Alright AM, it's time to get this crazy log going.
First off big shout out and thanks to NewAgeMayan and Jebrook for the opportunity to do this log.
For the next 8 weeks I will be pushing myself to the limit in the gym using Olympus Labs UK's new Sup3r-1 Elite, Sup3r-4 Elite, and Sup3r-Epi Elite.
Current Stats:
Age: 28
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 184lbs
BF%: No idea, 16-18%??
My Goals:
Recomp/cut! Over the years I have built up a decent amount of muscle but with no regard to really being lean or defined. It's time to change that! I would love to be able to see my abs for the first time in 6 years this summer. Let's get this beach body going! Really looking for the Andro's to help me maintain my muscle size (and possibly increase it?) over the next 8 weeks of cutting. I have ran these compounds twice before (from other companies) and know what to expect. I am really looking forward to running this stack from OL UK, they have never let me down in the past with their other products and I expect nothing but greatness from this stack! Let's get shredded!
My Cycle:
Weeks 1-8
Sup3r-1 @ 330mg ED
Sup3r-4 @ 330mg ED
Sup3r-Epi @ 500mg ED
Ar1macare Pro (As prescribed)
Staple supps will include BCAA, Fish Oil, and Multivitamin. Will also have exemestane on hand in case of any issues.
Weeks 9-12
Nolva @ 20/20/10/10
Sup3r PCT (As prescribed)
Exemestane (If needed)
Training Info:
This cycle for me will be more of a recomp/cut run, although I will not complain if I see strength and muscle gains. I will be continuing with an Intermittent Fasting protocol in which I will be training fasted in the morning (if you want to read about intermittent fasting see link at bottom of post). My eating schedule will consist of 16 hours fasted and 8 hours of eating every day. Hours will be 12pm-8pm eating and 8pm-12pm fasted. I have been following this protocol for 4 weeks now and have gone from weighing 196lbs to 184lbs with no loss of muscle or strength that I have noticed (strength has actually increased). I will not be counting calories or macros. I will just be eating smart and clean. Also, I will be cycling my carbs. Higher carb intake on lifting days and non-lifting days will be minimal carbs.
For my lifting I will be changing lifting styles and rep ranges almost weekly. I have followed this program in the past with very good results. Lifting 5 days a week and 2 days of active rest. I will be completing 30 minutes of cardio on lifting days and 45 minutes to an hour on non-lifting days. I will be posting logs of every workout in here.
