Starting this a little late but nothing too exciting happening yet anyway so I figured what the hell. Going to log my first run for myself and for anyone else looking to do something similar or review gains and/or any side effects that may occur along the way.
Pretty basic cycle. 6 Weeks on 1-Andro and 4-Andro @ 300mg of each a day. Taking E-Control starting week 2 and Advanced Cycle Support the entire time. Other supps I am taking are creatine, BCAA's, citrulline malate, fish oil, multivitamin and taurine as needed. My diet will be very clean with all protein coming from chicken, turkey, eggs, fish, and occasionally lean beef. All carbs will come from brown rice, oats, sweet potato, and select whole wheat products. Leafy green veggies from every meal and fats from natural peanut butter, greek yogurt, egg yolk, and occasional slice of white cheese or blue cheese crumbles with a salad.
My work out routine with include 5 days of lifting a week (15-20mins of cardio after every session) with two days off lifting but still doing cardio and light calisthenics on my off days. Rep ranges will change on a weekly basis.
My starting stats:
Age: 27
Weight: 188
BF: 16%
Max Bench: 275
Max Squat: 315
So like I said, I am starting this log a little late. I am currently on day 13 of the run and so far nothing too significant to report. It is hard to tell if I have had any strength gain yet due to the fact that my rep ranges have changed from last week. I will note however that yesterday during back I was easily repping out bent over barbell rows of 135x15 which is a lot higher reps than I am used to being able to do and a lot easier. Decided not too push it though as I just recovered from a back injury about 3 weeks ago.
No weight change has occurred yet but I didn't expect that to happen so soon.
As far as sides go nothing except maybe a loss in libido but not sure if it is in my head or not. Haven't had a desire to jerk off or have sex with my wife as often as I am used to. Is this normal for this early in a cycle? (Everything still works as it should be the way.)
Hoping to start seeing some noticeable gains going in to week 3. I have been lifting for about 10 years now, so I don't think I am going to see anything really extreme. Anyone have an opinion on this?
