What up AM Fam?? I just recently pulled a muscle in my neck (I like to keep my woman happy) so I have been popping either Tylenol, Ibuprofen, or Aspirin to help deal with pain. I have heard conflicting information on how these substances can be detrimental to protein synthesis. Does anyone have any xp with this happening? Or is the info I am reading just anecdotal from the mass media trying to spread panic among us Bros? Lil help plz.....

yes they inhibit the necessary inflammation needed for muscle hypertrophy. The dose makes the difference.

I just have popping them as needed since monday, 2-3 of them at a time totaling about 6 a day. Hopefully this is not enough for saturation in the bloodstream.
