Everyone needs a little help every once in a while. So I am more than happy to accept a little help from PHW Supplements!

I would like to thank PHWSupplements for offering to toss me a few goodies just so I can remind everyone about something most of us already know, and that is their awesome service and selection!!!!

With that being said, I am about to get my happy ass back in shape with a quickness. I am not in bad shape by any means, just have a couple lbs of holiday left overs on my body that I don't want. I also just got back from Las Vegas where I was working very long, stressful and uninterrupted hours that resulted in a lot of cortisol production. Add to that I was only able to get in 1 meal a day, and I noticeably lost some muscle mass over the course of last week. So I want to get anabolic quickly and try to regain the muscle while peeling off the small layer of fat I accumulated when I decided to eat like a pig for 3 weeks during the holidays and have not had the chance to diet all the way back off.

Training will be focused on strength, conditioning and athleticism. I am building up my strength right now to work toward a power lifting meet later this year and intend to remain as athletic as possible while trying to do so. You will see calisthenics, power lifting style lifting and a little bit of vanity work as well.

Here is my starting point, it is not perfect, I am probably 3 lbs away from my abs starting to pop nicely. I will try to weigh myself tomorrow without clothes. I went to the Doctor today and was 215 and some change with my work clothes on so I am about 208-210 as of today and after losing some size last week due to the circumstances. I intend to actually lean up and even drop weight down closer to 200 but I tend to grow like a weed on anabolics even on very low calories. Call it a curse. ;)

Okay, I guess I better mention the supplements I will be running here. I will be running a couple products called Tresto, and Hexa. Tresto is exactly what it sounds like, a trestolone product. However it is novel in the fact that it is a sublingual, and the trestolone is supposed to remain in the system about 8 hours. I will also be running Hexa, which is a sublingual form of Hexadrone. I am pretty curious about these to as they are something I have not tried and the sublingual form sounds very intriguing.

I took my first dose of these two tonight before my workout, the tabs were very interesting in that you chew them then put them under your tongue and they have a little sting which leads me to believe that they have something that really gets them into the mucous membrane. I have to say I don't remember anything making my mouth water so much. In 30 seconds I had a mouth full of saliva. I swished it around then swallowed. I have never used Trest before but I definitely had an intense workout on it. Interestingly enough the dose is only 20mgs but with it being Sub-L it is supposed to get into the system faster and by a huge margin over other oral applications.

I will also be using some OL Transform to control Estro, Body Nutrition Mad Dog Pre workout, fish oil, LGI Damage Control, probably tudca, and a little stano to help keep me from exacerbating my gyno. I never gain anything from it but it definitely helps keep gyno at bay by taking the estro spot on the AR in breast tissue with high affinity. Oh and I am on TRT as well with levels at the very high end of normal range. I do have some caber and prami on hand to combat any prolactin sides as well. I will start ramping up the prami tonight.

Here was tonights workout.

Warm Up = 10 reps of each for 3 rounds AFAP!
Air Squats, Push Ups, Recline Ring Rows, Band Pull Aparts, Burpees
- HOLY CRAP doing this as fast as possible was more than just a warm up, it was a workout for my heart and lungs!

Superset 1 - rest 1 minute between supersets.
Bench Press - 220x8 x 3 sets
, this felt good, remained explosive throughout
Band Face Pulls x10, 10, 10 - used the thick orange band here

Super Set 2 - 4 rounds EMOM
DB Bench Neutral Grip, elbows in - 75x10
DB Bent Over Rows - 75x10
- this superset had me gasping. My DB's only go to 75 right now so I changed it from a minute rest to starting the superset Every Minute On the Minute or EMOM, by the 4rth set I had to go directly into the 4rth round from the 3rd with no rest.

Super Set 3 - No rest, or as close as I could push myself to it.
Dips - Max reps x3 sets
Pull Ups - Max reps x 3 sets
- I was really gasping for air by this time, and my pull ups were paying the price.

Super Set 4 - The Gun Show! 4 rounds - 30 seconds rest between super sets.
Barbell Curls (4 reps then 20 second isometric hold and flex at 90 degrees, then do 4 more reps and stop the last rep at 90 degrees and hold as long as possible) I did this with an empty bar and definitely did not need to add weight. Those iso's were BRUTAL!!!
Overhead DB Triceps Ext - 4 second negatives - 75x8 times 4 rounds - The pump in my arms was just ridiculous, they actually ached.

This was the first BB / PL style workout with this type of volume that I have done in probably 6 months and I could really tell that my mitochondria need to be built back up to really rock this training deep into the exercises and sets. I am used to doing a full body athlete style workout instead.

Oh so you want details and stuff huh? :) I just posted above. Looks pretty novel and first impression of the sublingual trestolone is a good one.

I have a decent bit of psuedo gyno on both sides and a very tiny bit of an actual breast tissue on my right side. Psuedogyno is where your body stores excess amounts of fat under your pecs and nipples. You can see it a little if you look at my before pics above. It goes pretty much completely away once I get really lean, but I still have that tiny bit on the right side. It is not very noticeable at all when lean but I don't want it getting worse. I have talked to a surgeon and they think as minor as the actual lump is I could get away with just lipo to remove the fat from the psuedo-gyno and look great.

Should probably have a decent RC/script AI on hand for the trest, I've heard the methyl estrogen from it is killer.

You are correct. Everyone is different and I noticed sides when I got above 150mg (which I don't recommend) . Exemstane is what I used when I ran my Trest.

I imagine Mr. Kleen has his AI covered, he seems very attentive to those things and is full of knowledge.

I don't doubt it! I see kleen on here all the time, I'd just rather mention it just in case... Haha also in case anyone reading didn't know. Hate for someone to develop nips of peace unwillingly.

Yes Sir, I have A-dex on hand but will more than likely go with my Nolva if things start getting hairy. It is far more effective and has less chance of crushing estro and limiting gains. I will be on a low dose of the Tresto though. It is 20mgs and I am taking it pre workout only. I may slide 50mgs of Dermatren for a base though which will put me at about 70mgs a day. However with the Sub-L it should be more like 100mg. Also the hexadrone has the capability to lower estrogen levels by over 33% which is why I haven't opted to put my A-dex t use in the beginning.

Thanks brother, I do but am also pretty prone to reactions which is why I will intentionally keep the dose lower. I am starting this run without the base of the DermaTren just to assess tolerance and give me a good baseline.

So a little more about last night...
I have never taken trest before but I will say that it was a hell of a pre workout. I took my pre workout for energy about 5 so I could sleep and didn't get started until 7:00-7:30 so not a ton of energy left from it when I took the dose. About 20 minutes after the dosing I was intense as hell and ready to go. The pump was absolutely ridiculous.

I am looking forward to tonight. I have some speed dead lifts, snatch deads, rows, rack carries, and sled drags on tap, it should be intense and exhausting!!!! I am supposed to have a day in between the workout I did yesterday and tonight's but I am playing catch up from just getting back from Vegas.

My brachialis got upset with me during my pull ups last night so my rows might be supine grip, or I may opt to replace with band straight arm pull downs if the first set annoys it. Other than that I am ready. I have my pre workout carb meal up here and ready to go so I have plenty fuel to burn.

Speaking of meals, here is a little food porn of my little convenience meal I made. Had some chicken Marsala last night but not enough Marsala sauce for left overs so I tossed in some low sodium and fat cream of mushroom soup, a cup of fresh spinach and a little seasoning and came out with an awesome tasting dish!

Booneman in the house! Well if last night was any sign of things to come then it will treat me well. I was so intense last night about 20 minutes after the Tresto and Hexa dosing, even when I could barely breathe I just wanted to get back under the weight quickly. I finished that workout in just over 45 minutes including the warm up. So 28 sets not counting warm up sets in less than 45 minutes is moving right along.

By the way I decided I will indeed be adding in 50mg of Dermatrest per day. One upon waking and one after my workout and shower. This tresto is more of a pre-workout dose, and I want a base to keep me a little more anabolic throughout the day.

Have you noticed anything funny about the bottle of Tresta? Like the different ways it is spelled in the ingredients and warning label?

Now that you mention it yes. I remember thinking it was called Tresta then the bottle came and it says Tresto now. On the site the label says Tresta I just checked. I am sure one of them is a labeling error or that it was changed last minute and something wasn't updated. From last nights experience that may be the only fault I can find with it so far. :)

Yes that was really intriguing, hope the product works good, I've been taking it for 2 days so far, I think i feel it but my libido has not changed, I still feel a little low down there because I've been on 20mg Msten for 2 weeks

I don't know that it will increase libido too much if you are already starting to shut down from MSten. Some stano might help especially if you can find it in a transdermal or sublingual.

Nice, although from what yates84 said he is not gyno prone but combining the 2 at any dose and his nips got sensitive.

Last nights workout was a beast! By the end I was toast, Hyde I managed to keep the intensity for sure!

Warm Up 3 rounds AFAP
Air Squats x10
Push Ups x10
Recline Ring Rows x10
Band Pull Aparts x10
Burpees x5


Speed Dead Lifts 335x1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 - set scheme was 1 explosive rep every 30 seconds

Super Set 1 2 minutes rest between super sets
Snatch Dead Lifts - 335x6, 6, 6, 6
- These felt good, I could have gone a little heavier once the feel of them set in. They were awkward at first.
Feet Elevated Ring Rows x8, 8, 8, 8 - felt real good and was the right choice for my brachialis that was bitching at me.

Superset 2 - 45 seconds between supersets
DB Rack Walk - 75lbs x 100 ft x 4 sets
- I was feeling these bad boys!
Band Back Extensions - orange band x10 - Was to be a regular back extension but with a lack of a hyper stand I used the band and stepped as far back as I could to increase tension then flexed glutes and hams in top position and held for a few seconds for maximum contraction.

Tire Sled Drags - 120lbs x 100, 120lbs x 100, 100lbs x 100, 100lbs x 100 - these damn tires!!!! Every time I pull them it amazes me how hard they are to pull compared to a regular sled! The 2nd 100 feet tool me a little over 2 minutes, it is basically pulling something with the brakes locked up!!!! Had to drop a little weight for the last 2 just to get them back up the driveway. Then again the driveway is a slight incline so it was brutal.
Work Grippers x 30 seconds, 30s, 30s, 30s

10 minutes of mobility work and foam rolling.

I was covered with dirt and sweat b the end of this and came in feeling like a man!!!

Again impressed with the intensity from the tresto and hexa pre workout. I haven't added the TD Stano or the Dermatrest yet. I need to manscape this weekend to have a better place for application.

So I think this stuff is already effecting my blood pressure some, that and the cuff was tight at the store where I just checked it. Then again my heart rate was also up to 77 which is ridiculously high for me. I am usually between 52 and 62 BPM... I think it may have something to do with the trest and epi-andro dose about 30 minutes before. I forgot that the epi-andro tends to bump me up in energy, and never thought it might actually be elevating heart rate like that... I am still recovering from last week in Vegas too so that could be a factor in the sudden increase in systolic BP. I will be keeping an eye on this from here on out and will also go donate blood this coming week.

I man-scaped last night and put on my first doses of DermaTrest and epi-andro, then another this morning. The dermatrest was 50 last night and will be 25mg twice a day otherwise. Stano is 2-3 times a day at 75mg. Like I said not a big dose of either. However with me being on TRT is should be enough to get some decent gains.

I will be heading out to the garage to get a lift in a little later. It will be a little leg work, some shoulder focus then a superset on arms. Tomorrow I will be heading out to get in a workout with Montego1, it is his secondary chest day so should be fun. I don't think it should hinder Monday's workout.

From what I recall of trest logs I saw, splitting up the trest and AI dosing 12 hours apart became critical to controlling e2 and bloat. I know you're not taking a lot but just what I recall reading. It had to be managed very carefully
