Everyone needs a little help every once in a while. So I am more than happy to accept a little help from PHW Supplements!
With that being said, I am about to get my happy ass back in shape with a quickness. I am not in bad shape by any means, just have a couple lbs of holiday left overs on my body that I don't want. I also just got back from Las Vegas where I was working very long, stressful and uninterrupted hours that resulted in a lot of cortisol production. Add to that I was only able to get in 1 meal a day, and I noticeably lost some muscle mass over the course of last week. So I want to get anabolic quickly and try to regain the muscle while peeling off the small layer of fat I accumulated when I decided to eat like a pig for 3 weeks during the holidays and have not had the chance to diet all the way back off.
Training will be focused on strength, conditioning and athleticism. I am building up my strength right now to work toward a power lifting meet later this year and intend to remain as athletic as possible while trying to do so. You will see calisthenics, power lifting style lifting and a little bit of vanity work as well.
Here is my starting point, it is not perfect, I am probably 3 lbs away from my abs starting to pop nicely. I will try to weigh myself tomorrow without clothes. I went to the Doctor today and was 215 and some change with my work clothes on so I am about 208-210 as of today and after losing some size last week due to the circumstances. I intend to actually lean up and even drop weight down closer to 200 but I tend to grow like a weed on anabolics even on very low calories. Call it a curse.
