Hey guys,

write up to come... basically 6 weeks at 60mg.

Using on cycle support.

No base. Will gauge how I'm feeling and may add in depending on the feel.

Looking mainly to maintain/drop some weight, increase strength and increase endurance. I will be adding in some albuterol shortly once funds are better.

Sorry, why so many omega 3?
There are probably several reasons for dosing Fish Oils in the 9-10 gram range, but here I'd say it's likely due to the 60mg Epistane daily. It can really make the joints creaky.

1a. EMOM (12 mins)
Minute 1 - Strict HSPU x 6
Minute 2 - L-Sit 30secs
Minute 3 - 30 unbroken double unders

1b. Split Jerk (every 90 seconds) 10 sets (15 mins) (1RM 110kg)
loads @ 50 55 60 65 70 75 80 85 85 85%

1c. Strict Overhead Press (1RM 85kg)
2 mins rest between sets

Every 6 minutes for 24 mins (4 sets)
run 400m (1/4 mile)
10 alternating DB Snatch 30kg (70lbs)

lower abs starting to re-appear. this is just from being back to proper traning.

forearm pump during the EMOM (ring dips) was quiet crazy. arm just pulsated when it was over.

I do have both left and right mild shoulder impingements of the anterior parts of the shoulder. Hurts when pressing overhead but doing my mobility to help as much as possible.

the pain is during adbuction from the shoulder when going overhead (think overhead squat and snatch with arms at 45 degrees).

any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hahaha, Epistane will dry you out. I remember one log a while back where a guy asked if the peeing ever stopped on Epistane, lol.

If you just gotta pee all the time for no reason you probably got other issues.
If your using hepatotoxic substances and notice frequent urination in the beginning that's likely due to your healthy liver getting rid of toxic compounds.

or the fact that the body is ridding itself of some excess water James? but to that point, it has slowed. regular urination now which is great. Crystal Clear.

My liver is so far, doing well.

Anyone have any input on the shoulder issue raised earlier?

been going well.

Had an awesome anniversary with the mrs and have been training well.

Food has been very good with measurements.

essentially my macros are as follows:-

40:30:30 proteins:carbs:fats

2450 kcals per day
250g protein
200g carbs
70-75g fat

been hitting some good numbers on my lifts. got a PR squat clean on Monday of 130kg (286 lbs) at 85kg.

really looking to continue the numbers and the progression with this log.
