Alright AM, it's time to get this crazy log going.
First off big shout out and thanks to NewAgeMayan and Jebrook for the opportunity to do this log.

For the next 8 weeks I will be pushing myself to the limit in the gym using Olympus Labs UK's new Sup3r-1 Elite, Sup3r-4 Elite, and Sup3r-Epi Elite.

Weight: 184lbs
BF%: No idea, 16-18%??

My Goals:

Recomp/cut! Over the years I have built up a decent amount of muscle but with no regard to really being lean or defined. It's time to change that! I would love to be able to see my abs for the first time in 6 years this summer. Let's get this beach body going! Really looking for the Andro's to help me maintain my muscle size (and possibly increase it?) over the next 8 weeks of cutting. I have ran these compounds twice before (from other companies) and know what to expect. I am really looking forward to running this stack from OL UK, they have never let me down in the past with their other products and I expect nothing but greatness from this stack! Let's get shredded!

My Cycle:

Weeks 1-8
Sup3r-1 @ 330mg ED
Sup3r-4 @ 330mg ED
Sup3r-Epi @ 500mg ED
Ar1macare Pro (As prescribed)

Staple supps will include BCAA, Fish Oil, and Multivitamin. Will also have exemestane on hand in case of any issues.

Training Info:

This cycle for me will be more of a recomp/cut run, although I will not complain if I see strength and muscle gains. I will be continuing with an Intermittent Fasting protocol in which I will be training fasted in the morning (if you want to read about intermittent fasting see link at bottom of post). My eating schedule will consist of 16 hours fasted and 8 hours of eating every day. Hours will be 12pm-8pm eating and 8pm-12pm fasted. I have been following this protocol for 4 weeks now and have gone from weighing 196lbs to 184lbs with no loss of muscle or strength that I have noticed (strength has actually increased). I will not be counting calories or macros. I will just be eating smart and clean. Also, I will be cycling my carbs. Higher carb intake on lifting days and non-lifting days will be minimal carbs.

For my lifting I will be changing lifting styles and rep ranges almost weekly. I have followed this program in the past with very good results. Lifting 5 days a week and 2 days of active rest. I will be completing 30 minutes of cardio on lifting days and 45 minutes to an hour on non-lifting days. I will be posting logs of every workout in here.

So it's time for my final review of this run of Olympus Labs UK Sup3r-1, Sup3r-4, and Sup3r-Epi.

This was an outstanding stack. To recap my goals for this run I was looking for recomp, which I definitely think I achieved. Am I where I want to be yet? No. But I have made some serious progress towards my goals. And despite the fact that I was training fasted and looking to cut down, I managed to increase my muscle size literally everywhere on my body, which you will see in my ending stats. I definitely saw some great gains running these and I think you guys will be impressed by my progress photos. So lets get to the review.

Strength Gains: It's hard to tell how much my strength increased since I have not gone for 1 rep maxes in a long time. However, based on a weight to rep ratio my strength has dramatically increased on every lift.

Ease of Use
This is an extremely easy product to use. I know you must be thinking, its a pill, how can it not be easy? Well, these are very well dosed. So you don't have to take a million pills to get a good dose of this stuff. And spread throughout the day, you won't be taking a whole handful of pills every time. Also, I love the fact that each product has its own color code. I can't tell you how many times with other products I have gotten pills mixed up. I prestage my supplements in a box divided up by hour of the day, so I'm taking exactly what I need when I need it. Accidentally drop one in the wrong slot with a bunch of others that are the exact same and boom, who knows? Definitely won't have that issue here!

Potency
I started noticing the effects by week 2. That is a whole week or so faster than I noticed with other products like these. And it didn't stop there, the strength kept increasing till probably week 5 or 6 and then leveled out for the rest of the cycle. I'm not sure if it is their specific delivery method or just quality of the product, but it works! Now with all of that said, these are obviously not miracle pills. You need to put the work in, and you need to have a diet that goes with your goals, as with everything.

Side Effects
This whole run was very mild on side effects. The main side effect I experienced was acne on my back. They are huge zits, but a nice collection of small ones on my shoulders. Also, I had some very mild hair shedding that lasted about a week. I have noticed no thinning of my hair, or any real loss in thickness. But for a while I would run my hand through my hair and come out with a few strands. This is most likely from the Epi that I was running at 1g a day. I purchased some DHT blocking shampoo to be safe and had no additional issues. I am not prone to MPB (that I know of) so if you are I would recommend starting the shampoo from the beginning. And if you have never run this product before, start with the recommended dose of 500mg a day. Other than those two minor things I had no other negative sides whatsoever. Positive side effects included increased aggression in the gym and an intense focus, strength increase, and muscle density. Literally felt pumped just walking around. It was great! Forgot to mention, I did not have any issues whatsoever with gyno.

Additional Comments
So like I said above, I really had a great time with this. I am looking forward to running a natty cycle with OL UK's products after I finish PCT. I highly recommend this stack to anyone looking for some good gains. Would like to give a huge thank you to Olympus Labs UK and Jebrook NewAgeMayan for giving me the opportunity to log these products. It's by far the best product line I have logged/ran so far.

After / Before Photos
So, the standing unflexed photos, I don't see a tremendous difference in the pictures. It was really hard to capture it on the camera. But to put things in to perspective, in the before photos (on the right) I was squeezing in to size 34 pants, on the current photos (on the left) I am fitting comfortable in size 32.

That last photo the angle was a little weird and make my biceps look way different sizes.

My recomp will continue, it will take time. I have a lot to lose lol. Bulking is just so much fun though am I right? But I would definitely love to see my abs again by the end of the year. So, I'm just going to keep doing what I have to do and I'll get there.

Ya definitely. I have a tape at work and will get a buddy to measure me. Will post them up after work on Monday.

Now that is a sexy stack!
Already have one positive review on something I had reviewed negatively on another brand. All the caps for each product are different colors! To me this is huge because I prestage all my caps in a box based on when to take what at certain times. Can't tell you how many times I've dropped a cap while organizing only to have it get lost in a sea of identical caps. Definitely will not have that issue here! Love it!

And here's a little post workout food porn! Grilled flank steak with a mix of red potatoes, peppers, and green beans. And a kombucha. If you've never tried kombucha you should give it a shot. It's great for digestion and makes me feel good.

Chest and tri's today. Felt pretty good got a solid pump. A little weaker on my dumbell lifts than normal but that's probably because I just got over a nasty cold. Rep range again 8-12.

As for food, so far today I had a big bowl of homemade low fat chicken paneng curry over brown rice as my first and largest meal around noon and a protein shake at 3pm. Will be eating a snack of skyr (Icelandic yogurt) with granola here soon. And dinner tonight will be leftover flank steak with a side salad as I will have hit my approximate carbs for the day.

And I felt pretty good today, so ya.. One more selfie to kick it off haha. Will be posting weekly progress photos and some side by sides as the weeks progress.

Shoulders and abs today. Rep range mostly in the 8-10 range. Short breaks in between sets and got a pretty good sweat going. Also tried something new and instead of doing just standing overhead presses I included a strict clean into it. Definitely increased the difficulty to say the least but I liked it.

Food today was kind of a ****ty first meal. Was super tired last night so I didn't pack a lunch. Ended up going to subway and getting a six inch double meat carved turkey sub. Had a protein shake not long after that. Going to find something to snack on here in a few then start cooking dinner. Salmon and roasted cauliflower tonight and I will be making enough for lunch tomorrow also.

Alright dudes, that was today in a nutshell. Is it me or is it slightly quiet in here? Maybe I need to post more nudez! Haha. Here you go. 40lb side lateral raises from this morning. Feel like all that bulking is really going to have paid off when I lean up.

Not yet. Normally takes about 3 weeks for me to start noticing the andros. Maybe some increased aggression in the gym around week 2. Everyone is different tho, think I remember seeing a log where a guy swore it kicked in after week 1.

Traps should still get decent stimulation with the db lat/b-over raises.
Ya definitely. Will be isolating them on Thursday. Normally do traps with my shoulder routine but figured I'd try something new.

330mg of either SUP3R-1 or SUP3R-4 will lead to very noticeable improvements over 220mg dosages. Don't get me wrong, 220mg gets the job done, but 300mg just gets it done better.

Agree with Hastur on this. I would definitely run 330mg as long as you can if not the entire time.

Hopefully with the synergy of all 3 compounds you should start seeing and feeling some physical changes around the end of week two. I felt the super-Epi at about day 10 but I've used it many times before but never at a high dose. Nice back workout. Hitting top to bottom:).

No deadlifts in your program or are you one of those freaks that dedicates like an entire 2-3 hour workout to DL's?:) Wish I was one of those peeps. I need to focus more on the DL.

Haha I used to be! Taking a break from deadlifts. Hurt my back a few months ago so making sure I'm 100% before getting back into it. Deadlifts are one of my favorite lifts lol

Today was biceps, traps, calves, and abs. Interesting combo I know. Pretty good tho. I liked it.

Barbell curl:
45x20 (warm up)
65x15 (warm up)
95x10 (4 sets)

Alternating DB curls:
40x12
45x10
45x8
45x8

EZ bar curl (close grip, also worked the negative):
65x12 (4 sets)

Barbell shrugs (used wrist straps to completely isolate my traps and squeeze the **** out of them):
225x15
225x15
225x12
225x12

Standing calf raise (slow negative, exploded up):
160x12 (4 sets)

Sit up saddle (not sure what the actual name for this thing is. Looks like a saddle and let's you full extend and stretch your abs completely out):
15, 10, 10

DB side bend:
45x15 (4 sets)

Finished with 10 minutes on the elliptical to cool down.

So on a positive note this morning when I woke up I noticed my upper abs look like they are starting to peak out a bit. Definitely the leanest I have been in a long time. Loving it. Also starting to notice increased vascularity in my forearms and had a vein popping out of my front delt doing DB curls this morning. Making progress!

Active rest day.

Did 30 minutes of steady state cardio them 4 sets of 50 barbell twists.

So I always thought this might become an issue, and still not sure if it is or not yet. But I was ****ing STARVING this morning. Not sure if that was a coincidence or if the andros are ramping up my appetite. I'm betting it's the andros. I will be sticking to my intermittent fasting protocol as long as possible because it works amazingly but once I start getting too hungry I will switch back to a conventional bodybuilding diet at a deficit.

Tomorrow is also an active rest day so will just be doing cardio and going hiking.

So I decided I'm going to step this **** up a notch. I ran epiandro for 600mg ed on one of my previous cycles and really enjoyed it. So I'm going to get the most out of this cycle. After getting some inspiration from WAF log I just put another bottle of OL UK Epi on order and I'm going to run it at 1000mg for the rest of my cycle. Go big or go home right? Got the nod of approval from NewAgeMayan first to make sure this was fine with this log and good to go! OL UK recommends this dose for advanced users so if you have never ran epiandro before I would still recommend running it at around 500mg ed for the first time to see how it effects you.

Time to get this **** going and make some serious gainz! Leg day tomorrow! Need to turn these twigs into trunks

Expect some serious strength, buddy! EpiAndro really shines when it comes to strength gains, in addition to giving you a more dry, hard look. Double dosing it up to the advanced level should bring you some very nice results!
