What's up AM , today is the day! Some stats about myself: 21, 6'1, ~190 lbs. what's the game plan? A solo run of Olympus labs Dymethazi9e for 6 weeks. Would like to be able to maintain 200lbs post cycle at the least. Will start at around 3,000-3,200 cals and increase as cycle goes. Will be doing a modified PHAT program that goes as follows:

mon- upper power
Tues- lower power
Wed- rest
Thurs-chest/tris/shoulders
Frid-back/Bi's
Sat-legs/abs
Sun-rest

Here's the layout :

CYCLE

OL Dmz 40/40/40/40/40/40

OL Arimicare pro @ label dosage

Dermacrine ( will start end of week 2)

Basics: multi vitamin, 1 gal H20 daily , whey , etc.


POST CYCLE

pharma Clomid (100 for first 3 days) 50/50/25/25

OL super PCT @ label dosage

Epic @ label dosage

Cardarine @7mgs

Ahh yes I forgot I'll be adding 300cc's of synthol into my glutes once per week , I also will be using some meth as PWO

Upper body power

DL 135x10 warm up 315x3

Barbell Bench 190 3x5

Wide grip pull up 3x5

Shoulder press (machine) 105 3x5

Preacher curls 70 3x10

Tricep push down 145 3x10

Also just to clarify I write my workouts a little weird the first number is the weight second is the sets and third is how many reps .

Cycle looks great man..Why are you starting the dermacrine at the end of week 2 though? I'm planning a cycle of dmz and will probably throw in dermacrine as well, just curious if there is a purpose to starting it at the end of week 2 or any benefits

1) I haven't ordered it yet lol I'm ordering Friday
2) I won't feel like dog trap hopefully until possibly week 2 or three
3) I also feel like if I can last that long then it will only require me to get one bottle for this cycle instead of two when it's not really any benefit if I still feel fine in the beginning .

Makes sense now lmao, I think I might start it around week 3 or earlier if I feel shutdown earlier than expected

Got in the gym and hammered it out short and quick . I've got one on each leg , my buddy is a tattoo artist and does all my tattoos and he made this flash sheet with different skulls and bones and stuff on it so I told him hell why not , it's a jaw bone with a diamond in the center

Day 3

It's a rest day but I plan to do some cardio/ab work on my rest days so I don't feel like a lazy bum. Things to note: noticeable increase in blood pressure and a definite increase in glycogen retention seen in my biceps and traps .

The pump today was heavyyyyyy . Tried to keep resting time between sets short and focus on speed , aside from the gym I went bass fishing today and caught two lil ones . Today was a good day

Had to leave the gym cause I literally felt like I could lift forever , I got a good pump going but felt like my biceps after a minute of rest could go on for ages . right now I'm experimenting around on hypertophy days to find which exercises I like best for each muscle group , then for the rest of the cycle I will keep to the same excercises to really judge my improvement weight and volume wise . Today was a little unorganized but oh well . Everyone have a fun and safe Friday !

Today is day 7 and a rest day . Rode the mini bikes around with my friends younger brother on this awesome Sunday . Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend

Took yesterday off as I couldn't find time to hit the gym between work and studying for finals . This morning I did upper body power and will update later tonight with lower body power to stay on schedule .

Notes: libido has been up past two days for some reason , also I can tell the dmz is starting to kick in as 135 came off the rack like butter , felt extremely light in the hands . Aside from that nothing else to report . Also weight is staying the same so I think it's time to start using MFP to start tracking calories again to make sure I'm hitting my macros and calories right . On my last cycle it helped me allot , this weeks just hectic with school but after Thursday its should be smooth sailing the rest of the cycle .
