Hi folks new member here been lurking for a month and now that I'm joining the dark side I decided to sign up! Welcome to my cycle log
I am 22 years old
183cm/6'0" tall and weigh 195lbs
My current lifts are: paused Bench press: 175x10 and 235x1
ATG Squat: 325x1
my all time best was 260x1 bench and 365x1 ass to grass(ATG) at a BW of 213lbs a year ago or so
My history:
I got pretty depressed a while ago and stopped lifting and was put on some medication which gave me gyno
anyway I've been back at it for a few months but gains have slowed down as im nearing the point where I was before and now I'm giving myself an extra boost to get bigger and stronger than ever.
My cycle: this is my first time ever messing with any steroids
I got myself a bottle of Epistane from OL and im running it at
30/45/45/45/45/45 day
I am starting today
I lift 4x a week on an upper lower split
Sample routine Upper:
Bench 3x5
Weighted Chins 3x5
OHP 2x8
Upright row 2x8
Shrugs 3x10
Skullcrushers 2x10
Bb curl 2x10
Lateral raises superset with rear lateral raises 2x10
Sample lower body wkt
Squat 3x5
Stiff leg deadlift 3x8
Weighted sit-ups 3x15
Calf raises 5x10
Although this may change.
