, 10, 8, 6, 12.5 22.5 22.5 27.5 27.5 *remember these are x2 actual weight
b. DB pull over - 4x12, 10, 8, 6, 60 70 80 90
3. Incline DB press - 4x12, 10, 8, 6, 60 60 70 80
4. Close grip - 4x12, 10, 8, 6, 135 155 175 185
5. a. tri-pushdown - 5x30, 12, 10, 8, 6, 50 90 90 110 130
b. one are tri ex. - 4x12, 10, 8, 6, 20 20 20 20 *found an article on this specific exercise, changed my wrist position and it made it a LOT harder and gave a better pump.. hence only 20 lbs.
6. forearms 5x30, 12, 10, 8, 6, 72 84 84 84 96
7. Handing Leg raises - 3x15 bw

Post workout: 2 scoop allmax gold whey, 5g glutamine, 5g creatine, Purus Labs Slingshot insulin mimetic with 2 poptarts (lol woops), and just had a quest bar while sitting at work which will have been about 2 hours since my workout.

Pre workout: Caved in and bought some pump sh!t. Got Allmax hemavol and 24hr Pump from Nutraceutical Innovations which I have a review on. Could definitely feel a difference in pump and intensity today. Loved it.

Well... sad news today. Gym ended up being closed for maintenance. So, decided to go to the College football field and run sprints and 300's along with some lineman drills. Brought back some memories lol. Probably wasnt a bad idea though considering today was legs and they are still shot from wednesday. BW squats and sprints will hopefully push more blood and nutrients into the legs so this week I can kill them again. Today I am going to lower carbs and up fats and protein a bit. Tomorrow is "rest" day and will probably go cycling.

Today was great. Had an insane chest pump from set #1. Preworkout was again 24hr pump, glutamine akg, and hemavol from allmax. Knockout new fave pump combo. Here was today's.

Felt really good. Have noticed more ambition to get through a workout. Have noticed my skin feels a little dry.. not sure of that's the ph. But joints and everything else is awesome

Picture in the grey pants was april 1st about half way through a 5 week halodrol cycle. Image in the camo is about 3 weeks ago July 1st. Sorry its taken me so long to get these up I just hate looking at them lol. Keep in mind also that I do have quite a few stretch marks from weighing 300+ a few years back. (not a healthy 300...)

Arnold's blueprint calls for a 30 rep warm up and I can hit 135 pretty easily with that. It also calls for 30 for every exercise which I don't agree with lol. So I decided bench, or later pull down on back days, shoulder press on shoulder day, etc. I've always actually liked doing a set of 30 at lighter weight. The pump is unreal and it stays consistent

You got me sold on that 30 rep warm up I gotta try that. Also great improvement from April, in to follow your log.

So, today was legs and shoulders. My longest day of the week. I noticed that I am starting to have some small irritations in my knees. All I can explain it as is it feels very "dry". Definitely some joint discomfort from anrdrost in ar1micare Pro, epi, and tren combination. Ran to Rexius Nutrition (where i work) and picked up a good joint sup. Should have started it sooner, d@mn it. Oh well, only thing to complain about so far. Still feeling good. Nutrition is good but today splurged and went to a new Burger place that opened up in town. 4 more days of 2 pills then ill bump it up to 3 a day. Anyway enough rambling, here was todays training.

Legs and Shoulders - Day 10

1. Squat - 225x12 225x12 275x10 315x8 315x8
2. SLDL - 135x12 135x12 135x12 185x10 185x12 *lower back actually felt good today dispite my disks and having deadlifted yesterday
3.a. leg extension - 165x12 175x12 185x12 195x10 210x10
b. lyign leg curl - 100x12 100x12 100x12 110x10 110x8 *these felt really heavy today.. not sure why but had a great pump. just felt fatigued fast
4. seated calf raise - 260x12 270x12 280x12 290x12 300x12 *opposite of hammies. These felt very strong today.
5. smith military press - 135x12 135x12 155x10 155x8 185x6
6. a. lateral raise DB - 25x12 30x10 35x8 40x8
b. upright row - 95x12 115x10 135x8 135x8
7. rear delt cable pull - 12.5x15 12.5x12 12.5x10 17.5x10 17.5x8

Pre and post was as usual. creatine, glutamine, hemavol, 24hr pump, allmax whey gold.
