So back to training. I will be starting the second Phase of PH3 starting today.
Also I started yesterday with my TR3ST/DMZ cycle. Plan on running it
DERMA-TR3ST-50/5050/75/75/75 Will take use first thing in the morning
TR3ST-25/50/50/50/50/75 Will take Pre-Workout
DMZ-40/40/40/60/60/60
Transform-100/100/100/100/100/100
Ar1macare Pro-8/8/8/8/8/8
Also have my Clomid to run in PCT, and will be getting all my other staples to run in my PCT.

Appreciate any feedback if I could be doing something different or better for this cycle.

Start of Phase 2 of Layne Nortons PH3 program. I took last week off to go on a cruise so refreshed and ready to hit it hard.

I am coming off a 8 week cycle of MassGH from Olympus UK and put on some good size with it while staying just as lean. I went from around 260 to 270. Now I am bridging into this cycle for 6 weeks.
I am doing 50mg of DermaTr3st first thing in the morning with 40mg of DMZ. I also use 50 mg of TransForm in the morning and take 4 Ar1macare Pro.
In the afternoon I take 25mg of Tr3st pill form Pre-workout and another 4 Ar1macare Pro.

My staple supplement is EP1C Unleashed, I use the transdermal first thing in the morning 1 pump. Then I do one pill in the afternoon Pre-workout.

For my diet I am doing Flexible dieting and my macros will be 250 gram Protein, 250 grams Carbs and 110 grams fat. I find my body does better on a low to moderate carb diet so going to try this and adjust as needed.
Also know from past experience I don't need a lot of calories to gain weight so this will put me in the 3,000 calorie range.

Some body stats to start (flexed):
Weight-277 still holding water from cruise eating
Chest-51.5
Arms-19
Waist-39
Quad-29
Calves-18

I will throw up a few starting pics and see what I can achieve over the next 6 weeks!

I was dealing with that earlier this week actually GetRekt!!!! I upped my adex dose though, and it is going away hahaha.

Cool. I though I read somewhere that Tr3st right before bed can make it difficult for some people to sleep....

I am 3 days deep on my OL Hydro3 adventure and it does help with muscle fullness and pump when taking it PWO. It's also supposed to greatly help with lowering BP (nitrates) so may be helpful in alleviating some of the BP spike from Tr3st. Unfortunately I need a new battery for my BP monitor so I cant speak to that yet.

I'd imagine 50+ mg of Tr3st would be great PWO when stacked with 2-4 caps of Hydro3! I will know come January.

Start of Week 2 of DMZ/TR3ST, going good so far. Weight is staying between 277 and 280. Look forward to seeing it kick in some more this week.
Libido was crazy high this weekend.

Modifying my workout a little. Going to cut down to twice a week squatting and benching. Still going to stay with a 5 day workout. Want to get in as many good workouts as possible while on this cycle.

Still hitting it hard. Weight is up to 282 and holding steady this last week.
Trying to adjust my workout, my Patella Tendinitis flared up and is making it hard to do squats. The only thing I can do is rest, ice and use some ibuprofen and work around it for now.
Have to focus on hams and calves more.

Definitely liking the size I am seeing in my traps and shoulders.

Weight was down to 280 this morning only cause I lost some water weight. Going to really start concentrating on logging my macros more consistent.
Feeling good with no negative side effects so far.

So going with Trap Bar deads as my heavy leg work instead of squats. Puts less stress on my knees. I concentrate on getting lower to be able to get some quad work. May not be the best but it keeps me lifting heavy. Also going to switch to more Blood Flow Restriction training on my Leg Extensions so I can keep the weight down but still get some good T.U.T. sets.

Diet is getting better, tracking my macros much more closely and can tell a difference just after a few days.
TR3ST/DMZ is still treating me well with no side effects.
I took Saturday and Sunday off to rest and heal up and will get in 3 workouts this week before heading out on Thursday for vacation.

I will be increasing my TR3ST pre-workout dose to 50mg, so will be up to 100 mg total.
Still no problems with any negative side effects.

I am still using GHAR1NE as well but cut it down to 20mg last week and going to just do 10mg to finish out the bottle.

Curious how the Trest I am going to get soon will add up using for pre-workout. Looks like you are enjoying it.

50mg went great yesterday, lifts are feeling lighter

Added in HYDRO3 pre-workout and the pumps are amazing

Took Christmas day off from training but hit every other day, just didn't log them.
I have increased my calories and hitting around 4000 right now, seems to be treating me well with TR3ST and DMZ.
Still doing 50mg of DermaTr3st and 50mg pre-workout of Tr3st and DMZ at 40mg.
I had planned on going up on DMZ but after checking out my supply I will just have to keep it at 40mg to last the 6 week cycle.
Also don't think I will push pass 100mg on Tr3st, starting to have some sensitivity in my nipples so keeping a close eye on that for now.
I am dosing .5mg Anastrozole EOD.

Workouts and pumps have been great and look forward to these last few weeks to see what I can do. Really concentrating on hitting my macros and that has seemed to help a lot. Getting bigger but not fatter.

Good push workout. Occlusion training hurts like a MOFO! Pumps are unreal.
