First Cycle - LG Sciences 1-Andro and 4-Andro Log

For my first cycle, I've decided to go with an 8 week run of 1-Andro and 4-Andro from LG Sciences. I bought 4 bottles of 1-Andro, and VaughnTrue decided to send me 2 bottles of 4-Andro to give me a better test base to work with (thanks again Vaughn). I started the 1-Andro just as Vaughn told me the 4-Andro was coming, so there will be some overlap. I want to keep it legal, so my options for cycling are pretty limited.

Stats:

5'6". 175.8lbs. Unsure about my bodyfat %. I'll post beginning pictures sometime this week.

On Cycle:

LG Sciences 1-Andro 200mg (100 mg AM/ 100MG preworkout or evening).
LG Sciences 4-Andro 100mg (same timing as 1-Andro)
Liver Assist XT

PCT:
Reversitol v2 + Testabolan

Goal:
Finish out fat loss and gain a bit of muscle. Diet has mostly ended up being maintenance after losing 20 pounds. Roughly 2000 calories.

Training:

A modified version of the P.H.U.L. template put together by Brandon Campbell. I've been doing something similar for a while, but at lower volume.

I felt pretty great yesterday, but I'm mostly certain it was placebo. I know noticeable gains won't come for a few weeks, but I'm not certain when any other effects (mental, recovery, pump, etc) should happen. I do know 1-Andro tends to make people lethargic eventually, but I'm always lethargic, so I can deal with that.

I was pressed for time today, so I decided to just do pure squats with some glute ham raise work. Normally I do 3 or 5 sets of 5, with anywhere between 255-275lbs straight. I'm not attributing the heavier weight to the cycle at this point, though. I psyched myself up and broke past mental barriers. I did get some wicked back pumps from the squats, though. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be experiencing that from the 1-andro yet or not.

I'm still feeling excellent, but I still think that's mostly in my head. It's helping me train harder so I'll take it. The back pumps are getting annoying, though. I might have to get some taurine if this keeps up. I also got the Liver Assist XT today, so I'm taking 3 caps of that per day.

I had planned to do 5 sets of deadlifts, but I nearly strained my left pec. I'm really not sure what that was all about. Never had that issue before.

I'm still feeling positive and motivated in general, which is great because I usually have no energy or motivation. Hopefully the 4-andro comes in soon, as I'd rather not deal with the lethargy that I hear will come from 1-andro. I'm also noticing my face and eyes feel "watery." Does anyone know what that could be? I haven't seen anything when I've searched.

Tonight wasn't my best workout of the cycle, but I still felt pretty good. I felt very full even an hour after my workout ended. My numbers haven't improved, and my bench even worsened, but I had a later workout that usual. I always perform less later in the evening (4-6 is my sweet spot). I had planned to do incline barbell press, but the one station for it was taken.

For the day in general, I was in a pretty good mood, and didn't have a watery feeling face, so a positive there. Still no sign of the 4-andro, unfortunately.

I was hoping to do 5 sets of squats today, but I just didn't have it in me. I should be able to get that 5th set in the next time, though (I'm used to 3 sets). The third set of GHR is short because I almost strained my hamstring. The pump was a bit too much (despite only having a Redline RTD), so I probably flexed a bit too hard.

I rarely get to conform to that perfectly, as the weight/station/machine I need for at least one exercise tends to get occupied, and I don't always have time to wait or work in. So I end up doing another exercise instead. I have to be better about getting the ab curls in, though.

I used less weight on the face pull so I could focus on the rotation of the shoulder, rather than driving the weight back with my entire upper back. The deadlift is frustrating for me, because I seem unable to have a straight back before I even pick up the weight. My arms are short, so putting a weight under each side to raise the bar helps, but not enough. It's probably a flexibility issue. I'll have to work on mobility of the glutes and hamstrings throughout the day to compensate for my desk job.

How are things going? Going to follow this log as I'm wondering how those OTC pct's treat you.
I'm starting to see my numbers go up for strength and volume, though the "alpha feeling" is dying down. The lethargy may come soon. I'm interested in the OTC PCT as well. I know Clomid is regarded as a requirement, but I've seen a lot of indication that it might not be necessary for such a mild compound. I'm willing to take that risk.

All of my lifts were slightly better than before, except the pushdowns. I can't compare those, since I used a rope instead of a v-bar. I also bought some taurine today. I've started to have a very slight pressure in the lower back, but that isn't the issue. The issue is that any time I bend my legs, my hamstrings feel like they could cramp. Hopefully the taurine will help with that.

Yeah usually clomid is requirement but I've seen other threads interested in using some otc pct like your iforce combo or BLR rebirth as a standalone pct, I want to run this combo as well, and might use the pct combo your'e using or maybe rebirth. If I was using anything stronger, I would be considering clomid (though I really want to stay within legal bounds, and there's no way I could get it through a doctor right now). The 4-andro still hasn't come, unfortunately. As for lethargy, I'm not experiencing any yet. However, it probably won't be debilitating if it happens. I have low energy by default. My increased energy during this cycle is abnormal.

For OTC PCT you should be okay, but always get bloods to make sure. I typically do OCT PCT for DHEA compounds and have turned up fine (I will be doing OCT PCT for my LG bulk kit as well).

I take in probably 1.5-2 gallons throughout the day. I'm starting the taurine at 3g, but might end up dosing 5g. I do intend on doing bloodwork. I'm glad Private MD Labs is a thing. Theranos is still cheaper, but I don't trust them quite yet.

The 4-andro came in today (thanks again Vaughn). I'll be dosing at 3 caps per day (225mg total). This will make it run out about the same time as the 1-andro. My plan is to dose it 1 AM, 2 PM/Preworkout. Would there be anything wrong with that plan?

I'm also not doing the gym tonight. My dang nose won't stop running. I'll be fine tomorrow for legs/shoulders though.

Nice job of rocking out the squats. Yeah, I've run 4andro into the 500's with other products, but haven't with with the new cyclosome delivery yet. Interested to see how the 3 tabs treats you, may bump mine up depending on what I see it doing for ya.

Most of my lifts stayed about the same, except my bench went up 5 pounds across the board. That makes me very happy. Maybe next week I can get 235. Since I've started using the taurine, I've felt far less prone to cramping as well.

I only did three exercises because deadlifts took quite a while, and I didn't want to keep my wife waiting too long. She lifts as well, but I guess her high volume day didn't line up with my leg day. I think I figured out that my struggle with having a neutral back while setting up the deadlift has to do with not keeping the glutes tight from the start. I felt a lot better when I did. I still couldn't add much volume, though, as my glutes got tired quick. Hopefully they'll catch up now that I'm using them more. My lower back hurt quite a bit as well. The side raises I'll have to keep at 30 to improve my form.

I'm also starting to feel the lethargy. I'm hoping the 4-andro kicks in soon, as I didn't want to move my body at all tonight after training. On the plus side, my muscles feel full and hard all day.

I finally broke the curse of the third set of incline press. Since I first started lifting, I always have a significant drop off in the reps I can do for the third set of this exercise. No other exercise does this. Today, I finally won. It didn't even feel too difficult. I'll be increasing the weight next time. I took out one set of flyes because my shoulder was giving me crap, though. I also couldn't do full ROM on the lat pulldowns, as my back was too pumped. I had to dig deep to finish the workout. Thanks be to God I was able to get a second wind for hammer curls, though. Training doesn't go so well when you don't have a day's worth of calories running through you. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays y'all. Feed the gains with Christmas dinner.

Today I had an absolutely ridiculous jump in squat strength. I was watching Omar Isuf's recent video on fixing a broken squat, and realized I'm not really using my glutes when I squat. I made sure to do that today, and managed to push a lot more weight with far better form. I have never been this happy with a squat session. My squats have been pathetic, especially since I've been training for 5 and a half years. If I was being held back because of a lack of glute activation, then I have many, many gains ahead of me. With these squats also came some ridiculous lower back pumps, so I replaced the GHR with reverse hypers for some therapy. I had to sit for my first set of side raises, though. I was fine after that. I think I'm going to try jumping to 300 for my first working set next time. I thank God I finally figured where I was screwing up.

I would highly suggest avoiding Testabolan in PCT due to the 3,4 divinil's ability to increase free testosterone which will hinder your bodies ability to increase total testosterone.

If you didn't purchase already, I'd opt for Intimidate SRT + Tropinol XP (Superior pct combo IMO). Or at least swap testabolan for Tropinol XP. Tropinol XP also has the coleus forskollin and potassium nitrate which are solid additions to pct.

Just throwing that out there bro.

Thanks for the input on the PCT. I've actually decided to grab Sup3r PCT straight from OL. It's on backorder, but should ship before I end my cycle. I love iForce, but Sup3r PCT at its normal price is still a good bit cheaper than stacking iForce stuff for PCT (except for the Trop+SRT deal I just saw).

Oh man.. I dont care what brand pct you use.. I just want to see you recover properly, doesn't have to be i-force, i just have the most 1st hand experience with them for obvious reasons. I'd rather you not use an i-force product than use it and hinder urself. I wasn't blown away by Sup3r PCT, I might have overlooked something in it though when I glanced at it a month ago.

I have never done a straight otc pct though. I can say, L-Dopa at 150-300mg twice daily is dirt cheap and a really really solid addition to any pct.

I'm definitely starting to recover between sets far quicker than before. I finally got all 5 sets of deadlifts in, with better form than I've been using. Deadlifts usually sap my energy pretty quick, but I was trucking along today. My back could be a bit more straight, but it's not getting worse as I go up. It's not a weight issue, since it's the same when I set up. I just need to be more diligent with mobility work.

My back pumps have greatly diminished (deadlifts didn't kill me today), but I was friggin' Crampus today. Everything wanted to cramp. I almost cramped my neck during work today, and I have a desk job (I stand half the day, though). No amount of stretching could help. I'm gonna need some electrolytes. I might have to actually use my tub of Compete.


Oh man.. I dont care what brand pct you use.. I just want to see you recover properly, doesn't have to be i-force, i just have the most 1st hand experience with them for obvious reasons. Since hitting 155x10 for 3 sets on incline bench last time, I'm upping the weight to 165. I'm hopeful I can get 10 reps on 3 sets the next time I go in. Despite working out in the morning (I hate morning workouts), I had a very productive session. I plan to take midpoint photos sometime this weekend, but I'm pretty self conscious about the acne breakout I'm having (though my acne is usually bad anyway). I'm also having some gas and extra bloating than normal. I have starting pictures as well, but I had a bad breakout around then, too.

I also decided to use a sample packet of Compete I had lying around in conjunction with the Cellucor Alpha Amino I have (I think I forgot to mention I'm using that for hydration purposes). It seemed to eliminate my cramping issues. So, it seems keeping my electrolytes up all around are more important than mega dosing taurine. I'll have to buy another tub of Compete.

Ignoring cost, that sounds pretty sweet.

Today I proved my squat numbers weren't a fluke, thank God. I also have bought some magnesium and potassium caps to add to the taurine, which seem to be helping. Also, I should probably say I've gone up to 184 pounds. I don't look any fatter, so I think it's mostly muscle and water weight (and glycogen?). I need to reign in the calories so I can lean out to finish this run, though.

I've got squats coming up in 2 days, so I didn't push myself too hard with the legs. I moved the weight up, but kept the volume back. I almost cramped my lat doing face pulls, so I still have to figure out the electrolyte dosing.

Great job. Solid on the squats, bench, and cable rows. 184lbs is not bad at all!
Yea, I'm happy with it. I've justified some heavy food choices for the sake of gains and added more fat than I wanted, so I've got to slow down a bit.

I would highly suggest avoiding Testabolan in PCT due to the 3,4 divinil's ability to increase free testosterone which will hinder your bodies ability to increase total testosterone.

If you didn't purchase already, I'd opt for Intimidate SRT + Tropinol XP (Superior pct combo IMO). Or at least swap testabolan for Tropinol XP. Tropinol XP also has the coleus forskollin and potassium nitrate which are solid additions to pct.

Just throwing that out there bro.

We have posted numerous bloods of people using Reversitol v2 + Testabolan and their total testosterone production was AMAZING(400%+)

Nah, it's just whatever muscle I happen to be using threatens to cramp. Usually my lats. Heck, if I turn too far to one side, my lats threaten to pull/cramp.
Man thats insane!!! I used to cramp like a fat kid out at summer camp but lately its been doing better. Mine would hit the worst post workout trying to shower or relax.
