It's been a good minute since ive been active on here. Some of may remember me as Corbin@Nutra,helped many of you out at one point or another I still check up on here now and then though.
I was given a bottle of Olympus Lab's Epi Andro that i will be loggoing over the next 8 weeks or so leading up to my first Men's Physique Competition April 28-30th. Currently 8 weeks out.
I will be starting this off at 500mg(2 caps) preworkout
Diet
I currently have a coach for this show and my diet will be changinig based on my progress. Right now i am carb cycling
Low/Low/Low/Med/Low/Low/Low/Refeed(repeat)
Low-250P/65F/100C
Med-Same/245C
High-Same/350C
Supplements
Epi Andro
Various PWO i have lying around
Burn 24 w/any meals having substantial carbs.
Training
Currently running a Split with lots of volume and intensity even though cals are low i push myself every single workout. These all change depending on how im feeling and what feels recovered to me. Been trying to incorporate at least a few ab exercises at the end of every workout.

Back/light bi
Legs
Shoulders
Arms
Cardio
4x350cal MISS sessions per week
2x20 minute HITT sessions per week
Starting morning weight as of this morning is 174.4 at 5'8". Weight is taken every single morning for my coach to judge progress. A large weight drop should happen this week after coming off from a vacation and various cheat meals last week so im holding a decent amount of water/fluff.
Current Physique taken today. Sitting at around 10%ish imo
