Cycle will be:
LGD 10 mg ED Weeks 1-8
ARIMISTANE 50 mg ED Weeks 5-8
This will have DAA too
ARIMISTANE 25 mg ED Weeks 9-12
This will have DAA too
This is OTC PCT (Revolution PCT) I used last time I ran LGD. It worked fine. Reason I'm using toward middle of cycle is that's when I noticed lethargy and libido issues last time. So I am hoping limit that u doing the arimistane, by lowering my estrogen I am hoping to better balance estro and test... We'll see.
Been dieting for a month and lost a little strength. Currebt 1RM est:

Will be doing 5/3/1 then 3 sets of 10-12 on main lift, then upper lower split.

Started this LGD cycle in middle of my 4th 531 cycle...

Last time I ran LGD, I didn't need it... OTC PCT was enough.... However I am looking at adding Trestolone to this cycle, so that is going to change things... If I add Trest I am going to need AI and then clomid PCT.

Not everyone needs a serm for pct, I do, but i have a friend that doesn't even use a pct he usually tapers off everything he trys and just bounces back no estrogen sideffects, lethargy nothing the lucky bastard, i for one get ichy puffy nipples 3/4 the way through most cycles ive done.......

After 6 weeks of Osta at 25mg, my T levels were in the clinical deficiency range, but I felt totally fine, so it's not really a good indicator.
I'm not trying to say that OTC is not good, because I did OTC after my cycle, but I had pre-PCT blood tests that showed me exactly where I was and gave me enough information to consider my options. I'm just concerned that doing OTC without hard evidence is not much better than a craps shoot.
Not only that, but after a 4 week OTC PCT, my T levels were still low, although I felt great. You can take a look at my log, all the data is there: First Osta cycle.

2 back to back cycles with an OTC PCT is fine if you did an 8 week PCT of real supplements, Revolution PCT did nothing for you I'm willing to bet, feel good now sure, but when you get older? Different story. There's my input. Do your due diligence

I hate to do this guys, but I am legit disliking 531 on cut. I think it was bad idea... Anyone know of a way I can change this title of this thread? I am altering the program considerably...

Beginning of 4th week on lgd and noticed strength gains in this workout. Upped weight and it was easier than last week. Accidently did only 2 reps for 10.. For dead and chins and 70 % of front squats. Gonna add set of 10, 10, and 7 to make up and do bench correctly.. Idiot here.... Ha

Going to switch the program a bit, going to keep focused on strength and am going to increase the volume as I now can feel that the lgd seems to be kicking in. Lethargy and libido took a hit, however the arimistane 25 mg arimistane and 325 mg of DAA seemed to nip those issues in bud. Going to go to 4 day a week upper lower split, was going to consider full body 3 times but squaring and DL'ing 3 times in a week is going to be tough in s deficit.Going to push progression on lifts even while cutting cause I feel I can with lgd mow. Gonna do shorter but more intense and more quantity of sprints.

Well keep in mind I'm in a deficit... But since I lost my initial strength when going into deficit, I've gained strength, dropped BF, and lost 16 lbs so far... I'm posting the pics once a week. Started the deficit at 17% BF, I'm now at 13.7% BF. I think LGD is doing what it was developed for, preventing muscle wasting. 5 days per week I'm eat 1700 ish calories and fasting for 15-18 hours, I think if I was doing this without that id be losing strength, also post workout pump is strong. I think this is a good use for this compound.

And I know everyone dismisses DAA... And I obviously don't have blood tests to back this up right now, but I felt myself slipping, and that in arimistane seem to have curbed the feeling. Also hoping for the arimistane to help to further the drop in fat. I am kinda trying to re-create the concept of osta-shred with LGD instead of osterine, because I know lgd is much more potent.
