Pretty new here and wondering why it took me so long to join the forum. Tons of great advice on here by everyone. Anyhow, seen a few other people mention stacking these two things so I figured I would go ahead and make a log of how it goes.

This is my second Anabolic supplement, my last was 4 yrs ago.

I'm running

EPG Ostalean 25mg daily- 8 weeks
Hardrock Androvar (Epiandrosterone)- 300mgs 16 days & 400mgs 33 days- 7 weeks.
Animal pak vitamins
ProteX
Fish oil

I started Ostalean 11 days ago & Androvar 4 days ago.

I'm back from a few years vacation from the gym. Life got me for awhile, but I managed to find my way back. Been full time for 1.5yrs and pretty well caught back up where I left off. I'm 28, 6' 1", 187lbs dressed, 18-19% body fat. I started cutting a few months back and was going well dropped from 191lbs to 182lbs but the last few weeks on my cut my joints started killing me, shoulder, and my strength decreased a good bit. I pretty well think I was over training especially for my diet. So I took a week off and have came back full throttle. Switched to a twelve week bulk 6 day week workout and eating a fairly clean diet at 3200 cals daily trying to bulk clean this time.

See how this goes.

My abs are popping out and my muscles are hard. My strength level has increase at 30% and my 12 mile runs is like running 6 miles runs..

Just finished working back for my 2nd week. Feels like something finally kicked in this week. Working lower body I actually wanted to go higher and keep pushing squats. I increased weight on several movements this week, but today felt a little rough. I just felt tired but still kept pushing through. I also have been working this week in the heat alot and it drains me.

I'm pretty sure its the Osta that kicked in this week, and I can say its definitely something besides sugar or flour in the caps. The first few days taking it my mind felt slightly clouded. Nothing bad but I could tell, but cleared up after about three days.

So far so good!

Solid pct. Think its OK to go without a SERM?
BLR's Rebirth is a OTC serm. From the logs I've seen and Labs with blood work shown by people running harder cycles than this I decided to run it. Legal and I know what's in it. Still a gamble, but people have seemed to respond well to it.

Strength today was great! Every movement increased and I'm really starting to feel in control of the weight holding it on my chest now. I've always had a weak point lifting off my chest and I can tell doing everything rest Pause is paying off. My lats are getting really tight lowering the weight and controlling it.

Anyhow I finished off chest with bench 8x at 225, incline 10x 175, decline 10x 205. Going to increase my load next week even more as long as my form hold together.

See how legs go Wednesday.

Finished out my 6 day week workout with back today. Weight is holding steady at 191 lbs. Still eating a fairly clean 3200 cals daily, if my weight is still the same by the end of next week I'm going to bump them up a bit more.
As for my workout they have all felt pretty good, some slightly better than others but everything seemed to increase this week. Today though my mind was just not in it. I felt like I was in a fog & had no desire or drive to push myself. Even feeling this way though my workout seemed stronger than last week so that's a plus. I don't relate the way I felt to the cycle thoygh, had a light cough, sweating bad, and low energy generally means a cold for me. Tomorrow is an off day so I'm going to try to sleep it off which usually works if I rest really well for a day.
So far the only sides I can attribute to the cycle is some very weird and vivid dreams. Nothing awful, but it does seem to keep me from resting up as good at night. Also bumping my Androvar up to 400mgs next week.

I'm running Androvar now at 1200mg stacked with 12mg LGD. I suggest running epiandro at 600mg daily at the minimum.

Your not getting negative sides at that dose!? Seems kinda strong man. But I'm new to anaboics so I'm just going by recommended doses.

Lol I did have pretty weird dream two nights straight. Saw some weird snake and crocodile ****. Can't remember fully what happened lol. But now I'm good.

Goddamn are you serious? I'm only taking 330mg. But then again the main component of my cycle is Mandro (1-andro). Androvar is there just for the lethargy and libido issues

Live from the gym, really feeling that alpha mindset today on chest! Moved up to 235x6 bb for my last set & when I unracked the weight I felt the confidence and aggression I've been missing. Hit it 7 reps by the way still pausing on my chest every rep. Feeling like it's going to be a good week!

Yeah, I love it. It's great stuff. Only side effects are a little acne and every so often some bad irritability, but controllable. The muscle hardening and vascularity is unreal though.

I'm still eating 3200 cals daily and clean for the most part with only one cheat day. Yeah I take advantage of thre e meals cheating, lol. My weight is up to 193lbs and my BF seems to be the same to slightly less. Muscles are definitely fuller & harder.

Hope to add another 20 lbs + on my bench & squats.

How's the Andro treating you?
My cycle is going good so far. Yesterday was the end of 3 weeks. So in the past 3 weeks I gained a little over 6lbs. Some of it is definitely fat. I would say about 4lbs of that 6lbs is definitely just pure muscle.

Whoop whoop, Just hit 240lbs 6 reps on bench press! Kinda wish I would have went for 245lbs now. Oh well, I'll keep some gas in the tank to improve my incline weight.

Week 5 Update:

Did a split Tri's & Back today since I will be out of town this weekend. Skipped DL's because my lower back was pretty sore from the load I did on Squats yesterday. After my normal leg workout I throwed in 2x15 225lbs squats that trashed my lower body. Things are still going looking good and seeing an increase on my lifts. Weighed in at 192.5

Back from our mini vacation and hit the gym for chest today. Bench increased again this week 245x7 & incline 185x10 with some left in the tank. The pump I feel is awesone! Going to up the load on both next week I hope!

Weight was up to 196 today. Some of that may be the rocky road fudge or Taco Bell I ate this weekend. Enjoyed my time away a little too much. Lol

Androvar should prevent sides like that.

No sides other than weird & vivid dreams while on it. Joints tend to dry at times but my fish oil tabs keep that pretty tame. It's belong to reduce estrogen in the body while on cycle, and so far seems to be holding true.

No workout today, hope to be in there tomorrow to work back and a weekly update with weight. I'm laid up in the bed today, something bit me yesterday evening on the forehead and my whole face swole up and my eyes shut. Guess I had a bad allergic reaction to whatever it was. Face is still bad swole but I can at least open my eyes to see now. So I've added a few benadryl to my other supplements for the day. Lol

Week 6 update:

This has been a good & bad week. My lifts & weight are still increasing, but I've had two things hinder my workouts. One was the allergic reaction Friday, still swollen I'm the face but getting better. I did make it today for back. Second is the last three workouts when I go heavy and strain I get one hell of a headache in the back of my head during the lift. Not sure if its high blood pressure caused by the cycle or something in my neck. I've read both things can be a cause so I am going to monitor my blood pressure next week and not take and Pre Workout. If that isn't it I'm going to make an appointment with a chiropractor. The pain during a lift is like being kicked in the balls, it takes all your drive out!
I wanted 315 on Squats and 305 on deads, but this kept me from pushing my limits. I think I had it in me too! I still had more in me on both lifts, so that's depressing.

Anyhow weight is up to 196lbs and here is my lifts.

Made a appointment with the doctor this morning. Blood pressure was a little higher than normal 134/82 which isn't bad though. But he thinks my problem is in my neck and trap muscle. His first thing was to tell me to lay off the weights for a few weeks, not gonna happen at this point, second was I have some alignment issues in me neck and my trap muscle knotted up. I feel some relief after he did his thing and have to make a few more visits over the next two weeks. Feeling good knowing it's an easy fix now.

Chest today went good and increased on every movement and added in a set of pyramids on bench to finish. I'm feeling 315 on Squats coming!

Legs day & time to see if I had it in me. Hit the gym early this AM, legs were feeling right & ready to load up some weight. Stacked 315lbs on the bar for my last set, turned on some Five Finger Death Punch, and ripped out 8 reps! My thighs were swole and hard as blocks, I'm definitely stoked with how my lower body has responded to this cycle.

Week 7 update:

Weight 195lbs this AM

Things still moving forward. My Leg and Tricep work out this week was off the chart, the pump I had each day was just awesome. I feel like this stuff is just getting really good and I'm about to end the cycle. I did cut 300 calories off my daily goal this week feeling like I gained a little fat. Upping it back to 3200 this week.

Also went back in to the chiropractor Thursday and no more pain on my heavy movements.
