MY LGD/GW CYCLE!!!!!

Ok so I literally just ordered everything up. I used NUTRIVERSE because they had the best prices and "bundles"... Allowed for me to save close to $30 altogether. I'm going for a recomp cycle. My calories are 90% clean with cheat meals throughout the week. I'm 5'11" 214lbs and around 16-17% BF. I'll try and post some starter photos if it even let's me...I will say that all my sups are from Olympus Labs ( thanks Yates)... Everything 3rd party tested so I know this ride will be legit. I'll be starting my cycle next week as soon as I recieve the goods. Everyone hop on for the ride. Ive given bodybuilding 110% since I started so we'll see what these compounds are capable of. I'm gonna do a 12weeker with the GW coming in at week 6. Why then? Because I want to see how I fully react (results) from LGD before throwing in another new compound. again I'll should be starting next week but this gives people time to jump in.

Sadly no. Insurance complications...they never seem to want to pick up the bill so we are in the long process of switching. You getting bloods?

Keep an eye out for the Gw, it dried my throat out rotten so off it for a bit whilst it recovers.
Other than that it's sweet stuff, lgd goes very well with it.

You'll love it, im running mine with S4 and mk677 which go very well together.

Lgd takes a while to get some traction, but the gw starts to work pretty quick, i find fats work better whilst on it, carbs seem to get blunted by it.

Don't know if you've every run keto, well being on Gw is like that 24/7 it's like it switched how your body uses energy.
Personally i didn't get a big endurance gain, but i am pushing calories very low for me, Gw tends to mask any hypo sensations so keep some dextrose tabs at hand.
Lost a couple kg in a few weeks, but given what i'm running i see that as a success.

Also keep in mind if you start feeling like crap and tired all the time, you have low blood sugar so keep up with the carbs. I am never taking GW again for that reason.

in for this. Gonna run ol Legend 7 weeks into 3 weeks A1M, into pct along with 6 weeks GW. I'm going from my cut phase now to a massive bulk phase so my micros will be around 300-350g protein, 150+g grams of good fats I.e.peanut butter, and about 400 grams of carbs. Looking to go from a lean 200# to about 220 by January. Also want to move my numbers from 525 deadlift to 570, 315 bench to 335, and 420 squat to 450 by march. I'm ready to see how this cycle treats you. Good luck bro!!!

So I took my first dose lastnight and second this morning. Hit the gym early as always 5-5:30am. Focused on back and finished off with some light shoulder exercises. Dont mind the gut, im working on it LOL. Overall I felt good today.....is it just me or isn't it so exciting just waiting for it to "kick in" CANT WAIT!!

Ok so it's my second full day on this compound. Good workout today biceps/triceps. The pump seemed to come quicker and harder than usual, placebo?, perhaps but just noting everything I see/feel. I feel a little fuller today but again this could very well be the placebo train. I will stick to the outline above. 4mg for the first three weeks or so before jumping up. Let the good times roll. I'm gonna treat myself to walmarts fried chicken and mashed potatoes today for lunch....like a boss. I'll taper carbs for the evening...so far hunger is ok, I don't feel the need to eat a baby...yet.

Dont think its placebo, these compounds really work!! I dont remember if it was since the first or seconde dose of osta@10mg but similar effects I got, even though Im on a cut.

Yea if this is how things are gonna be...this boy is gonna stock up on this sh**. I was told OL has some potent/pure stuff....after my 3rd dose acually lol and im feeling all this...gonna be a fun 12 weeker.

not for the coupon but of course to use the coupon you need to have a script for test from the doc. If you have that then fill it like any other script and when you go to pay say not to use insurance and give them the coupon.
