New year, new me recomp!(Osta, letrone, and a fat burner[will be chosen soon])

•So I'm back with a new plan like always lol. This is my run:

- Ostarine 20mg for 3 months
- Letrone for 3 months
- Conqu3r Unleased
- Modern Pre+
- PES Select WCM protein
- Myprotein Cinnamon bun protein

•I've had a ton of success in the past with laxo and Ostarine. I've used letrone and liked it but my diet wasn't too strict so is didn't be able to have consistent results but now I have upgraded my food scale and I have a bathroom scale on its way.

•From what I've read I believe laxo and letrone will have a nice synergy, plus less joint discomfort if it arises.

•I'll post up my states once I find them out, I haven't weighted myself and I've gotten a little fluffy.

I'm also doing a small friendly comp with my friend. My recent runs with LGD were unsuccessful but Ostarine never let me down.

Damn man 3 months? What's your pct look like for that? I'm in to see this for sure.

Personally I had a bad time with osta so I'm always hoping to see some better results so maybe I can convince myself to try it again someday

Before I was educated on SARMs I took it 3 times without a pct but I was perfectly find on and off cycle. I've taken 25mg for 2 months, 20 for 2 months, and 30 for 1 month. I'll just be just using rebirth for Ostarine, never had a issue with it.

Wow that's lucky! I had the total opposite... At week 4 of 25mg I was unreal lethargic, fat loss totally stopped, etc... All the sides of low t. Oddly enough when o bridged it right into epi/tren I felt a thousand times better even with no test base. Very strange.

**** that's awesome though! Tren/Epi > Ostarine gainz wise! Ostarine is not worth those sides at all IMO.

So I'll be replacing the Strength Unleased with Epitome for the first month and Vanilean the 2nd and 3rd to help burn fat or induce liposis(not sure if correct terminology lol).

•The Strength Unleased I may do a solo run to see how it is in another log I'm the future.

I once ripped my jeans, does that count :D ? Lol no way, far from ripped but hopefully I get down to my old bf by the end of this year. I'm going to post up stats since I just got my scale which somehow determines bf%, bone density, how much water weight I hold, and bmi. I don't remember my BMI as of now though, but I'll be weighting in every day so I'll post that tomorrow.

•Also I've heard/read fasted workout and cardio on anabolic are best for fat loss, any truth to this?

• Also I'll be lowering volume on hypertrophy days

•I going to do a heavy cut! Definitely lowing volume for strength and hypertrophy days! I'll lower the calories tomorrow, today I'm having a donut burger and counting calories till I have 1500 left then I'll have a yogurt for bed.

•I'll lower it 350 this month, 350 next month, and 300 the last month. In the PCT I'll be doing Strength Unleased with Rebirth, I'll be doing a dose and a half for the 2nd and 3rd month of Strength Unleased.

I was reading somewhere that alternating fastes days increases strength and fat loss by like 22% on suppversity. I am on my phone and wen browsing is slow, hence why i didn't look ut io lol. I want to reread, maybe you should check it out too, they have interesting studies

•I definitely felt the Deadlifts more in my gluts today

•Had a donut burger yesterday and I tried my hardest to count the calories. It came out to 757 I believe, I had 800 calories left so i let the fries have those calories.

You noticing anything from the letrone yet? I've been taking 1 cap a day for a little over a week now, hard to say. I'm also taking a bunch of other stuff so that's obviously skewing my observations.

Within the first week I noticed increase hunger, sleep is better/deeper then usual, definitely more thirsty, and skin is drier then usual. Best thing to check out is how dry your skin is and even the inside of your noise, that got really dry for me.

Helps with dem cheeky late night cravings. I have it around 10-11 depending how long i stay up for
I drink PES Select before bed. Blend of whey and casein proteins. Also tastes like dessert.
