Day 1: Biceps & Triceps

Had an extra day to workout this week so I did Arms today!

Notes: Took both doses yesterday. (2/2)
Nothing to report thus far. Good workout - I recently took 5 days off from caffeine.
I'll try to get some Bench, Squat, and Deadlifts done next week to use as a benchmark.

Notes: Starting to feel some muscle fullness. Have not felt the increase in hunger that others have reported.

This week has been crazy for me, worked overtime & dealing with a bee swarm on the house. Got to get back on track.

But today's workout was really nice, I trained fasted but still got a great pump. Really nice muscle fullness.

If you take 3-4 caps pre workout you will notice a big increase in aggression/motivation.

Generally do 3 or 4 sets per exercise. 8-12 rep range. I prefer lower weights & a slow controlled full range of motion.

Diet- this is where I really need to dial it in. With work and kids my diet has not been good lately. I need to get back to meal prepping.

Still dosing 2 caps upon waking, 2 before dinner.
Although I may try the 4 caps pre workout next week.

Notes: Usually only get sets of 5 @185 on Smith Incline. Felt stronger today! Plus, Got my 2nd compliment on looking bigger!

Really wanted to do deadlifts but must have slept weird because I woke up with a slight "tweak" in the lower back. Better safe than sorry.

Yes. Sorry, almost forgot - weighed myself after my workout - I'm up 5 lbs over the 3 weeks!

Oops, guessing you mean workout weights Definitely feeling stronger throughout my workouts. Have been going higher reps this week, will probably try some heavier workouts next week to compare.

Day 21 Full Body - Did some Giant sets: (4 rounds of 10 reps)

Hack squats
Bicep Curl
Tricep dips

After 4 rounds I did 3 more sets on hack squats & 3 sets on leg Curl





Notes: Sorry, got behind on posting some days. Pump has been awesome during training. Hunger is way up! I can't train today or tomorrow so I'm going to train heavier next week to see where I'm at & how I feel.
