If I'm honest arms is my least favourite... Find it really boring, I did used to like arms though. Happ you enjoy it bro, you've probably got 2x the size of my arms haha

Skull Crusher -with- Tricep Press- 3 sets each of double failure
Overhead Tricep Extension -with- Tricep Pressdown- 3 sets of double failure
Rope Pressdown- 3 sets of 12-15 reps
Dumbbell Kickbacks- 4 sets of 12 reps
Dips 4 sets to failure

BICEPS WORKOUT

Hammer Rope Curl- 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Single Arm Dumbbell Preacher Curl- 3 sets of 10-12 (each arm)
Reverse Curl (e-z curl bar)- 4 sets of 8-12 reps
E-Z Curl Bar 4 Sets to failure

What flavour of Max out have you been using, I have tried the Blueberry and now using Lemon Drop which i prefer, i found the blueberry one quite sickly, also have you tried Chaos and Pain Ferrox Amped, i rate it.

paul56778 last week started with 3 caps now up to 4 strength is still the same so far just sipping some lean mass my chest is fuller in my arms or fuller I started at 185 now I'm 188

Okay guy's update on Focus nutrition Andro Elite
I'm back to regular workout now today was a new chest workout I've weighed myself this morning morning at 188lbs.
I've noticed I'm getting very vascular in my arms shoulders and my strength is up Andro Elite is working I've just order a new bottle this will be a nice cutting cycle for this summer
Routine
Cable Crossovers- 9 sets of 12 reps (3 sets of upper, middle and lower)
Decline Bench- 4 sets of 12 reps
Hammer Strength Press -super set- Flies- 3 sets of 10 reps
Guillotine Bench Press- 3 sets of 12 reps
Incline Fly -super set- Incline Press- 3 sets of 10 reps
Hammer Strength Press -super set- rear delt fly- 4 sets of 10 reps
Upright Row -super set- Front Raises- 3 sets of 10 reps
Cable Side Raises- 3 sets of 10 reps.

Great progress and workout, good to hear strength increase, i trained chest yesterday and noticed weights felt lighter so was able to push out more reps and increase weight overall, leg session on Monday was also great and i was up around 33 pounds on my squats whilst maintaining the same reps. All of this has been with -900 to 1000Kcal per day below my maintenance, i wonder what it would be like with more food and carbs due to me currently running ketogenic.

Just a quick update on my cycle Focus nutrition Andro Elite i'm up to 4 caps a day STRENGTH IS definitely up today I did leg workout. Front Squats 4 sets 8 to 10 reps hit a PR 405lbs on front squats. 4 times ? leg press 4 sets 8 to 10 reps, leg extensions 4 sets 8 to 10 reps, dumbbell leg lunges 5 sets 25 reps

Yeah can take a little while to kick in but its per user to an extent, its a compound more designed for slow lean gains with no water retention, its.not as strong as something like dbol obviously... that hits real quick. Keep it up man, im thibking of grabbing another bottle of epi.

Good updates on progress, muscle fullness has been a good improvement i have noticed, also i have been finding strength levels are way improved even on low amounts of food.

Is your appetite affected at all?

I've been doing the Vegan thing for 6 months now I'm trying to eat 3500 to 4000 calories a day.

grinnell27 the first few weeks was hard once I got pass my first month with prepping my food is was easy I've lost fat in my stomach about 10lbs lower abs really started to show, I don't get that itis after I eat lol I'm more alert more Focus after I cut out the meat
