Little bit about me and my cycle :)
First off thanks to those who followed along for my last run. This one is going to be more in depth and I plan on providing as much clear and concise information as I can on this compound. Ive done a good deal of research and there's not much out there. I'm hoping to wrote a good quality log for people interested in running thus in the future to learn from.
I'm planning planning a recomp style cycle.
Currently weighing in at 160lbs.
Plan to eat:
2900kcals training days
2200kcals rest days
Nutrient partitioning is supposed to be great on this compound so hoping this dispersion of kcals will provide even better results.
Going to train largely PHAT style (with some of Yates84 workouts thrown in for good measure - sorry bro :p ha) hoping to smash some pr's - the usual aspirations :p.
Will also be returning to fighting - TKD, kickboxing, and MMA.
This was the doping compound of choice among Olympic athletes back in the day. I'm hoping to see some incredible endurance gains as well as speed, strength and flexibility gains. Hoping to increase boxing and kicking speed as well as some fun stuff like jump height for jump kicks and general showing off :p.
I'm just back from a weekend with the girlfriend, in which I ruined my body!!
If I had a to guess from looking at myself currently my bodyfat is probably anywhere from 12-15% - only too 2 abs visible and middle 4 just about. Not too concerned about this as I shed fat pretty fast when I'm strict - which I plan to be.
I expect to see a lot of this quickly eviscerated and to be quite lean again by this time next week.

I think these are all fairly common goals for people on cycle and with what I've read and heard off people, not out of the realm of possibility either :-D ha

It's clear why I've no abs left. Even my face is slightly puffy. Something I usually only notice around Christmas time when I eat a ton!! As I said don't really care as I know it will come off, and we have to live a little too!!!

While it may seem like common sense I (and I can't be the only one so people please chime in here) overlooked the fact that I'm getting bigger a load of my clothes now don't fit :/ (good complaint but pain in the @ss nonetheless) and to make things worse I packed a couple of nice things to wear out with the gf while I was over and only 2 tshirts I brought would fit :/ shirt wouldn't and jacket barely would.
So if your planning a cycle to get big make sure you have clothes that will fit!!!! :p or budget to buy new ones ha

Mood: Best it's been in weeks - more to do with gf than cycle

All in all pretty happy with today. Still working off some of the sluggishness from my mad weekend. Doing the chins I felt like I was weighted haha so I know I'm fatter than I should be ha.
Making some good strength gains tho. Decline bench especially,, never lift that heavy for reps like that before :)

Haven't done it in months - maybe 6 or 7?? And smashed a PR straight off the bat with pretty strict form. I'm pretty pandantic about form when it comes to lifting and I was happy with mine today :)

Mood: high and aggressive :-D

Pumps: too good gettin full ROM is difficult at best!! Ha also showering after training and putting on my hoody is becoming a task!!!

Vascularity: very good have lots of visible veins even when not training

Sides: none

Quick question:
When you guys post up your weights do you include the weight of the bars in the totals?? I never have but looking at some of the weights people post if I include the bar I'm almost on par and sometimes stronger but if I exclude it I'm nowhere near it??

Bumping dose of The1 up to 100mg tomorrow for remainder of my run :)

Thanks bro ? aw **** you serious?? :/ I was actually looking at this compound for days thinking it was legit and when I mentioned it to Yates84 he said it was one of the most fun cycles he'd ever run!! Get yourself another bottle!!!!

Felt awesome this morning!!!
Workout was intense ha - been a while since I trained early mornings,, have been missing it!!! :(

Strength: good,, hadn't done deadlifts in a couple of weeks and they wer nice and heavy today. Felt great.
Squats wer also nice and heavy. Very strict form and ass was inches from the floor. Again felt great!!!

Mood: High!!!

Sides: not round these parts buddy

Pumps & Vascularity:
Very noticeable back pumps after deadlift was painful for a while but calmed down eventually. Wasn't bad enough to stop my set :)
Had great vascularity in the arms after the deadlifts too and calves looked pretty good after the raises. That would be a first for me :-D

Not sure how 2moro is going to go yet. Supposed to be attending some staff meeting which will clear my entire day and take my gym session away from me :mad: needless to say I'm pretty pissed at the thoughts!!
Hoping I get to train and can figure something out!!!

There's a diff between getting big through muscle and just creating a ton of bloat and glycogen... keep that in mind

Very true and I'm all too aware of that painful difference unfortunately ??? but given the help I've gotten in setting this cycle and my nutrition knowledge aiming for 300g (on paper,, which of course is subject to change in real life) is sufficient to create an environment for quality growth and minimal retention. Coupled with the crazy partitioning effects of The1 I don't fear swelling and I'm cramming carbs in!!!
I can vouch for the partitioning effects even this early on as I'm seeing them working after only 8 days in,, recovering very well from my crazy weekend - much faster than I usually do off cycle :)

I was part of the company rep team that originally brought this compound to market in 2009, it is solid for partitioning. I wouldn't expect bloat with it, however I just don't want to get your hopes up likely crazy to where you are one of those folks who gets depressed when losing their "gains" post PCT.

Gonna tighten it up from 2moro and try get best possible results from this run,, recomp with a side of bulking is the main goal ?.
Gonna wait till day 15 or so and see if I've seen any decent results in terms of leaning down,, if not I'll modify my diet slightly to push it in the right direction.

Having said that I am looking leaner than when I took my start photos....which wouldn't be too hard anyway ???

What's people's thought on Intermittent Fasting while on cycle??
Particularly this cycle :p ha.
I enjoy it and I love eating huge amounts of food to get the kcals in but is there any actual benefit or downside on cycle??
Would it have it have any effect on Nutrient partitioning?? Increase the effects??
Same question for carb-back loading :)

I've done it a few times while not on cycle. Saw great results in terms of weight loss. Can't handle while on cycle. Body becomes weak and mind becomes very hazy. I need the constant food for fuel and to help w/ product

For me bro, I've been Carb Backloading for years. The only way I go about my nutrition.

Even on cycle?? Rekon it's helped with nutrient partitioning/keeping you lean?? I like the concept but I know how things differ between on/off cycle and sometimes great things for off cycle are fatal while on,, and vice - versa
Any advice on how you go about it yourself??

I keep all carbs in 2 postworkout meals. If I work out in the morning I have 2 postworkout carb/protein meals and nothing but protein/fats after that. If I workout in the evening I eat protein/fats up until my workout. After my workout it's usually just 1 big carb meal with protein. It does take some time getting use to. But once you do, it's easy. It keeps me lean throughout the year while putting on lean body mass. John Kiefer is the main person to look up in regards to carb backloading
