Hi All

I have just received my tub of Andro-Elite by Focused Nutrition and will be using it for 1 month at a dosage of 200 mg per day/ 4 caps, 2 in the am and 2 pre workout.

Thanks for sending this product to log.

My Details currently as of 07.03.2016 23 Years Old, 5 foot 7 inches 179 pounds, Waist 28 Inches.

I will be using this product along with 3 scoops of alphamine daily along with orange triad multi, 10,000 IU D3, 13 grams of Omega 3, and various pre workouts, e.g. such as Chaos & Pain Ferrox amped for leg days, and iForce MaxOut.

Goals are to cut body-fat whilst maintaining muscle mass and strength, Currently running a 1000 Kcal deficit per day Keto with 16/8 Intermittent Fasting.

Lifting 6 times per week / no cardio.

WK1 Mon = Legs, Tues = Chest, Wed = Legs & Biceps & Triceps, Thurs = Shoulders, Fri = Legs, Sat = Back Sun = Rest Day

WK2 Mon = Legs, Tues = Chest, Wed = Back & Shoulders, Thurs = Biceps and Triceps, Fri = Legs, Sat = Back Sun = Rest Day

I Mainly perform 4 sets of 12-8 reps for most working sets.

I will update details on workout after performing it today.

Day 1 (Total of 4 caps = 200 mg)

Leg Day

Front Squats:

1 Warm up 10 reps (155 pounds)

4 Working sets (198 pounds) Reps 10, 11, 15, 12 (During cut i have been finding it hard to maintain 4 sets of 10 so was happy to gain 5 reps on third set and 2 on last set)

Stiff Leg Dead-Lifts:

4 Sets all 10 Reps, Set 1 = 192.5 Pounds Set 2 = 225 Pounds Set 3 = 236 Pounds Set 4 = 225 Pounds (Back and hamstrings got pumped so therefore i lowered weight for last set)

Weighted Sit-ups / Crunches x 100 Reps with 45 Pound Plate Behind Head.

Barbell Twists x 200 Reps

4 x Sets of Donkey Calve Raises on block with training partner sitting on back weight = 165 Pounds 4 working sets, first 2 60 reps toes inline then second and last 2 sets of 40 reps toes out.

Pre workout was 1 scoop of Ferrox Amped and one serving of Iso Amino Sour Batch

Intra Workout was 2 scoops or 18 grams of Amino IV by PES.

Overall it was a good workout, i was able to increase reps on squats and found i had slightly more aggression.

Cannot wait till next Mondays workout to compare strength increase.

I normally weight once a week due to water weight fluctuations at the same time 8:00 am on a Sunday,

I can start daily weigh ins if required.

Just a question I am dosing 200 mg per day which will give me 30 days of the tub.

Isn't this on the low side for 1-Andro due to dosing being 300-600 mg for beginner and 700-1000 mg for intermediate / Advanced users?

Androsterone is a different compound than 1-Andro, and even for 1-Andro the common dosage is usually 220-330mg. I believe Androsterone is more similar in effects to epiandro, which I have seen great effects from with as low as 150mg daily. I imagine you should see some good results at 200mg andro per day!

Day 2 (Total of 4 caps = 200 mg)

Chest Day

Flat Bench Leg Raises (3 x 20 reps)

Flat Bench Knee Ins (3 x 20 reps, super-set with leg raises)

Flat BB Bench Press:

1 Warm up 10 reps (123 pounds)

4 Working sets (213 pounds) Reps 12, 15, 15, 15 (During this cut i have been finding it hard to maintain 4 sets of 10 so was happy to gain 5 reps on 3 sets in a row.

DB Pullovers:

4 Sets all 12 Reps, ( with 95 pound dumbbell) (Pullovers felt easier, weight felt lighter than last weeks session)

DB Bench-press Decline

4 sets 12, 12, 12, 10 (Weight = 2 x 95 pound dumbbells) (was aiming for all sets of 12 but become shaky and depleted on 3rd set)

2 sets of flat bench chest flyes, 12 reps 45 pound dumbbells each arm

2 sets of decline bench chest flyes, 12 reps 45 pound dumbbells each arm

Pre workout was 1 scoop of PES Alphamine

Intra Workout was 2 scoops or 18 grams of Amino IV by PES.

Overall it was a good workout, i was able to increase reps on flat BB and Decline DB bench press and found pull overs easier, i did feel shaky towards middle of workout and low on energy overall, probably due to performing workout after only 3 whole egg and 3 egg white omelette fried in 6 grams of olive oil (only around 283 calories).

Tomorrow i up calories to 2000 for leg and arms sessions, but will be performing workout fasted with just BCAA's.

I plan on weighing as normal @ 8:00 am on Sunday.

Workout today was a mix of legs with biceps and triceps.

1 x Warm-up set, Leg Extensions 25 reps 154 pounds

4 x Working sets Leg Extensions 12 reps 262 pounds

Hack Squats 4 x Working Sets 20 reps 220 pounds

Lying Leg Curls 4 x Working Sets 12 reps 95 pounds

Seated Calve Raises 4 x Working Sets 20 reps 165 pounds

Low Pulley Bicep Curls 1 Warm-up set 10 reps with 80 pounds, then 3 Working Sets of 10 with 150 pounds and 1 Last Set of 10 with 140 pounds

V Attachment Tricep High Pulley Push-downs 4 x Working Sets 15 reps, 120 pounds

Chain Plate Loaded Preacher Curl Machine 4 x Working Sets 10 reps, 33 pounds

Plate Loaded Tricep Push-down Machine 4 x Working Sets 10 reps, 176 pounds

Felt good training today even though it was another fasted workout running on just Amino IV and 20 grams of other mixed BCAA's, was able to increase weight on leg extensions and use full stack, as well as increase leg curl weight by 15 pounds from previous session.

I was also stronger on pulley bicep curls and able to use the full stack of 150 pounds for 3 sets instead of 1 or 2 on normal workout days, I had slightly increased aggression which helped push more weight.

Upper Abs and Shoulders Today:

4 Sets, 20 reps Incline Sit-ups with 33 pound plate behind head

4 Sets, 50 reps barbell oblique twists


1 Warm-up set DB shoulder press with 50 pound dumbbells, 15 reps

2 Sets DB shoulder press with 65 pound dumbbells, 1 x 12 reps & 1 x 15 reps

2 Sets DB shoulder press with 82.5 pound dumbbells 1 x 10 reps & 1 x 15 reps (*3 weeks back could only use these for 1 set of 10 reps)

4 Sets DB rear deltoid flyes with 50 pound dumbells 1 x 12, & 3 x 15 (*Felt lighter so went for sets of 15 rather than normal 10 - 12 reps)

4 Sets DB side deltoid seated flyes with 50 pound dumbells 1 x 12, 2 x 15, & last set 1 x 20 reps) (*Normally only do 10 - 12 reps so improvement here as well)


Felt quite rough all day today, sore eyes and a massive headache but was still strong throughout workout.

PWO was one scoop of alphamine with 2 caps of andro-elite and Intra was 1 serving of MAN ISO-AMINO Starblaze.

Overall i had a good session today, felt more aggression on squats and all other exersizes felt easier than the previous week.

Chest and shoulders feel more full, and overall body feels more solid.

Probably have gained weight which will show on the scales when i weight in on Sunday.

Day 6, Back Workout

Taken 2 caps of Andro-Elite fasted with 2 scoops of Alphamine this morning and 2 caps with 1 scoop of alphamine 5 mins ago ready for my workout with 1 cap of chaos and pain genius.

Daily Totals, 1527Kcal, 196g Pro, 6.5g Carb, 71.46g Fat.

From next week on-wards i might split up the dosage of the 4 caps every 3-4 hours if required.

Wide Grip-Pull Ups 4 sets 10 Reps (Body-weight)

Seated V Grip Pulley Rowing 1 x 10, (165LB) 1 x 10 (180LB) 2 x 10 (195LB) * was able to increase weight by 30-45 pounds whilst keeping reps at 10

Low Row Wide Grip Pulley Machine Rows 1 x 10 (185LB) 2 x 10 (170LB) 1 x 15 (170LB) * 15-30 pound strength increase for same reps of 10

Low Row Narrow Grip Pulley Machine Rows 1 x 10 (155LB) 1 x 10 (185LB) 2 x 10 (200LB) * previous max was 185 pounds for 10, so strength increase here as well

Straight Lat Bar Pull-Downs 2 x 10 (155LB), 1 x 10 (170LB) * weight felt lighter so was able to increase it by 15 pounds whilst keeping reps at 10.

V Attachment Narrow Grip Pull-Downs 3 x 10 (155LB) * felt lighter but maintained same weight and reps as previous session.

Overall back workout went well and weights felt easier to handle, strength is on the up which is a bonus

Will provide an update tomorrow morning on my weight and waist circumference.

Day 7, Week 1 Complete

Rest Day Today,

Taken 2 caps with Meal 1 which was 200 g of chicken with 50 g spinach leaves, 100 g cucumber & 200 g broccoli.

Will take other 2 caps at 2:00 pm with 50 grams of whey protein.

Daily KCAL and Macros: 1683Kcal, 182g pro, 11.2g carb, 90.6g fat

Updates on stats,

Weight has gone up this week by 1.75 pounds, i am currently @ 180.75 pounds, from last week where i was 179 pounds)

Waist Measurement has slightly decreased by 2-3 mm slightly under 28 inches now. was exactly 28 last week so not much of a change in reduction.

So far i have had a progressive week training and hope to have more of an effect on aggression and strength next week,

When is this compound supposed to fully kick in?.

Glad to see your weight has gone up and waist has decreased a little. I couldn't cope on 11g carbs though!! Haha.

This particular compound seems to kick in after the first week bro.

Day 8, Start of Week 2, Leg Day.

Daily Kcal and Macros: 1800Kcal, 184g pro, 10.62g carb, 99g fat

No side effects from this product, only improved power in the gym and an improvement in muscle fullness and hardness.

During the past 10 weeks of dieting i have been having terrible sleep though and end up waking up starving, tested blood glucose other day and reading was 2.8 mmol.

I feel i would be making better progress if i could manage not waking up every hour for a total of 5 - 6 times per night.

I have heard that finaflex G8 is a good sleep aid product, but cannot get it over here in the UK.

Leg Day

Front Squats:

1 Warm up 10 reps (155 pounds)

4 Working sets (1 x 10 198 Pounds, 1 x 10 220 pounds, 1 x 10 231 pounds, 1 x 12 198 pounds) (Awesome session for squats increased weight by 33 pounds whilst maintaining 10 reps and still felt i had more power, very happy with this increase)

Stiff Leg Dead-Lifts:

3 x 12 Reps with 192.5 Pounds and 1 last set with 225 Pounds x 10 reps (Back and hamstrings got pumped so therefore i increased weight and lowered reps down to 10, i went for more of a stretch and did a more controlled movement this week, back pumps were worse and made these quite painful)

Weighted Sit-ups / Crunches x 100 Reps with 45 Pound Plate Behind Head (Felt easier today not as painful and lighter overall).

Barbell Twists x 200 Reps (Good pump from twists which i did not have last week.)

4 x Sets of Donkey Calve Raises on block with training partner sitting on back weight = 161 Pounds 4 working sets, first 2 60 reps toes inline then second and last 2 sets of 40 reps toes out for one and toes in for the other to mix things up. *Training partner is cutting so a 4 pound reduction on weight which i did feel today, but was able to get more of a pump and squeeze on the calves.

Pre workout was 1 scoop of Ferrox Amped and one serving of Iso Amino Starblaze

Intra Workout was 2 scoops or 17 grams of Amino IV by PES.

Overall it was a good workout, i was able to increase weight on squats and found i had way more aggression, feel like i want to snap the bars.

Very happy with today's workout which seemed effortless compared to last week.

I'm not sure to update weight on Wednesday or wait until Sunday for the weekly weight in.

If you request it i can update weight on a daily basis, also feel free to ask any questions about the progress and training as i am happy to provide more feedback.

Another great workout man, yeah G8 isn't easy to get here... But it's good.

I use just ZMA and I find it to be good, 1-2caps and it puts me out and keeps me out.

Great increase in squat strength man!

As far as weight goes, entirely up to you, I always go weekly (personally) however recently I haven't been weighing myself at all, just looking in the mirror.

Where about a are you in the UK bro?

Located in South Wales.

For sleep issues ZMA did help slightly but i used 7.5mg zopiclone last night and had the best sleep in over 2 months.

The strength gain has boosted my mood when on this cut, i look forward to training chest later so see how much more i can bench press.

(I have increased calories by 400 today from last week which was only around 1000Kcals, i have increased it due to feeling shaky in my previous workout and having poor energy levels.)

Decline Bench Leg Raises (4 x 20 reps)

Dumbbell Pullovers 1 x 10 : 126.5 pound dumbbell, 1 x 12, 1 x 18, 1 x 10, (all four sets were performed with the same weight 126.5 pounds, * set a new PB by getting 18 reps with this weight on third set, previous best was 12.


Decline Barbell Bench-press

4 Working sets Reps 1 x 12 (209 pounds) ,1 x 12 (209 pounds),1 x 10 (231 pounds), 1 x 12 (242 pounds) (Strength was up by about 20 pounds for same reps, so improvement here)

Dumbbell Flat Bench-press:

1 x 15, 1 x 17, 1 x 15, 1 x 15 (All with 95 pound dumbbells, these felt much lighter i was allot stronger today :)


Flat Bench Dumbbell Chest Flyes

2 x 12 (66 pound dumbbells)
2 x 10 (66 pound dumbbells)

* was only using 45 pound dumbbells last week so i'm stronger on flyes this week.



Pre workout was 3 scoops of Warrior Rage Reborn.

Intra Workout was 2 scoops or 18 grams of Amino IV by PES.

Overall this was a very good workout and my strength was up, i did feel like Sh** before starting though, very tired and depleted so I was surprised to be using more weight on all exersizes.

Overall strength and energy levels were good today and i feel more power.

No adverse effects and hope to keep gaining strength and muscle even whilst down on calories.

Workout went well today, Intra Workout was Amino IV, + 20 g of 4:1:1 BCAA's + 1 serving of Starblaze Iso-Amino, no pre workout, other than 1 cup of coffee.

4 x 20 Incline bench sit-ups with 33lb plate behind head

2 x 50 barbell oblique twists

1 x 100 barbell oblique twists

1 x 20 alternating standing dumbbell curls (warm up set so used 20 pounds per arm)

4 x 20 alternating standing dumbbell curls (main working sets, used 50 pounds per arm for all four sets, previous best for maintaining same reps 3 weeks ago was 45 pound dumbbells per arm, so i am up 5 pounds per arm)

4 x 12 skull-crushers inline with forehead weight used was 100 pounds for all four sets, same weight as i normally use due to sore left elbow. * did feel lighter than previous session.

4 x 10 seated dumbbell bicep curls with 38.5 pound dumbbells, felt comfortable for sets and i was able to get a good pump.

4 x 12 single arm behind head tricep extensions (38.5 pound dumbbell used for all 4 sets, wont go heavy due to elbow soreness.


Overall i had a great pump in my arms for this workout making reps hard to keep pumping out, no pre workout was used and intra was just 1 serving of ISO-Amino Tigers Blood.

There is a noticeable strength increase which is will probably reflect on my weekly weigh in.

Day 12, Legs & Lower Abs.

Daily Kcal and Macros: 1886Kcal, 198g pro, 13.3g carb, 99.5g fat

200 mg Andro Elite, 2 am and 2 pre workout.

Good workout overall today, felt very strong and set a few new personal bests which i am pleased with, Pre workout was used 1 scoop of iForce Maxout at 1 scoop, i have not used it for 2 weeks and feel it provided more power due to a slight break from it.

Also Intra Workout i had one serving of Iso-Amino StarBlaze, 1 Serving of PES Amino IV, and 10 grams of generic bulk tropical flavoured 2:1:1 BCAA's.

Total of 2 litres of liquid, 3 700ml bottles for the whole of the workout. * This is usually the amount i use when performing leg days or my larger back and shoulder or leg and arm workouts on Wednesdays.

Workout consisted of:

Leg Extensions, 1 x 25 (154lb) 2 x 15 (200lb), 1 x 15 (215lb), 1 x 12 (262lb)* full stack, felt really good on these so used full stack on last set.

Leg Press, 1 x 15 (528lb) 1 x 15 (616lb), 1 x 15 (792lb) (Was able to beat previous max of 616 pounds which i could only get 10-12 with 2 weeks ago to a big jump in power here)

Hack Squats, 1 x 15 (264lb) 1 x 13 (352lb) 1 x 12 (440lb) (Normally i use 3 plates per side but was able to increase up to 5 for my last set after doing leg extensions and 792lb leg press, so energy levels were great.)

Lying Leg Curls, 4 x 12 (95lb)

Seated Calve Raises 3 x 20 (176lb), 1 drop set 20 reps with (110lb)

Standing Calve Raises 4 x 25 (302lb) Full Stack.

Hanging Leg Raises 4 x 20 (Bodyweight)

* Overall i am very happy with the power i had today considering i am running on cutting calories, i cannot wait to utilize a supplement / PH like this in the future on a bulking cycle to see how much strength i can gain, but if i do start going heavier i will probably have to wrap knees for extra support because i did feel the pressure on them and the hips.

Tomorrow will be a back workout mixed with some upper abs and obliques, less volume than Wednesday and only including 4 main exersizes for back, v bar rowing, single arm dumbbell rowing, lat pull downs behind head, and wide or reverse wide grip barbell rows Dorian Yates Style. for abs i will probably perform 4 sets of incline sit-ups 20-25 reps with my body-weight, and 4 sets of 50 for twists or 2 sets of 100 or 1 set of 200 depending on how i feel.

Day 13 Andro-Elite Log Cutting Focused Nutrition

Day 13, Back and Upper Abs.

Daily Kcal and Macros: 1494Kcal, 185g pro, 9.2g carb, 74.36g fat, * Low day for calories today.

200 mg Andro Elite, 2 am and 2 pre workout.

Great workout today, felt strong and set some more new personal bests,Pre workout was used 1 scoop of Pro Supps Hyde V2 Orange Guava, the last of it which was around 10 grams which i ended up eating with a spoon due to it solidifying, i have not used Hyde V2 for a while and had major itchiness from the Beta-Alanine.

Also Intra Workout i had 1 serving of PES Amino IV


Workout consisted of:

2 x 30, 2 x 20 Incline sit-ups with body-weight

2 x 60, 1 x 80 Barbell oblique twists.

Single Arm Dumbbell Rows all with 126.5lb dumbbell, 1 x 10 (126.5lb) 1 x 12 (126.5lb), 1 x 13 (126.5lb), 1 x 15 (126.5lb)*Felt more power and good overall on these so kept increasing reps as sets progressed, leading up to 15, the max i have ever done in the past has been 11-12 reps.

V bar grip barbell rows, 4 x 10 (192.5lb)

Bent over Barbell rows to lower abdomen, pronated grip, 1 x 10 (187lb) 1 x 10 (209lb) 2 x 10 (231lb), *Previous max on these for 8-10 was 209lb so was pleased to be up on weight, aggression helped move the increased weight.

Wide Grip Pulley Lat Pull-Downs Behind Head, 1 x 30 (95lb) 1 x 40 (95lb) 2 x 20 (95lb) *(Used home made pulley which makes weight seem heavier, previous reps with this weight are normally 20-25 for all 4 sets, so to be able to push to 30 and 40 at the end of the workout when back is normally tired from other exersizes was quite an improvement.

*I have more noticeable aggression towards the weight which is making it easier to lift, power seems to be up along with size in chest and shoulders, i cover up all week and do not look at my physique at all until Sunday Evenings so i can see a weekly change.

Day 14 Andro-Elite @ 200mg, Rest Day, Weekly Update On Weight Increase

Day 14, Rest Day.

Daily Kcal and Macros: 1671Kcal, 173.65g Protein, 15.65g Carbohydrates, 74.36g Fats,

200 mg Andro Elite, 2 am and 2 pm with second meal which will be 50 grams of whey protein with some natural peanut butter or almond butter for fat's.

This is now the end of the second week running Andro-Elite at 4 cap per day or 200mg per day, I have increased in body-weight whilst taking this product and have increased aggression, my strength has also been increasing from workout to workout which has been great.

I have an update on stats e.g. such as weight and waist:

Weight = 182.25 pounds (*+1.5 pounds increase / gain from last week) * I have gone up one and a half pounds in a week which is allot for me considering my diet and training is set-up to loose around 1.5 to 2 pounds per week.

Waist Measurement "28, (28 Inches) (* Waist is the same as previous week, it never seems to go below 28, it was 28 in the contest i entered and is stuck at the same.) largest has been 34-36 inches in the off-season so 28 is good on my frame and works well to make chest look bigger and back wider at a height of "5, "7 (5 foot 7 inches) maybe 5, 7 and a half now, i have not checked height for around 7 months + my older brother gained an inch in height between ages 24 and 27 so i still have a couple of years i feel.

Tomorrow will be leg day again, i look forward to the start of week 3 and day 15 of my log, i will keep you all updated on progress and see if i can push for more weight on squats tomorrow depending on how my energy levels and strength feel.

Felt major cravings for more food yesterday, and eat an extra 1800-2000 calories from natural peanut butter, full fat cheddar and natural brazil nuts, cashews and almonds.

Become very vascular after eating the extra fats, and felt slightly off and ill, blood glucose was up to 4.9mmo/l this morning, and i seem to have more energy, even after eating the extra calories from fats and proteins i looked much better in the evening from the previous week, i have become leaner and chest and back have a more full look to them.

Due to eating extra my last meal which is normally 3 whole eggs 3 egg whites and 50 grams of 30% reduced fat cheddar was dropped.

Also threw up 2 hours after eating extra, overall i feel eating extra helped me mentally and gives me strength to power on through this week. * This was the only time i have not stuck exactly to my -1000 kcal deficit for 76 days, 11 weeks straight without a re-feed or increasing calories, so i feel it worked well to keep me on track.

Today's calories should have been 1700-1800 but i have lowered them to make up for yesterday.

Also i will only be consuming 450 - 460 calories on Saturday, in the form of 1 omelette & salad used as a pre workout meal, i will then semi fast on BCAA's for my workout and increase water consumption to kill off hunger. * reason for this is i have a scheduled carb up / cheat day for Easter Sunday.

I will also take weight day before i fast, morning of cheat before eating and day after to show increased levels of weight due to water retention from going Ketogenic and depleted to full carb loaded.

Despite eating extra, i was not kicked of ketosis and did register dark pink / purple on keto stix yesterday night and this morning 12-13 hours later. Lately when i check i have only been getting trace ketones in my urine. which is a light pink reading.

Day 15 Andro-Elite Leg Day

Day 15 (Total of 4 caps = 200 mg)

Leg Day

Front Squats:

1 Warm up 10 reps (155 pounds)

4 Working sets (1 x 10 198 Pounds, 2 x 10 231 pounds, 1 x 10 242 pounds) (I had a good session for squats increased weight by 11 pounds for my last set whilst maintaining 10 reps and still felt i had more power, but pelvis felt strained on right side of pubis so i held back.)

Stiff Leg Dead-Lifts:

4 x 10 Reps with 236.5 Pounds (Weight felt lighter today, only got hard on third set, other than that all went well, happy to keep weight same for all four sets today)

Weighted Sit-ups / Crunches x 125 Reps with 45 Pound Plate Behind Head (Felt easier today so pushed out 25 more reps, breathing gets hard after 75 reps though.

Barbell Twists x 400 Reps (Doubled up on reps this week usually only perform 200 total reps either in one set or 2 sets of 100 but did 400 straight through)

4 x Sets of Donkey Calve Raises on block with training partner sitting on back weight = 158 Pounds 4 working sets, first all 60 reps, * 20 toes in * 20 toes straight * 20 toes out for total of 60 reps, so hitting 3 different angles in each set. (pump was good and calves were on fire after 3rd set.) I keep varying angle of toes and width to add variation.

Pre workout was 1 scoop of Ferrox Amped and one serving of Fruit Smash ISO-Amino, one serving Orange Mango Twist Aminolast

Intra Workout was 1 serving of Blue Raspberry Xtend.

Did not feel to great overall today, strength was there but motivation has been down slightly, i held back due to joints and pelvis feeling strain, i feel maybe recovery is the issue due to the leg workout performed last Friday.

Have run on 1379 calories today and felt good overall.

Solid increase in endurance bro. 400 BB twists in one go! Thats crazy.

Shame about motivation, we all have those days, mine was legs last week and legs are my 2nd fav bodypart to train.

Normally legs are my fave, no 1 body part to train, feeling better today so hope to increase numbers in today's chest workout.
